The receptionist was the kindest, so thoughtful in every steps. She provided us with a taxi contact and many other services.

We booked this hotel at the recommendation of a friend and it was exactly what we needed. Our room was clean, roomy, well located and had all of the amenities we needed.

The hotel is in a great location connected to a shopping mall. I highly recommend the king luxury suite with the jacuzzi.

To be fair I thought about this review before posting it. I wanted to give my honest opinion. The staff were friendly and attentive upon arrival. The breakfast was good and staff was very helpful.

Comfortable hotel to stay, enjoy vacations. It has a good auditorium for around 50 people. The food (snacks) are Soo good. Go ahead.

I had an interesting experience. While booking was fairly simple through Expedia. The host was welcoming and highly communicative.

The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and some useful amenities like an iron, hairdryer, and safe.

Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is excellent (huge spread, fresh fruits, juices, coffees, eggs multiple ways, plus other stuff). The food outside of breakfast is not that great.

From the moment you arrive, the place feels just like home. It’s one of those rare spots where you meet people who quickly become your second family.

I had a very reasonably priced studio apartment with my own bathroom and kitchen and hammock. The instructors were very great and fun. The name of the place however, is a little misleading.

Nice and comfy, this is great place to stay in Cali, its location is very nice as it's in San Antonio and close to the center too. The staff is really nice too, very helpful and welcoming.

Very safe and clean. Great staff, breakfast in the morning a plus. Pool looks nice but I would not get into it, more for looks my opinion. Only like a 6 minute walk to the main strip.

A very nice place to go and relax with family and friends, it is decorated in a beautiful way, the spaces are very well distributed, beautiful landscapes and close to the city.

A super nice place, the rooms are amazing and the costumer service is outstanding.

We stayed here a few nights during our trip trough Colombia.
Our room was located at the front of the hotel but sound insulation was good. Almost no noise from the street.
Room was of a nice size.

Very well located, close by to numerous cafes, restaurants and not far from landmarks in Cali. Comfortable rooms and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Will recommend and stay here again!

Perfect little family-owned hotel. The included breakfast is delicious, the air-conditioned room is comfortable, and central location is convenient.

As a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member who travels globally and stays over half the year in hotels, this is one of THE best run Marriott properties I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing.

Great hotel, with friendly staff, walking distance from a big mall that has a great range of stores and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed eating breakfast at the hotel.

I’ve like Viajero hostels for a social atmosphere but not too crazy. And this one really hits the mark well.

I stayed at Viajero Hostel Cali and overall had a good experience, but there are definitely a few things that need improvement.
Pros:
— The swimming pool is a big plus, especially in Cali’s heat.

This is an incredible place to stay. The building, bedroom, and swimming pool are top-notch, as is the host, Hans. It's located in the Ciudad Jardín neighborhood.

The place is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, the facilities is good, I recommend this places.

I used the hotel on family travel. My family cannot talk English and Spanish too, but all staffs are super kind.
