I booked this hotel on the strength of all the good reviews and this is what I found.
A lot of the time food was barely warm.
We would come down for our evening meal at 8pm and find that they had ran out of some of the dishes on the buffet and just did not replenish them which is not good enough the dishes should be available for all the diners and not just those who are there early, very disappointed. We spoke to a few repeat visitors who said the food was not as good as previous years.
For the price we paid we expected better, although my husband was happy with the meat selection, there was no nice fish dishes, eg salmon, sea bass etc. When there was fish on it was unidentified and poor quality, I tried it once and it was grey and unappealing.
Seating area inside the hotel is weird there are comfortable seating right beside restaurants area, which is not great. Unfortunately there was not enough seats and people would walk around with their drinks waiting for someone to vacate their seats ready to finally find a seat. This was a major problem for us as it was too cold to sit outside and just not enough seats inside.
Drinks are of a poor quality.
, although the beach bar barman was better at making drinks, also no bar stools at beach bar which I think would be helpful and create a better vibe.
Overall we had a good relaxing.
Holiday, staff are very good, pool area very nice and no sunbed wars. Room was comfortable and kept clean by hotel cleaning lady.

We had a lovely break, reading, swimming, sleeping and sunbathing. Not suitable for younger people. Average age about 65. Most were repeat visitors.

We have just returned from our second holiday at Infinity Blu and are delighted to report it was every bit as wonderful as our first trip. All the staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. Reception staff are always ready to help and any housekeeping queries are dealt with very quickly. Rooms, communal areas and grounds are maintained to a high standard. The food continues to be varied and delicious with something to suit everyone, served by lovely staff who seem to really care that you are having a great holiday.
There are plenty of sunbeds for everyone and one of our priorities is avoiding the dreadful ‘sunbed wars’ we have experienced at other hotels. Sadly, this was slightly spoiled by some people feeling they still needed to reserve beds, very early in the morning but not actually using them until hours later. This has a snowball effect, as others then feel they need to do the same and we felt it made us rush breakfast in order to ensure we could find beds in our preferred area. It was a shame and the only disappointment of our otherwise very relaxing trip.

This was our second visit this year, and once again, it felt like returning to our home away from home. The rooms are clean, airy, and spacious, with plenty of natural light, creating an incredibly relaxing atmosphere.
From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with such warmth by Sonia, Jude, and Jan—it set the tone for another wonderful stay.
The food is absolutely delicious, freshly cooked every time. A special shout-out to Robert, the chef & his team, who consistently deliver brilliant meals—each one a treat! The pasta dishes at lunchtime are a particular favourite of ours: light, fresh, and packed with flavour. We’d love to see them featured on “Italian Night”—they’re just that good!
This visit was our first time seeing the Cypriot dancers, and they were both talented and fun to watch. We also thoroughly enjoyed the singer on Thursday night.
Tony’s cocktails deserve their own spotlight. He always goes out of his way to suggest something unique, and how he remembers all those recipes is beyond us! He knows exactly what to put together—even made a cocktail for my husband, who’s not usually a cocktail person, and he absolutely loved it.
I’d also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Sonia, Maria, Robert, and Alessandro. When I wasn’t feeling well for a few days, their kindness and concern truly stood out and made my stay even more special.
The whole team makes such a difference.

This place is definitely worth the hype. Don't even think about it just book. I travelled here with my Partner and mother in law and we've been lucky enough to travel to many wonderful hotels around the world and this hotel is up there!
The staff are incredible, so friendly and attentive, nothing is too much for them. Special mention to Alessandra and Mahmoud, you're both a real credit to the hotel with your friendly charm and welcoming smiles.
The food is outrageously good. So much choice and made to such a high standard. Lots of veggie options at all meal times. Drinks are also great quality, my partner had many spiced rum and cokes and the staff made loads of lovely mocktails (thanks again to Tony and Alessandro for keeping up with the drinks orders! ).
We usually go for a hotel with lots of choice for actives during the day but honestly it was lovely to not have that and totally switch off. The promenade is perfect for getting out and exploring via a run or a walk and there are lots of water sports available if you want more of an adrenaline rush (we did the jet ski and paragliding with wet and wild just down from the hotel which was great fun). The bay is stunning and perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
Then hotel was spotlessly clean and everything was honestly just wonderful. We couldn't faullt a thing! We will definitely be back! Just book it!

