Infinity Blu

I have just returned from a two week holiday having stayed at the Infinity Blu. This has been my second visit and loved every minute. It was a very relaxing holiday and the staff were all amazing, couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were very clean and the food was wonderful, so much choice. The gardens are immaculate and lush, with plenty of space to relax. There are plenty of sunbeds with soft cushions to go around. A special thank you to Sonia, the manager and the high standards she keeps. Also a big thank you to Laxmi, Alessandro, Maria and the rest of the staff for making our holiday so special. A big thank to Toni also who runs the beach bar and kept us hydrated all day. We will certainly be returning.

We love this hotel so much that this was our 5th visit. It’s my happy place. It’s in an idyllic location straight onto the beach. From the moment you step into the hotel you get looked after. All the staff are amazing and many have worked there several years. They are always pleased to see us. The place is spotless, the food is amazing all hot and freshly cooked. It’s a laid back place, adults only. Very little entertainment but you can walk to the village for that if you want it. The rooms are spacious and the beds really comfortable.
Plenty of sun beds so no morning rush. The waiting staff will bring drinks and ice cream to your sunbed.
We will definitely be booking again.

Overall good but a few niggles. We stayed here 7 nights in May. We chose this hotel as it was adults only with reviews of exceptional food. The hotel is small, clean and the staff are friendly. However I feel like It lacked a few extras I'd expect for the 4* rating and price point compared to other TUI options. The room was a good size and bathroom clean with a decent walk in shower which were positives. The food experience was generally good and drinks hit and miss. We upgraded to a suite with sea view. I understand the tiers are studio (basic), suite (mid), deluxe suite (top) although how these were portrayed on TUI booking was confusing and added to my slight disappointments, the things I thought were lacking are.
— tea and coffee facilities in room, instant coffee and a kettle, I like good coffee and a coffee machine or coffee bags would have been better. We asked for coffee to have in room and were given this in a plastic cup.
— balcony with sea view, the sea was in view but the balcony tiny, room for only 2 chairs and small table, we did have a view of the sea but also mostly of the derelict hotel and rotting pool next door which I understand is not their fault but wasn't what I was expecting after paying extra for an upgrade. If a better description of the options was available I probably wouldn't have bothered with the "upgrade" or gone for the deluxe suite as these seem to have much better reviews but it really wasn't clear what the differences were.

Our first experience at Infinity Blu. Super friendly welcome at reception coupled with a nice Buck’s Fizz. These people cannot do enough for you. From the lovely ladies who cleaned the rooms, the bar staff, waiters etc. All of the staff are happy, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. It’s quiet here, but that reflects the hotel write up. Big thanks for my birthday surprise left in the fridge, what a lovely touch. Our biggest shout out goes to Alessandro and Hussam what wonderful guys. Alessandro remembered our names from day one, calling us Miss Tracey and Mr Mark. This chap is a credit to the hotel. Our only observation was that the music by the pool could have been a little louder. It’s so quiet that it’s difficult to hear. Not suggesting loud in any way, nobody needs that, but it would just add to the atmosphere. Thank you all at Infinity Blu.

We've just returned from a 2 week break at this little beauty. Staff are outstanding, friendly, fun, attentive, with a nice mix of being professional and very approachable. The size of the hotel was perfect for us, almost a 'boutique' feel. Rooms and service are impeccable. We enjoyed the location, able to walk along the boardwalk for miles and dip into all the beautiful bays. Plenty of facilities in the area and absolutely loads to do in terms of adventures — boats, history, excursions, sports. You are able to fully relax and let go here, with ample sunbeds, stunning on-the-doorstop beach. The chefs and food were excellent. Bar staff were so on top of things, even remembering individuals names! The reception staff are very knowledgeable and able to book all the local trips etc, and I would recommend using them over the Tui rep who visits who is not very good unfortunately.
We met so many wonderful people here as the tone and culture of the hotel is warm and friendly. We would highly recommend!

Where do I start. This adults hotel is a gem of a hotel. The food is first class and some of the best food you'll ever try in all inclusive hotel. The hotel is amazing very clean all round and our room was amazing clean and modern and beautiful too. Hotel manager and staff are world class service to all the guests who stop here. They are most friendlys and nice people you'll ever meet and do anything for you.
Everything about this adults hotel is world class and without a doubt I would highly recommend anyone looking for the highest quality and high standards of all inclusive.

