The hotel staff are described as friendly, kind, helpful, and welcoming. Guests note that employees strive to help resolve issues and show maximum attention. In some instances, guests were offered complimentary breakfast upon early check-in.

Breakfasts at the hotel are served as a buffet and are very highly rated by guests. The menu includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, pastries, croissants, muffins, lightly salted salmon, dorblue cheese, and eggs. Special mention is made of the free freshly squeezed orange juice and a wide selection of milk (soy, oat, almond, coconut). Gluten-free buns are provided upon guest request.

A complimentary bottle of drinking water is provided in the rooms and is replenished. There is also a kettle, a tea set, coffee, creamer, and sugar.

With the windows closed, street noise is practically inaudible; however, some guests have complained about noise from trash bins and cafes at night. Soundproofing between rooms is inconsistent: some guests report that neighbors cannot be heard, while others note that conversation from the adjacent room can be heard through the connecting door.

Most guests describe the rooms as modern, stylish, spacious, and clean with comfortable beds. However, there are some negative reviews regarding "worn-out" apartments, mentions of a broken sink, dirty walls, and mold on tile joints or the bathroom ceiling. In general, the furniture is viewed positively, but some rooms require renovation.

Many rooms have balconies or terraces with magnificent views of the sea, the promenade, and the port (Larnaca Marina). Some guests note that the sea view may be partial, and in some cases, gray rooftops are visible from the window.

Most guests are satisfied with the quality of the cleaning, calling it thorough and daily. The rooms are clean and everything "sparkles." Nevertheless, there was one recorded instance where water and toilet paper were not replenished on one of the days.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, an iron with an ironing board, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, and disposable slippers. High-quality shampoos, gels, hair conditioners, lotions, soap, cotton swabs, and sanitary bags are provided. Some rooms feature a kitchenette, although one guest noted a lack of kitchen utensils, such as a frying pan.

The hotel has a pool located on one of the floors. It is not indoor and does not offer a view of the sea.

The municipal beach is located opposite the hotel. Beach towels are provided at the reception desk upon request. Sun loungers on the beach are paid during the day (5 euros), but they are free in the evening and at night.

The hotel has a spa salon where massages are available. Reviews of the quality of the procedures are mixed: one guest was completely delighted with the massage therapist Natasha, while another described the massage as "catastrophic" due to unclear techniques.

The fitness center is described as "very basic," and guests may find it difficult to locate within the building without using a navigator.

The hotel is suitable for family vacations, as it offers spacious rooms for three people. There is an amusement park with carousels and a Ferris wheel located near the hotel, which is convenient for children.
