Lindo, grande, bacana e com pessoas bem gentis. As acomodações são bem confortáveis, as camas são de viúva e com um ótimo colchão, os quartos e banheiros grandes e bem dispostos. As atrações do hotel tem como foco a programação deles, coisas como academia e spa não são tão valorizadas como poderiam, mas a piscina aquecida, a estrutura da praia e os bares e restaurantes são ótimos! Além, claro, das apresentações noturnas, que são de boa qualidade. Fica depois da metade da península, mas isso não quer dizer que seja isolado, fica bem perto do golfinário, fomos a pé, e um pouco mais distante existe a cidade de Varadero, onde existem muitas atividades bacanas para turistas. A internet é comprada por cartões, como uma ficha telefônica, e só funciona em dois pontos do complexo, é barato, apenas 1CUC por hora e de boa qualidade. A comida é muito bem feita e bem variada, fomos felizes em estarmos ali, além dos restaurantes para reserva a parte no complexo (reservados mas inclusos no preço), existe um italiano e um cubano, ambos muito bons. A comunicação com o hotel antes da viagem foi meio complicada, mas foi tudo resolvido com bastante tranquilidade.

I was there in 2015 I loved it it there we are couple issues with power if powers goes your from Newfoundland don't say power l it's electricity. And we didn't know. But other then meet few good people staff service was ok but don't speak proper English. Other than that I never had no issues we be returning back in May or June.

My wife and baby and I stayed for five nights last week. The positive things about this resort are the staff, most of whom were extremely nice and all of them were very hard-working. The beach and the ocean are incredible. The air conditioning worked fine and our beds are very comfortable. The things I did not like about the resort include that the pool was murky, they do not serve Mojito’s despite one of the bars being called a Mojito bar and Mojitos are on the menu. The snack bar often runs out of menu items and they do not do a good job of food safety for example birds are eating out of the salad bar, And I had a hamburger served to me that was rare in the middle. Our door did not lock properly despite them trying to fix it. Our bathroom smelled. We only paid about $1500 for flights and everything so value for dollar was probably worth it. My friends tell me that a lot of these little problems are typical for a Cuban resorts so I’m not sure if my review is too harsh or what. There a lot of people there including families so it is a popular place.

We just came from there. Before we left I red reviews and my main concern was about beds being too hard. So I brought full suitcase of memory foams for four of us. Didn’t need them at all. Mattress were comfortable. I’m not saying everything is perfect. We have to admit we come from part of the world where expectations are too high. They try their best to accommodate us according to their standards which are much lower then ours. It was my first time in Cuba. I did some research and was prepared. If you don’t have high expectations you will enjoy it. Beaches are amazing way better then Mexico. Stuff was awesome. Loved it. Definitely will go back again…

I had an amazing stay at Turquesa. It's perfect if you're looking for a really good quality/price hotel. It's not the biggest nor the most impressive all inclusive but that's what I loved about it. It's smaller, therefore brings people together and encourages socializing. It's a bit old and needs renovations but I saw people working on it during my stay in April. Nonetheless, my room was clean and fully functional. The staff was amazing and the food surprisingly good for an all inclusive in Cuba. I was also really impressed with the daily shows (dance, music, circus, etc) and the overall festive ambiance of the hotel.

Lovely place. Obviously, one does not go to Cuba for the luxury. Don't expect it to have the luxury a Western hotel has. That said, there isn't such a friendly atmosphere within any Western country. Be live Turquesa is a relatively small resort (a little over 250 rooms). This means there's some kind of peace over the entire resort. There are small houses containing 8 rooms per house. The animation in the evening is nice and (in most cases) has some good humor. I can summarize this resort in a few words: Cosiness, good food, 24/7 bar (! ), salsa lessons and GUANTANAMERA!

I absolutely loved my stay here at Turquesa. The staff were phenomenal and treated me like royalty. The beach was stunning, the room cleaning was top notch, and after a little trial and error found plenty of food I enjoyed. Thanks so much for your hospitality. Be Live Turquesa! I loved this place so much the first time I came in 2016 that I came back two more times since then in June & August of 2017. The staff is amazing, very kind and polite. They literally treat me like family eveyrtime I go. The rooms are clean and nice, the beach is beyond words (also very well kept after) and everything is close by so you don't need to walk miles to get from your room to the beach, food, etc. Anyone would be lucky to expereince there vacation at Be Live Turquesa. Can't wait to go back this summer!
