A beautiful boutique hotel… attention to details… friendly and helpful staff… hospitality at its best. We loved our room. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. The garden and the pool are lovely. Perfect location. Rita, our receptionist, was a sweetheart. Would definitely come back.

Amazing room and super friendly staff. We got upgraded to the junior suite in the new part of the hotel. Super nice stay in a design boutique hotel and breakfast was perfect. Close to the main attractions of the city and restaurants/bars. Roof top pool Highly recommended!

Cozy place, feel like home, neat and clean.

This hotel is amazing. The staff were so kind, the service in this hotel is more the we ever met. Every day we got tips where to go and what to do in Cyprus. They helped us to find and book the best restaurants, pubs and beaches. The room was extremely clean and beautifully. The bed and the pillows were like in heaven. We Loved the breakfasts, It was tasty and rich. The location is great, we had a car, but we walked everywhere! 10 min walk radius to anywhere interesting. We always found parking at the street of the hotel for free. There is no parking problems. We'll definitely go back there. Highly recommend!

Very friendly cute boutique hotel.

Reading the guest complaints in the reviews I agree. The Lighting in the bathroom is an annoying issue and easy fix but the owner must be on a tight budget. Have you ever been To a hotel without an iron? This was my first but they were more than happy to have housekeeping iron my shirt and pants for 20 euro. I did make 2 reservations by mistake morning of arrival and the owner thought it was better to keep the money for himself and put the guest Last on the list. The staff was helpful and friendly but obviously limited to strict rules such as no changes from the menu for breakfast. Neighborhood was completely run down. The roof top pool was great and private, no umbrellas but comfortable. The rooms in size are very small, not an easy place to stay organized. No mirror or power outlet in the bathroom. Again the staff was great but you could see the fear of getting complaints. I would not recommend this property or its 17 rooms to anyone. I am disappointed agencies even list this as a 4 star hotel. They should drop this property so nobody has the displeasure again.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, really good people!

I would rate the hotel a 4, 5 if I could. We stayed for 7 nights and had an overall very nice stay. This is a small boutique hotel in a very central location in Larnaca. The hotel interior is amazing and a mix of old and new, with a quiet garden where breakfast can be enjoyed. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, we did not eat at the restaurant otherwise. We have only a few complaints: — Our room (nr. 1) was very minimalistic and not as stylish as the rest of the hotel interior, which is not a problem in itself but it lacked proper lightning, using the shower could easily make the bathroom all wet, and the room door was sometimes hard to close properly. Noise in the corridor outside could easily be heard. — Very slow Wi-Fi (but free, so not a biggie). — Weird policy where you are not allowed to bring food / drink into the hotel, which for us was quite inconvenient.

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Larnaca! A must stay for couple of family.

The food is to die for — — Takes breakfasts to a whole new level.
The atmosphere, amenities and service were all excellent! Not on the beach but situated about a 5 minute walk from the beach. The architecture and design of the old & new was amazing! It is winter in Cyprus so I didn't get to use the pool but would love to on my next visit! ALL the staff were at my beck and call the whole visit. Thank you!

We throughly enjoyed our holiday, the accommodation was incredible. Beautiful rooms, delicious food (and lots of it), great location, extremely polite and helpful staff. The owners were great people and couldn't do enough to ensure we were happy throughout our stay. The pool was brilliant and everything went above and beyond our expectations (which were high as the images we saw when booking were beautiful). We were amazed at how perfect everything was, and how every detail had been well thought out, from the decor to the practicalities of our stay. I would highly recommend Lokal Hotel, and would rate 5****!
