Hotel Anaconda was the best experience we had in Leticia with my family. You can eat very well there because the restaurant is varied and very good quality price! excellent breakfasts.
They have reliable, safe tours and Mr. Luis advises very well! we were very happy with this service! the room is very nice with excellent view, quiet and the best, clean! it has a helpful staff and with excellent human quality that makes you feel like wanting to return to enjoy nature and such nice plans that this city has. Great location, you have everything nearby and the pool is big, clean and modern. The suites have jacuzzi, ideal for rainy days when you can't enjoy the pool. A detail that we liked very much was to surprise us on our anniversary with a very special atmosphere. We were eager to return and make the plans that were pending!

Clean, friendly staff. I agree with the other guests that the quality of the restaurant's food is fairly regular, not to say Malita. The Internet signal is bad, but that's everywhere, not just here.

I was just looking for a place to stay while it stopped raining, and the employees were asking if I was a guest in the hotel. I don't think that's polite on any international standards.

Probably the best Hotel in the area. The rooms are o. K. The courtyard and the Pool are friendly.

We had been staying in the Amazon for 5 days and were ready for an air conditioned room before we flew out the next day. Our room was about $100 USD, more than we had paid anywhere in Colombia, including Medellin and Cartagena. The front desk personnel are not the most friendly, but we did have good service in the restaurant, where are server was a very sweet older man who was very attentive. My biggest issue, was that we needed laundry done, so I asked the front desk how much, and he simply said it would be included in our bill at the end. Upon receiving the laundry, we were also given a bill for $70 USD! That's more than all of the drinks and food we had while we were there. They charged us per piece of clothing, so my girlfriend's little tiny pieces of underwear ended up costing $30 by themselves. I couldn't believe it. Anywhere else in this amazing country, laundry costs $10 at the most. The front desk didn't seem to care and was happy to take my money. It really felt like they were happy taking advantage of some gringos. There are some other nice hotels with pools and A/C that our cheaper. One is literally a block away. If you are looking to stay in Leticia, DON'T STAY HERE! Stayed November 2015
