I had an interesting experience. While booking was fairly simple through Expedia. The host was welcoming and highly communicative. The last night there I locked myself out of my room and they don’t have a 24 hour concierge. But it was very easy for me to reach the host and get replacement keys. So the service was exceptional.
The first night of my stay, I had the unfortunate experience of encountering a VERY large crawling bug that raced across my bed…. While I was in it. Ive never seen a bug in real life, that large move so quick. I was able to capture a video before I set out on my mission to kill it! I sent the video to the host, they changed my room the next day.
The furnishings were clean and modern. I would have preferred they had given me more towels, but now I know.

The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and some useful amenities like an iron, hairdryer, and safe. However, it was quite small, didn’t have a fridge, and lacked basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Considering the high cleaning fee, this was disappointing, especially since my friends staying in another room did receive some of these items, so I’m not sure why they were missing in mine.

Overall, it’s a pretty good apartment to stay in:
1. Facilities: The room has new and modern amenities.
2. Location: Easy to get a taxi (Yango, InDrive, Uber), close to a shopping mall, and near Cali’s main square.
3. Tip: If you’re staying long-term, book your room for the entire period as soon as possible. Otherwise, switching rooms can be a hassle, since you’ll have to pay an extra cleaning fee for the new one.
