This hotel is located at an extremely central location, with just 1 stop to Taipei Main Station and 2 to Xi Meng Ding.

We stayed there for 3 nights in Jan and our stay was amazing! We were warmly welcomed by the friendly and polite hotel staff. They even had a little gift for my sister whose birthday was a week ago.

We chose the Okura Prestige as our base for eight nights exploring northern Taiwan. It's centrally located right next to Zhongshan Station on the red MRT line.

There is hospitality and there is CityInn’s hospitality. This hotel raised the bar for every hotel around the world, including many premium ones. Fresh water and snacks delivered to your room daily.

We had a wonderful stay at Cityinn Branch 1 Taipei Station in February/March. It is clean, convenient and comfortable. The staff at Cityinn make this hotel stand out among the others.

Regent exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The service and hospitality at this well kept hotel are top notch.

Location, location, location. Regent is right in the center of everything a first-time visitor would want to explore in Taipei.

I wouldn't recommend the room which I had booked if you're traveling with an elderly (Quadruple).

2nd visit — 2nd time satisfied. I actually love this hotel. The location is very central and close to markets and grocery stores. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Just 5 minutes from the green/yellow metro intersection, with several bus stops right in front of the entrance. Also close to multiple 7-Eleven and FamilyMart stores.

Stayed here four nights and was thoroughly impressed! Everything was great! The rooms are nice and fancy and clean! They even had bidets if you’re into that!

We spent 4 nights at Miramar Garden and had an exceptional stay. This is a real 5-star property that delivers on every front.

We’ve always stayed at the Regent on our previous trips, but this time we tried Royal Nikko next door — and we were genuinely impressed. In fact, we found the service even better than Regent.

Had a great stay here. Location is great, with metro, train, shopping mall and a ton of restaurants within walking distance. Also close to exit Y13 to Taipei City underground mall.

Compact hotel at a superb location. The staff is really friendly and able to speak very good English. The room is compact, but very efficient. You can try everything you need in the room.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They offered free drinks and snacks in the common area, which was a nice touch, though it felt a bit awkward when they asked for a 5-star rating.

We (2 of us) booked 10 nights in this hotel during our visit in Taipei because of its location. By now we have stayed 8 nights so it's about time to write the review.
The location can't be better.

The rooms were clean and big enough. I love their bathtub design. It has a glass curtain that completely shield water from splashing onto the floor.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Grand Taipei. The food in the club lounge was great and it was really hard to pass while also trying to go out to sample the local foods.

The family rooms and the "Hand-in-Hand Land" (Playground) are fantastic; my child was thrilled just staying in the room.

Nice room, friendly and helpful staff, the Wi-Fi is very good, the Japanese style toilet seat is great, and there are many restaurants and food choices nearby.

Location is 5 stars. Its in a very good spot for the district and its walking distance to basic amenities like the Fitness Factory nearby, breakfast places, haircut.

I love this hotel. It’s beautiful, classy, and friendly. Plus the bartender makes a perfect dry gin Martini (rare in these parts). Delicious breakfast. Lovely hot spring (aka hot tub).

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and I am very happy with it. I booked late, only one week before arrival, so they have only wheelchair accessible room available, although we’re able body guests.

I stayed here during my medical checkup accompanied by my Mother. The room is super clean even it's quite a little smaller than I expected 😄 perhaps due to my body size is quite big as well.

True to its name, the Grand Hotel is grand in design and size.

Gentle remind: this place doesn’t have toothpaste and brush, no comb, no slippers, no iron in the room, no weight scale. Hotel does not provide bottled water. The aircon is not working properly.

This is definitely our most favorite hotel in Taipei!

Made me enjoy my stay in Taipei.
Only negatives I could talk about is that you can only buy a towel and dont get one.

A bit of walk from MRT and the street is quiet if you go late at night. If your check in is late, you can send them email, and they will give you instruction on how to get your key.