We had seen the many very positive reviews & on the strength of these booked a deluxe suite with a sea view for the second half of our Cypriot adventure, we booked directly with the Louis Hotels website on a B&B basis and perhaps should have done a bit more research first. Had we known this was a "TUI" all inclusive type of Hotel we would not have booked it, however, once we got there and realised our mistake we tried to make the best of things. On check in we were offered a complimentary upgrade to half board which was unexpected. The room we had was quite basic & was of a reasonable size, furnishings were OK although a bit dated however, the bed was comfortable. The general cleanliness & grout between the tiles on the floor & in the bathroom was not the best & could do with a steam clean / regrout, as we were the first guests of a new season the cleanliness my have got better as the cleaning regime kicker in. The pool and communal areas are pleasant although we did get bombarded with insects whilst trying to enjoy a sunbathe & ice cream. The cooked breakfast offering is basic with relatively poor quality ingredients, we ate the continental / Cypriot style breakfast most mornings. We did not partake in the evening meal offered as quite frankly, themed food nights when staying in Cyprus are just of no interest to us, we did look at the offering on the once a week Cypriot night but decided to eat out instead.

What a gem of a place. Spacious, modern rooms while not being sterile and characterless, awesome food, and the staff are all awesome. They also have more sun beds than guests! No 6am towel laying out needed.

Weve just returned from a brilliant holiday for our wedding anniversary. We cannot fault this hotel. Its location to the beach is second to none. The sea is so warm and shallow. We stayed in room 109 which had an amazingly large balcony. All hotel staff are outstanding and cannot do enough for you. The service is impeccable. The food served is absolutely amazing, lots of variety and cooked fresh throughout the evening. A special thanks to the restaurant staff Laxmi, Alessandro & Mamood who made it such a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel & would not hesitate to return. If its a quiet relaxing holiday you need this is definitely the place for you.

My daughter and I stayed at the Infinity Blu in Protaras in August for a week. We booked the hotel based on the many glowing reviews and looked forwards to a lovely relaxing week in the sun, by the pool and beach.
Firstly the positives. The hotel and room was exceptionally clean and modern. The food at the buffet was very good with a good choice and themed nights. The reception staff, were very welcoming and waiters and waitresses were fantastic and attentive, especially Hussein and Alessandro but all of them were lovely. Our room a superior studio with sea view was very modern and cleaned daily. There were plenty of comfy sun-beds and umbrellas, although the hotel strongly emphasised not to reserve sunbeds some people did.
Now for the negatives.
Despite the glowing reviews for this hotel we were very disappointed with several aspects which made our holiday memorable for the wrong reasons.
— We were given Room 201 on the corner of hotel next to a busy main road to the beach and traffic up and down constantly day and night.
— Due to the position of the hotel and our room we were subject to noise from the adjacent Tetyk hotel and their outdoor entertainment area to front of the hotel. Noise included very loud singing in Greek from often screeching and shouting entertainment to 12.45 am Friday and Tuesday evenings, plus a wedding and fireworks Saturday night.

Probably one of the loveliest hotels I have ever stayed in.
Staff wonderful, Jan, Jude on reception and Emanual partner of the co-owner, she is also so nice.
Got upset over newly born kittens nearby, the staff checked on them every day to see if they were ok. Very knowledgeable with feral cats. Lovely to see a hotel that care about animals.

We have just returned from a week's stay and were very impressed by Infinity Blu. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is amazing and fresh. The drinks are made to order and they offer a full range of cocktails. There were plenty of sunbeds so no need to get up early to reserve one. The hotel is perfect for those who want to relax and indulge in nice food and drink. It's a quieter hotel so not suitable for those looking to party but that suited us. The only negative was the horrendous singing from the hotel next door, luckily it only bothered us one night and it's not the fault of infinity blu. We would definitely return.

I have just returned from a lovely one week stay at this Hotel. From beginning to end there is nothing that I would change. Sunbeds available all day. Lovely pool. Good AC in the rooms. Charming, friendly staff. AMAZING food, compliments to the Chefs. Lovely ambience. Quiet and restful. Very clean. Beautiful beach nearby. I would most definitely recommend this Hotel. At least three people I spoke to were returnees which is a very good sign. Special staff mentions for Jude, Alessander, Mahmoud, Hassam, David and Laxmi who was an absolute delight.

We have just returned from a weeks stay in this unbelievable hotel. A couple of 28+30 years old. Wow what an amazing holiday and stay we had.
We had booked this hotel after research but couldn't believe the amazing reviews it kept getting and somewhat refused to believe it was that good. But hand on heart it was one of the most stunning hotels we have ever stayed in. It's a quiet hotel but that's exactly what we wanted.
Check in — welcomed after a late flight with fresh cold mimosas and a relaxed check in experience.
Room — We stayed in room 108. We were celebrating an anniversary and were left a lovely note with some bubbles in the fridge along with sandwiches and fruit seen as we arrived after 11pm. The room was massive, clean and with an amazing bed and pillows. Cleaned every day and with no hassles. Free safe, free beach towels and a stunning balcony with loungers.
Location — The hotel is in pernera which does have some lovely bars and restaurants however there is a walk into protaras which is easy enough to do when it's light and then a 15euro taxi ride back. We walked along the beach and tended to get a taxi home. Protaras is more lively and has lots of bars and restaurants. We visited Nubila one night for the best steak ever!
Food — Just wow. We haven't done all inclusive for years and to be honest we picked it because of the drinks during the day but just wow… the food! We loved it, ate breakfast lunch and dinner every day apart from one meal out.