Me and my girlfriend, aged 26 and 29, stayed at this hotel and unfortunately we were quite disappointed overall. The hotel was extremely quiet and seemed to be mainly catered towards pensioners. There was no entertainment during the day or at night, and no music around the pool or lobby area, which made the atmosphere feel very dull.
The lobby itself was very small and there wasn’t much going on anywhere in the hotel. The food selection was limited with very little variety, and despite paying for all inclusive, we hardly used the facilities because there was simply no atmosphere to enjoy. There were also no snack bars available during the day, which was disappointing for an all-inclusive package.
The location was another downside, as it was around a 40-minute walk to the main Protaras strip, making it quite inconvenient.
On the positive side, the hotel was very clean throughout and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, overall we felt the value for money was very poor for what was offered and we wouldn’t return. Unless you’re looking for a very quiet holiday and are over the age of 60, I wouldn’t bother.

We spent a wonderful 3 nights here with our family for our wedding celebration. The all-inclusive service exceeded all expectations, with a wide selection of food and drinks of excellent quality. We would especially like to thank Sonja for her kindness and attentiveness, and also the waiters, who were always smiling and helpful. The hotel is exceptionally peaceful, spotless, and has a beautiful beachfront location. We will never forget this experience! <3

This was our second visit because we were so impressed last year.
There was a considerable change over of staff and even though last year’s service was difficult to match it came very close and still better than anywhere else we’ve stayed.
Food and drinks continued to be of a very high standard and everyone involved worked extremely hard, the head chef was very accommodating and was always willing to go above and beyond.
Al the staff are too many to mention by name but were simply brilliant.
The rooms can be noisy and we were unlucky to have one with the noisiest fridge in the world which we had to turn off at night, we had a problem with the air conditioning that didn’t get resolved as the maintenance man only worked there one day a week, or so we were told.
The biggest difference for us this year was the amount of people reserving sun beds compared to last year, and as a mad coincidence there was a couple there last year reserving four sun beds between them at 7am every day and were there this year doing the exact same thing, selfish stupidity beyond belief.

Most of the reviews we read before arriving reflected our own experience.
We found the hotel to be very clean in all areas, our room was fab with great views, it was a corner room on the 2nd floor. Our only issue was that the shower leaked considerably making it very slippy, we did mention it to the Manager who just provided extra towels and confirmed it would be addressed when the hotel closes for the winter.
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, all very pleasant and helpful, especially Mahmoud! The pool and garden area were lovely, the pool is quite small if you like to swim, no issue with sunbeds but that could have been due to the time of year. We tended to stay on the garden side which was lovely overlooking the beach. There is a pool/garden bar, the guy there will make you whatever cocktail you like, he was a nice guy and very accommodating. The atmosphere was wonderfully quiet — no loud music — which made it easy to relax. The food was also very good, with a wide variety of freshly cooked dishes.
This is a small hotel in comparison to others we have stayed in, the only issue we experienced, which others have touched on, is the seating availability of an evening after diner, you literally have to wait for a seat or just sit at your table all night. I’m sure this isn’t a problem during the warmer months when you can sit outside.

We have recently returned from a week here and have nothing but great things to say.
The location is really perfect. The hotel is right on the beach and it’s beautiful and lovely for swimming.
We really needed a complete rest after a busy time at work. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were totally incredible without exception. They were professional, calm and kind and very attentive.
What stood out to us was the caring, helpful and kind approach. It really made us feel ‘at home’ and nothing was too much trouble.
The room and all areas are beautifully clean and cared for. Our room was immaculate and comfortable every day.
The food was of a dry ohh standard and very fresh, varied and well presented.
We loved the two guitar players and they were excellent.
This is very good value for what we had in terms of quality.

I booked this hotel on the strength of all the good reviews and this is what I found.
A lot of the time food was barely warm.
We would come down for our evening meal at 8pm and find that they had ran out of some of the dishes on the buffet and just did not replenish them which is not good enough the dishes should be available for all the diners and not just those who are there early, very disappointed. We spoke to a few repeat visitors who said the food was not as good as previous years.
For the price we paid we expected better, although my husband was happy with the meat selection, there was no nice fish dishes, eg salmon, sea bass etc. When there was fish on it was unidentified and poor quality, I tried it once and it was grey and unappealing.
Seating area inside the hotel is weird there are comfortable seating right beside restaurants area, which is not great. Unfortunately there was not enough seats and people would walk around with their drinks waiting for someone to vacate their seats ready to finally find a seat. This was a major problem for us as it was too cold to sit outside and just not enough seats inside.
Drinks are of a poor quality.
, although the beach bar barman was better at making drinks, also no bar stools at beach bar which I think would be helpful and create a better vibe.
Overall we had a good relaxing.
Holiday, staff are very good, pool area very nice and no sunbed wars. Room was comfortable and kept clean by hotel cleaning lady.

