Superb semi detached villa. Got everything you need for the perfect holiday. A hire car makes for the perfect holiday as beach is a fair walk away.

I was a little hesitant after reading reviews, but for the price I was pleasantly surprised.
Firstly, staff is very friendly and helpful!

Villa very beautiful, good location, close to the beach. Very fast check-in. We were welcomed, explained everything. Villa was fantastic. Garden very beautiful and tidy. Rooms are big.

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully organized.

We are a party of 5 older ladies. The Villa was extremely good value with a 10 minute walk to the beach. We made the most of the holiday taking a boat trip and a coach trip to see more of Cyprus.

Absolutly nice, close to beaches and restaurants, calm and peacefull. We loved it.

This accomodation is very nice, rooms are clean, Mrs Elena is kind and very professional. Elenapa app is close to all amenities that should be seen in Agia Napa.

Facilities in the kitchen were minimal, but otherwise we had a good time. Unfortunately, when we got neighbors we could do a little less because they were not lit like us.

Alex and his family are really kind and helpful. The apartment was clean, it had everything we needed.

Exactly the same as in the pictures online. Bus stop 2 minutes away. Car rental next door.

Disappointed 1st night has could not access the property with the key safe code but luckily one of the sliding back windows was open to access.

The Manager Linda, 10 out of 10. The facility itself, perfectly allocated. The end of the day, you get what you pay for. It's very, very reasonably priced.
