The stretch of beach of this hotel is really spectacular, the gastronomic offer is very good and although not everything is perfect, the workers of the place strive to make one have a happy stay.

Excellent installation but very little animation in 3 days we have not seen anything of the chow or the promised pre chow.

I just arrived and I swear I am left wanting to continue more days than I felt good in the hotel. The service of excellence from the folder to the waitresses. No complaints. The food is super good and varied and every worker at the firm does everything possible to make you leave pleased and satisfied. The rooms impeccable, Very varied animation Anyway I would like to repeat the experience again without hesitation. Thank you Brisas del Caribe for making my stay at your hotel pleasant and pleasant. Returned on Dec 28 and had a fantastic Christmas. The food was fantastic, the beach is amazing, always enough loungers at pool and beach. The entertainment staff does a great job and I cannot say enough about the outstanding service from the staff in all areas of the resort. They treat you like family and I never want to leave each time I visit. Cannot wait until my next visit. The resort is amazing and give it a 10 out of 10! Don't hesitate to visit! You won't be disappointed.

6 Great days we spent here. Very friendly staff. Delicious food, always something different to choose from. Great drinks also the water and cola tastes very good here.
Lots of pools and bars and to the beach within 2 minutes. Loungers were always enough available. Simply fantastic here. Highly recommend it.

The installation is very good, very quiet, but the best are the attentions, the hotel staff has an exceptional treatment towards the customers, I am sure q I will return, I have spent a wonderful birthday, thanks to all the workers of the hotel for making my day an unforgettable moment.

I was at the end of June of this year, the only thing I liked was the food, otherwise I do not recommend it, we had problems with the air of our room, we were reluctantly moved to another one that was direct and already in that room did not serve the key, we had to walk up and down to get into the room. Definitely not a 4 star hotel as they make propaganda because their facilities are not of those categories. If you can, don't go to this hotel, that was the bad thing about my trip to that nice country.

A beautiful and well-groomed place, a large area, access to the beach to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean! In our case there was a cool view from the loggia to the pool, by the way, there are several pools. Trees grow all around, birds sing, roosters crow in the morning, various insects chirp in the evening.
The food is excellent, there are also bars and cafeterias.
Paid Wi-Fi antennas are installed only in the main case, you need to purchase a card costing 1.5 Cook, it can be used on the network for a maximum of one hour. After partial use, turn off the Wi-Fi, the remaining minutes are saved.

Great place! The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The room was in the South Corps. It is quiet, has its own swimming pool and a 24-hour snack bar close by. Overall the room is great, new with a nice view of the pool. There were no problems with cleaning, cleaned very qualitatively and made beautiful figures of towels! For greater motivation always left a little bit of cook or fine cosmetics. Shampoo, body cream, shower gel and soap were at the entrance to the hotel, but for a long time it is better to take your own. The hotel is on a 3 *, but in terms of food and fun all sorts of Turkish 5 * not even near standing. The coffee here is very tasty! Cappuccino is excellent, it is possible with honey and reed "spoon". The beach is big, the ocean is chic! The Pelicans, flying in pairs over the water, were especially pleased. Animation-from morning to late night, sports, games, holidays are wonderful, in the evening-a real concert (in the hotel is a professional dance Team dance Arena). In the lobby in the evenings live music, fashion show, etc. For Kids Mini Club. The décor is generally very friendly and calm. The animation does not strain, just creates a mood. The staff is friendly, the guests too. All in all there is for a great rest!

Well what to say, the hotel is really 2.5 *, but it is related to the specifics of the country: the poor stronghold of socialism.

Food is edible but no frills. The choice is, hungry to stay hard. But seafood (not fish) almost does not happen. The fruit is also not super (but it is most likely we hit the off-season, beginning of April).
All inclusive with a 24-hour bar is a plus, and if you give a bartender at least 1 cook, he will try!
The area is groomed, clean.

They will cost 2-5 euros, etc. Problem with beach towels, it is better to bring with you or have to buy in the shops at the hotel for 500-1000 rubles.

I just check out from the hotel today, 03/21/2018. It was my first time. I really spent some wonderful days here. In general the hotel offers great service, the rooms are ok, at least for me. The buffet was very varied, abundant and clean. I'm just going to call attention to the service at the buffet, yes it's slow, however there were many people staying these days… a lot. The weather and the beach were spectacular. I’ve got some pictures so you can see for your selves. I’m coming back very soon. I loved it.

They say this is a four-star resort, but personally — I think this should be claimed as a two-star resort. The staff are unfriendly and rude, and the place is unclean. The towels we received everyday often had brown stains on them, and the plates at the buffet were often unclean. Along with this, many of the mugs at the coffee bar still had a residue from the last person who used it. The safe in our room was broken, and they did not fix it the whole time we were there. Aside from this, the room was infested with black mold. The beach was amazing, and there was great entertainment in the evening (dance shows, aqua ballet). If you want to spend the whole day in the beach, then perhaps this is the place for you. But if you want to experience Cuban culture and thoroughly enjoy your vacation — consider going elsewhere.

Beautiful beach Beautiful location. Evening Action. Very good cafe… But the rooms are a desire… no snacks outside the buffet time. No more coffee after 10:00. The fridge is not filled… and not activities for children despite the description.

Bad food, poor cleanliness, rude staff, unwelcoming and incompetent! The structure needs a restoration as balconies and ceilings fall apart. This hotel is not worthy of 4 star… only good note is the location on the sea and the beach.
The scandalous thing remains the cleanliness, never seen anything more dirty.

Spacious Resort with two beautiful swimming pools, but above all a magnificent beach and turquoise sea. Water sports activities available for everyone. Gym with various tools. A buffet Restaurant and 5 others at the carte, always in the formula ' all inclusive ' but the food is very basic… sometimes disappointing. Casual atmosphere.

Three nights in all inclusive horrible! We were put in a room in a building apart from the main hotel next to the road (we were left with no choice). Inedible food! A shame! Common areas not very clean (especially the toilet) Hotel dated. Worst stay in a hotel of this type, I advise against 100%

Surely the tourist villages in Cuba, even if 4 stars, will never have high standards and therefore you have to have very spirit of adaptation.
