Review of Infinity Blu 4*

My personal thoughts on this hotel! As the bus pulled up my thoughts we oh! This doesn’t look great from the outside. For me when you walk in again it is oh! Definitely not a wow hotel. I understand it’s a small hotel but reception, Lounge and dining all open plan and no real space to chill. Room we apparently had ‘best room in hotel’ ‘it’s great’ we were told — deluxe suite top floor (411) really deflated when we opened door, room is lacking one thing a bedroom! I thought a suite was a bedroom, lounge and bathroom! Not in this case. Settee across patio doors facing the bed! The views were beautiful with nice table and chairs on one part of balcony and lucky enough for us sun loungers on another. (For anyone interested they are working on hotel next door and we watched progress for the whole ten days). Front window opened up for bedroom/lounge/patio to be (outside) if you wanted to relax in room looking a view you had to sit on bed so sofa really pointless. Food is nice again expected something outstanding with the reviews. Themed nights are good if you like that particular theme if not there’s not much else to eat so for me not a great idea. If you are someone that wants chips it has to be lunchtime. Salads were nice. Deserts looked very impressive but I thought it was all very repetitive and tasted very much the same — great fresh fruit. Pool nice and quiet and as mentioned lots of times you can get a bed anytime of day. However on our stay there were lots of people that go every year and ‘meet up’ felt like we were in a members only club! Some even had their own music playing with no consideration to people around them! All staff very welcoming and work very hard definitely worth their weight in gold. Would I come again — no. We like quiet but beach is open to everyone so lots of families enjoying it (weekend was very busy) and hotel behind entertainment too loud went on until gone 12 one night — hotel nice, food nice, rooms nice, staff great. This is just my opinion obviously.
