The rooms are very clean and efficient. The service was absolutely great. And the location is close to everything.

We booked this hotel for a wedding that we attended in Cali. It was a safe location and in a very nice area of the city. There are lots of restaurants around, aside from the restaurant at the hotel.

The receptionist was the kindest, so thoughtful in every steps. She provided us with a taxi contact and many other services.

Very safe and clean. Great staff, breakfast in the morning a plus. Pool looks nice but I would not get into it, more for looks my opinion. Only like a 6 minute walk to the main strip.

The breakfast was good, the room very comfortable and the staff is friendly and takes good care of you. It has a good location.

Excellent customer service! They really care! I had a problem with the shower head in my room & I got a free upgrade. Nice, quiet and cozy.

The staff people here is very nice and friendly. Their rooms are clean and is a pretty calm and relaxed environment. If you want to rest this is the perfect place.

Cali is one of Colombia’s “forgotten cities” that gets some attention for its medical tourism offer, its salsa dancing… but has also had setbacks in the past few of decades.

Comfortable hotel to stay, enjoy vacations. It has a good auditorium for around 50 people. The food (snacks) are Soo good. Go ahead.

We spent two nights here and our stay was spoilt by road noise. This and a few other issues detracted from our overall enjoyment. The hotel is an interesting place that hides behind a plain facade.

Wow. I came to Colombia for vacation and this place blow my mind, too colonial, too beautiful and the staff too kind.

This place is very cozy and worth the try.

Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is excellent (huge spread, fresh fruits, juices, coffees, eggs multiple ways, plus other stuff). The food outside of breakfast is not that great.

My room was on the eleventh floor of the secondary building which you can only enter by the only bridge located on the second floor level.

I stayed in the highest grade room at the Viajero Hostel, up the metal spiral staircase. Truly excellent room. Very clean. Lots of hot water.

Great hotel, with friendly staff, walking distance from a big mall that has a great range of stores and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed eating breakfast at the hotel.

I didnt rate the location as I am not sure how centrally located it is. I only stayed for one night.

The price for rooms are lower here… that's a fact! but… you also get what you paid for… my original room… lets just say, without going into detail… I was moved to another room.

I needed a quick night in Cali before going onto to next city and booked it not expecting much. What a surprise. Updated rooms, big, clean, nice showers and decent breakfast included.
