Great Villa with amazing grounds.
My family and I have just returned from a 2 week stay in Leo’s Paradise. The villa is great plenty of space for 14 of us with the villa rep being attentive and accommodating to the needs of my family.
The location is good however rental cars are needed as it is part way up a rough road which we found some taxis would refuse to take us to the villa or charge an extra €10 to drive on the rough terrain. There is a church half way down the hill and they do have events that result in the road being closed so I would suggest the villa reps make people aware as we found out by taxi drivers.
All beds were comfortable and the villa is well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The welcome pack on arrival is a life saver and we loved it.
If young children are staying I would suggest adding plastic cups and plates for outside dining as we were scared the glass would smash.
The grounds were maintained to a very high standard with pool cleaning every 2 days and gardeners once weekly.
Overall it was an amazing 2 weeks and we would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Leo's paradise last week as we got married in Cyprus. Myself, my husband and our little boy stayed here alone for the majority of the week and then we held the wedding reception at the villa, with around 40 people in attendance for the night. It was absolutely beautiful and the best setting for a wedding reception. There was plenty of outdoor space (which is why we chose it) and allowed room for a DJ and seated area for food as well as leaving room around the pool for people to enjoy during the evening. The villa is off the beaten track so it was perfect for a party but we would recommend having a car to get around in as it makes it a lot easier! We would 100% recommend the villa for anyone wanting to hold a wedding reception or gathering there.

We stayed here in August 2021, — 11 in total. 6 Adults and 5 kids. This villa was absolutely perfect for us, the outside grounds were huge and gorgeous. The kids could play football in the large open grass area. There was plenty on site for the kids to play with, the swimming pool was perfect. All kids raging from aged 5-16 could stand comfortable in the shallow end. The sun loungers were plentiful and comfortable, the outside seating area near the pool was very comfortable and again lots of seating available. The BBQ area was an added bonus to this property with another dining area, complimented by a swing for the kids. The property inside was huge, aircon throughout, including the main living area. There was 4 shower rooms/en-suites and one WC. Lots of beds, I would recommend the owners to upgrade on the beds as they are not the most comfortable. Victoria was the lady that managed the property during our stay. She was absolutely fantastic, anything we felt that needed to be changed or added was done instantly. The service we received whilst on the property was second to none and they done everything they could possible to make us happy. Highly recommend this villa, it was perfect. The pictures do not do this property justice, it is absolutely beautiful.

My family and I spent 2 weeks at Leo's Paradise in September 2021. We had booked last year when it was plain 'Secret Paradise'. And Paradise it was. No neighbours, no traffic and no noise. It is on the beaten track but no more than a mile away from Protaras, its restaurants and the beaches, such as Fig Tree Bay. A car is a necessity for the trips to the supermarket and to enjoy this wonderful Island. Cape Greco and the sea caves and fabulous snorkeling just a 10 minute drive from the villa. Our days spent at the villa and the lovely pool in the garden were peaceful and a delight for all the family and BBQ's in the evenings just rounded off another perfect day. The villa sits in the hills offering views from the gardens and the balconies of the deep blue Mediterranean that short distance away. An ideal location for family time and pure relaxation. We would love to go back. Another cold Keo beer please.