This was our third visit to Infinity Blu and by day three we’d booked our fourth visit for next year. This is my favourite place to have a relaxing holiday. The location is perfect, hotel is lovely, bright and clean and the staff are truly outstanding, they’re really what makes the place. From first thing where everyone greets you with a good morning/ kalimera and a smile, to meal times where they work tirelessly to make sure you have everything you need. The chefs are constantly cooking making sure that the food is fresh and hot and the range of fresh salads, soups, hot foods and delicious desserts is second to none.
It was lovely to see some of the same faces in lovely Maria, Tony and Zslot who welcomed us back but also some new in Mahmoud, Laxmi, Alessandro and Hussam and others who were all so kind, helpful and lovely to talk to. Jan and Jude on reception were really helpful with local area knowledge of stamps and post boxes as well as helping organise normal things like taxis. We both had a birthday at the end of the holiday, and the cake the hotel generously gave us in our room was delicious and so appreciated.
We stayed in 109 this year, a suite like we’ve stayed in before but with a large balcony which was amazing! We were very lucky!
The pool area is often empty until around 9.30 and there’s no fuss over beds. It’s generally calm and quiet all day with some background music only.

Wow! What can I say?
I’m in my 60’s and I’ve never left a review before but I just had to write one for this totally amazing hotel.
From the moment we arrived at check in we were made to feel very welcome.
Our room was spotlessly clean and spacious with amazing views over the bay.
The food was amazing, the best all inclusive selection we have ever had.
All the staff were very attentive and friendly and whenever our glasses were empty they were immediately replenished.
The Beach bar is fantastic and Tony was always happy to serve with a constant smile. The milkshakes are amazing!
Big shout out to all the amazing staff, Mahmoud, always smiling as was little Laxsmi. Allessandro who was totally charming and always had time for a chat, Hassan who kept me topped up with my favourite tipple, Maria always happy and pleasant, Jude on reception was so helpful, we picked her brains almost every day and she was a mine of information regarding local attractions and had a bus timetable lodged in her memory for us, sorry if I’ve forgotten to mention all the others. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
We’ve done something that we’ve never done before, we booked for the following year whilst we were there!
Looking forward to next June already, we can almost taste the milkshakes.

Strap in, it's not a short review.
So my wife and I came here as it was our ten year anniversary and also her 40th birthday. So we spent a bit more than we normally would on our holiday. Honestly I don't think we will ever spend less again. It was hands down the best holiday we have been on in the last 12 years. Hotel, food, drinks, staff absolutely top draw. I can see now having been why so many people go back year after year. Because the service and quality of the hotel is very high. We will definitely be back just probably not every year as we like to visit different places but this is on our list of places to return.
Hotel — really nice hotel, on arrival greeted with an ice cold drink. We had a really late arrival and they had put sandwiches and fruit in our room. As it was our anniversary I'd also asked the hotel to arrange flowers and balloons in our room (which I paid for but they were more than happy to arrange) which was a lovely surprise for my wife. The hotel only has 50 rooms and over 100 loungers so there are no sun bed wars, any time of day you will find somewhere to sit, by the pool, by the beach, there will always be space. Air con in the rooms, fridge, hair dryer, safe, iron & Wi-Fi all included.
Staff — you can't fault them. They work long shifts and are always happy and have a smile on their face. Super friendly and chatty. From reception, bar staff and waiters. Everyone is so helpful and nothing is too much.

We booked this hotel purely on the previous reviews and how right they were!
The rooms are cleaned daily and the grounds are immaculate.
The food was delicious, fresh and tasty with different themes every night.
The staff are genuine, attentive and worked so tirelessly! Big shout out to Laxmi who always had a smile on her face, Tony at the beach bar and Jude on reception (we thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip on our last day)!
We loved the fact that you didn't have to get up at silly o'clock to reserve sunbeds and no matter what time of the day, there were always beds available.
There isn't much we can add to the already amazing reviews but if you want peace and quiet and time to chill, then Infinity Blu is the place to be. We rarely re-visit anywhere but we will be back!
