8 days in VIP occupancy. The suite, our room, clean, beautiful and luxurious. Living room and bedroom with access to the large balcony, jaccuzi in the bedroom, Wi-Fi and 2 bathrooms.

We were touched by the welcome and service received. Employees always have a smile on their faces. We always say "hola" warmly when we meet them as if they have known us for a long time.

Varied food and in abundance, we did not lack anything. Bar on the beach for cocktails, a la carte restaurant with very varied menu. Nice clean beach with facilities to receive a massage by Amelia.

We went to dinner with Maikel Cuba Ramirez from PR, lobsters which was delicious at the Fantasia restaurant. Besides, we would like to thank Maikel who made our stay unforgettable. It was beyond our expectations.

We highly recommend this hotel.

Returned on Dec 28 and had a fantastic Christmas. The food was fantastic, the beach is amazing, always enough loungers at pool and beach. The entertainment staff does a great job and I cannot say enough about the outstanding service from the staff in all areas of the resort. They treat you like family and I never want to leave each time I visit. Cannot wait until my next visit. The resort is amazing and give it a 10 out of 10! Don't hesitate to visit! You won't be disappointed.

EVERYTHING I LOVED, very good services, the pool well cleaned, the rooms spacious and clean in short I loved it.

We spent 6 great days here. Very friendly staff. Delicious food, always something different to choose from. Great drinks also the water and cola tastes very good here.
Lots of pools and bars and to the beach within 2 minutes. There were always enough loungers. Simply fantastic here. Would highly recommend.

The installation is very good, very quiet, but the best are the attentions, the hotel staff has an exceptional treatment towards the customers, I am sure q I will return, I have spent a wonderful birthday, thanks to all the workers of the hotel for making my day an unforgettable moment.

That lie is so big, I was from 8 to 10 this month, and the service is lousy, very little variety of food and as the main course liver, the food lousy, only served lunches at the ranchon on the beach, the towels dirty, the mattress with springs gone, the plague of humidity in the rooms, the bathroom mirror, I think I had 300 years ago, in order to a disaster, very little variety of drinks and international drinks, lousy customer service, my entry was at 4 p. M. And were the 5y30 pm and my rooms were not ready, please don't waste your money on this hotel, except to say that the only thing worthwhile are the workers of the coffee, the beach only that, and not counting the workers asking for drinks and things to eat, all a disaster.

All-in-general. I recommend, a b7enisima care, menu excellent, service excellent and a special treatment, as well as a group of workers very prepárados. I congratulate you.

The hotel has a beautifully landscaped property that surounds the hotel! the beach is only a few steps from the main lobby, the staff are quite amazing some have been with the hotel for many years! the management team continue to work on the infrastructure which is as you can imagine a daunting task when the hotel is in use 24/7

Same tasteless food at buffet everyday and very low hygiene practices Bar staff not trained (no mix drink knowledge) Long check in process in hot lobby Pools poorly maintained (over chlorinated) Smelly toilets without paper, soap and door locks Beach restaurant recycles greasy plastic spoons & plates.

In the restaurant. The food wasn't good It got not too much choice and the waiters never show up they have to put more people to serve and attend the tables, the rooms. It need more cleaning and attention the landscape and the tree around the Hotel was very good 5 Five Points for those people s.

I just check out from the hotel today, 03/21/2018. It was my first time. I really spent some wonderful days here. In general the hotel offers great service, the rooms are ok, at least for me. The buffet was very varied, abundant and clean. I'm just going to call attention to the service at the buffet, yes it's slow, however there were many people staying these days… a lot. The weather and the beach were spectacular. I’ve got some pictures so you can see for your selves. I’m coming back very soon. I loved it. Like I told you I did come back, this was on July 1st, 2018. I have some pictures to prove the amazing paradise VARADERO BEACH is, this are real pictures, taken by me.

Enjoyable stay at the Brisas. I rested from 20 to 30 may 2018. Beautiful place, great ocean is fascinating, every evening entertainment shows. The wonderful staff became like my family. I was lucky to get 22 on the anniversary of the opening of the hotel had arranged a wonderful holiday. Will definitely be back!

It's a good place. Open bar and Buffet. The drinks are not that good, and the food firm the menu on the cafeteria is not always available. Good pool and wonderful beach.

Was from 5 to 19 April 2018. Very nice staff, endure all the drunken escapades of Russian tourists in the dining room will not leave without attention. The rooms are cleaned every day, but beware do not leave on the table in cosmetics, perfumes and open bottle of alcohol. The hotel is really nice. 5 *, but it is related to the specifics of the country: the poor stronghold of socialism.
In the room cleaning is present "nominally", in case you need actual cleaning, be kind to leave 2-5 cook, for 1 Cook Maksimumchto will make, it will fix the beds and maybe put 1, l water.
The food is edible, but without frills. The choice is there, hungry to stay hard. But seafood (not fish) almost does not happen. The fruit is also not super (but it is most likely we hit the off season, early April).

The area is well maintained, clean.

First room had one bed when my companion and I had asked for two. Second room was dim, shabby and moldy. Third room was better but locks on both the deck and door were broken. Buffet food was largely mediocre. Better food at the lunch grill and snack bar. Wifi in the lobby was fairly stable by Cuban standards. Money changing at desk was convenient and not too outrageous on exchange rate. Fabulous beach and nice pools. Grounds were clean although some buildings seemed abandoned. A few small shops and on site post office. We enjoyed Havana more.

