We had a great time at this location.
We were a group of 7 so it was quite expensive for us individually, but it was definitely worth it.
The view, the privacy and the hospitality were amazing.
This is the 3rd time at this stunning villa. Set away from the main strip it’s done to high standard and very secluded and private.
We were a family of 11 and rented the villa for 5 days. The villa is a real paradise by means that it is remote from other houses but close to Protaras, and is beautifully arranged.
We celebrated my partners 30th here with friend and family!

Nice moderna willa, pool is great, cleaned every Day. Quick and easy check in and out. It unfortunately wasnt clean properly when we arrive, but all was quicky done, so I cant complain in the end.
Had a short stay here and it's a gem. Not a 5-star resort, but super comfortable and the beach is basically your backyard. Loved waking up to sea breezes and ocean views.

This is a great place to stay! It’s in a very good location, close to several well-known beaches, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The accommodation was also very clean.

It's quiet, but at the same time close to whatever you might need, including the beach.
Our family spent almost two weeks in this house and it was a memorable experience for our family from living in it, from the island, and the people who live there.
A complex of new and luxurious villas. Very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s even a washing machine. However, I wouldn’t count on the drying option.
Minus one star for the following reasons :
1. Villa was not properly cleaned.
2. Wi-Fi not working with minimal effort from the management to address this.

Our holiday was perfect not only because Cyprus is an amazing place, but also because of this accomodation.
I was skeptical at first because there are only a few reviews and the price was very good.
Beautiful villa, full of everything needed for our 2 week holiday. Minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. Private pool that was large enough for us all at one time.
My husband and I travel yearly to Aiya Napa since 2022. And we have been staying here each time for 2/3 months at a time for our vacation. It's comfortable and close to amenities.
We had a great stay, the apartments are about 15 minutes from the beach, not far considering you walk through the main street with lots of atractions, you are one step from the busy area but far

The apartment was exactly as described and seen on booking, no surprises at all. The apartment is very new, I think this should be its first season, it is very modern. The host was veeeeery helpful.

Really nice place for a couple nights stay. A good size for families. Decor is nice inside the apartment and the pool is nice, not massive but good enough.
This place is a hidden gem. The flats are very clean, very nice place to stay for holidays with family and friends.
The location is just pristine. You have great views of the sea as you are on top of everything and its really quiet. Only a 5/10 minute drive from Ayia Napa.

Andreas the owner was very good and quick with any responses to questions.
The villa is very well located between the beach and the bars and restaurants of Pernera both are 2 to 3 minutes walk away.
Me, my husband and my sister and her husband with 3 children spent a beautiful week in the house in July. Very nice pool and garden, fully equipped kitchen, enough room with 3 young children.
Stayed at this villa in protaras many times, and are returning again this year, it's really nice, the location is excellent making for a really relaxing holiday.