We had a lovely break, reading, swimming, sleeping and sunbathing. Not suitable for younger people. Average age about 65. Most were repeat visitors.

We have just returned from our second holiday at Infinity Blu and are delighted to report it was every bit as wonderful as our first trip. All the staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. Reception staff are always ready to help and any housekeeping queries are dealt with very quickly. Rooms, communal areas and grounds are maintained to a high standard. The food continues to be varied and delicious with something to suit everyone, served by lovely staff who seem to really care that you are having a great holiday.
There are plenty of sunbeds for everyone and one of our priorities is avoiding the dreadful ‘sunbed wars’ we have experienced at other hotels. Sadly, this was slightly spoiled by some people feeling they still needed to reserve beds, very early in the morning but not actually using them until hours later. This has a snowball effect, as others then feel they need to do the same and we felt it made us rush breakfast in order to ensure we could find beds in our preferred area. It was a shame and the only disappointment of our otherwise very relaxing trip.

This was our second visit this year, and once again, it felt like returning to our home away from home. The rooms are clean, airy, and spacious, with plenty of natural light, creating an incredibly relaxing atmosphere.
From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with such warmth by Sonia, Jude, and Jan—it set the tone for another wonderful stay.
The food is absolutely delicious, freshly cooked every time. A special shout-out to Robert, the chef & his team, who consistently deliver brilliant meals—each one a treat! The pasta dishes at lunchtime are a particular favourite of ours: light, fresh, and packed with flavour. We’d love to see them featured on “Italian Night”—they’re just that good!
This visit was our first time seeing the Cypriot dancers, and they were both talented and fun to watch. We also thoroughly enjoyed the singer on Thursday night.
Tony’s cocktails deserve their own spotlight. He always goes out of his way to suggest something unique, and how he remembers all those recipes is beyond us! He knows exactly what to put together—even made a cocktail for my husband, who’s not usually a cocktail person, and he absolutely loved it.
I’d also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Sonia, Maria, Robert, and Alessandro. When I wasn’t feeling well for a few days, their kindness and concern truly stood out and made my stay even more special.
The whole team makes such a difference.

This place is definitely worth the hype. Don't even think about it just book. I travelled here with my Partner and mother in law and we've been lucky enough to travel to many wonderful hotels around the world and this hotel is up there!
The staff are incredible, so friendly and attentive, nothing is too much for them. Special mention to Alessandra and Mahmoud, you're both a real credit to the hotel with your friendly charm and welcoming smiles.
The food is outrageously good. So much choice and made to such a high standard. Lots of veggie options at all meal times. Drinks are also great quality, my partner had many spiced rum and cokes and the staff made loads of lovely mocktails (thanks again to Tony and Alessandro for keeping up with the drinks orders! ).
We usually go for a hotel with lots of choice for actives during the day but honestly it was lovely to not have that and totally switch off. The promenade is perfect for getting out and exploring via a run or a walk and there are lots of water sports available if you want more of an adrenaline rush (we did the jet ski and paragliding with wet and wild just down from the hotel which was great fun). The bay is stunning and perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
Then hotel was spotlessly clean and everything was honestly just wonderful. We couldn't faullt a thing! We will definitely be back! Just book it!

We had seen the many very positive reviews & on the strength of these booked a deluxe suite with a sea view for the second half of our Cypriot adventure, we booked directly with the Louis Hotels website on a B&B basis and perhaps should have done a bit more research first. Had we known this was a "TUI" all inclusive type of Hotel we would not have booked it, however, once we got there and realised our mistake we tried to make the best of things. On check in we were offered a complimentary upgrade to half board which was unexpected. The room we had was quite basic & was of a reasonable size, furnishings were OK although a bit dated however, the bed was comfortable. The general cleanliness & grout between the tiles on the floor & in the bathroom was not the best & could do with a steam clean / regrout, as we were the first guests of a new season the cleanliness my have got better as the cleaning regime kicker in. The pool and communal areas are pleasant although we did get bombarded with insects whilst trying to enjoy a sunbathe & ice cream. The cooked breakfast offering is basic with relatively poor quality ingredients, we ate the continental / Cypriot style breakfast most mornings. We did not partake in the evening meal offered as quite frankly, themed food nights when staying in Cyprus are just of no interest to us, we did look at the offering on the once a week Cypriot night but decided to eat out instead.