Hotel on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean in the tourist area of the city of Varadeo. Very nice and varied food, lots of fruit and always freshly squeezed juices like in premium hotels. The waiters can buy (to take with them) everything they have in the kitchen and bars are an order cheaper than in the store. For example, a bottle of rum for 2-5 euros. Rum, which in Russia costs 2000 rubles. Buy them for 3-6 euros. The head of the excellent Argentine cheese with blue mould weight in 1kg which if you find at us for 2-2, 5 thousand. Rub. They will cost 2-5 euros, etc. The problem with beach towels, it is better to bring with itself or it is necessary to buy in shops at hotel for 500-1000 rubles.

They say this is a four-star resort, but personally — I think this should be claimed as a two-star resort. The staff are unfriendly and rude, and the place is unclean. The towels we received everyday often had brown stains on them, and the plates at the buffet were often unclean. Along with this, many of the mugs at the coffee bar still had a residue from the last person who used it. The safe in our room was broken, and they did not fix it the whole time we were there. Aside from this, the room was infested with black mold. The beach was amazing, and there was great entertainment in the evening (dance shows, aqua ballet). If you want to spend the whole day in the beach, then perhaps this is the place for you. But if you want to experience Cuban culture and thoroughly enjoy your vacation — consider going elsewhere.

The hotel is located near the city of Varadero. The beach is very nice. Very fine white sand, without any pebbles. Food is plentiful, but our taste is fresh. The days of Cuba with roasted whole carcasses of piglets and calves on the grill are arranged near the beach. Dance and sing. The best cocktails are done on the outdoor veranda near the main building. The rest bungle. The room was clean and tidy. From above the dust hindrances and ready. And so loved the cultural program and animation.

We would like to thank the Brisas del Caribe it was our first time to Cuba February 4th to the 11th we spent one week at this resort and enjoyed every minute of it. Your staff we got to meet during our stay was exceptional our maid Maria Elena is such a gracious lady anything we needed she made sure it was there for us and even in her busy schedule to do her work she took a minute of her time to have her picture taken with us on our last day at the resort. Down in the buffet during breakfast our waiter Livan and waitress Ariana would have a table ready for us as we walked thru the door not to mention fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee. Our two favourite cooks who ran the omelette and pancake area Jorge and Losmar knew after our first breakfast and remembered each day what we would have even thou there were many other guests each day. I think breakfast was the best start of our day! All your staff including the bartenders and other wait staff were amazing. The entertainment was enjoyable by the pool side from darts to hockey shoot outs. Even thou the resort is not brand new everyone of your staff took pride in their jobs always with smiles and courtesey. They were constantly fixing and repairing things to better your establishment. At the end of our visit we did not want to go home and all the way home we said we wanted to stay. We do know for sure we will be back next year and we hope to bring other family members with us.

Beautiful beach Beautiful location. Evening Action. Very good cafe… But the rooms are a desire… no snacks outside the buffet time. No more coffee after 10:00. The fridge is not filled… and not activities for children despite the description.

The staff didn't even smile to pay them!
The food? Never eaten so badly in my life! And as a icing on the cake… I had put to dry my beach towel off the balcony, the next day, disappeared!
In a nutshell I would not even stay for free!

To avoid dirty and crumbling bathrooms the ground floor rooms stink of mold.

Bad food, poor cleanliness, rude staff, unwelcoming and incompetent! The structure needs a restoration as balconies and ceilings fall apart. This hotel is not worthy of 4 star… only good note is the location on the sea and the beach.
The scandalous thing remains the cleanliness, never seen anything more dirty.
Hotel not suitable for an Italian clientele.

The hotel ušatannyj at all. The room is standard for Russian and Ukrainian the South is not repaired to the 2000s. Ocean nearby, large well-kept territory, a drunk cook on every corner, but some no frills, Rum and something else. Food good although repetitive. Pastries are just excellent. Very very tasty. Fruit in November, was papaya, pineapple, and something with lots of bones. Russian-speaking staff are few. But it's there. Check revizorro with Flying hotel would not have passed. The grounds are beautiful and well appointed. The ocean is beautiful.

Spacious Resort with two beautiful swimming pools, but above all a magnificent beach and turquoise sea. Water sports activities available for everyone. Gym with various tools. A buffet Restaurant and 5 others at the carte, always in the formula ' all inclusive ' but the food is very basic… sometimes disappointing. Casual atmosphere.

Three nights in all inclusive horrible! We were put in a room in a building apart from the main hotel next to the road (we were left with no choice). Inedible food! A shame! Common areas not very clean (especially the toilet) Hotel dated. Worst stay in a hotel of this type, I advise against 100%

Surely the tourist villages in Cuba, even if 4 stars, will never have high standards and therefore you have to have very spirit of adaptation. Made this premise: PRO the village from directly on the beach that is kept clean; The staff is in most cases friendly and helpful; Village well placed in the vegetation of the place; Wi-Fi available, however, for a fee, 2 CUC for 1 hour; At every cleaning room was left to a complimentary bottle of water.
