That is not the service of the hotels decameron, it seems an ordinary hotel, bad attention, pitious food, very well that you have to able, the tarzan of the Amazon, who attended us very well congratulations to able to pull your face out by the hotel, …
as hotel decameron had good concept but its attention as hotels decameron of the reception staff and attention of the restaurant is lousy, do not allow to pass to the dining room before the time they want, do not give good attention, it is bad the hotel, it is no longer what it was before, and is not worthy to bear the name of decameron.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The place is nice and although it is not the largest, it is well presented.

We stayed at the Decameron Hotel in January.
The cleanliness of the rooms is a shame, we had to change because at night we could not sleep from the noise of mice, the next day when I woke up, I saw my suitcase full of rat poo. A real mess! When we went to complain, a cleaning person laughed in our face. We fought again and were moved from room!
The food is varied, only if you're not vegan/vegetarian. I really wouldn't go back.
We are at 2018 and the Wi-Fi is paid. Roughly 8.000 Colombians the hour and goes very badly. A scam.
The tour is good, although some can do it on your own and not spend so much money.
Leticia is a quiet city and you can walk.

It is a very comfortable hotel, a little piece of heaven in the middle of a jungle city. As far as all inclusive is concerned well, not really as there is no lunch included and no drinks as in the rest of the Decameron hotels. Part from this, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The hotel staff is extremely kind and the food gives you a taste of the traditional Amazonian dishes.

A hotel is part of a good chain that guarantees a quality standard. Good service, nice rooms. Between this hotel and the Wayra are the best for kedase in the city of Leticia, although this hotel has a more resort style… If you want the adventure of the jungle it is best to go out to a hotel of the kilometers and you will not be able to sleep with the noise of nature.

Excellent Rooms, good service, the restaurant offer ethnic food, affordable prices, amazing tours on the amazon rainforest and the amazon river, guided by professional local people. In wich you can see the pink dolphins and several other savage animals.

No hot water for 5 days claiming. Internet really bad.

This wonderful gem in the Amazon really made my trip. Charming staff and delicious fresh food and juices, with its heart-shaped pool and tropical gardens, I really felt sooooo incredibly relaxed and happy. Travelling solo I needed the perfect escape from city life and I loved every bit about the Decameron Decalodge Ticuna – Leticia. I organized private excursions so I could explore different parts with just a guide and skipper including Peruvian tributaries. It blew my mind. Jungle treks, bird watching, swimming in the Amazon and fishing for piranha was simply awesome yet exhausting, so at the end of a long day it was sheer bliss to return to my wonderfully spacious air-conditioned room to read or just zzzz in the hammock in the veranda. TIPS Learn some basic Spanish; it helps. Or, if you’re thick like me and can’t string a single Spanish sentence together, use sign language; the staff are extremely patient and keen to help in any way they can. Breakfast starts 7am when everyone logs-in to the internet. Rise at 5am and you’ll find their Wi-Fi is as good as the one you have at home.

Good thing has a cost… but you can enjoy more… shame q have no good publicity in the network or ofrescn much information of the winepress. It is only by being there q discover it.
