The staff are very polite and enthusiastic to help. The rooms are decent for size but either the lighting set up is a mistake or the room is haunted. When you switch on the master lights the bathroom ones go off. And the reverse happens when you switch off the master!
The rooms with balconies are cute but they face the outdoor patio where smokers gather and the smell envelopes the balconies.
The breakfast is functional but not worth paying for separately.
Their processes can be too tight for a good customer experience though.
Had to leave a review for the exceptional care we received from the staff here! They really went above and beyond for us and our 2 year old during our month long stay here. Front desk, housekeeping, and the dining room/breakfast buffet staff were absolute stars — they were not just responsive to our needs but anticipated them and treated us like family. So grateful and can't recommend highly enough.
Rooms are updated and well-kept; location is safe, quiet, and convenient. Would absolutely stay again!

My wife and I have stayed here several times, and choose it due to its close proximity to the Taipei Arena and Gymnasium, for sporting events we participated in. Rooms are fine, breakfast at a proper dining room is included, and the staff are great. No problem too small for them the solve straight away. There is a very small gym room, a rooftop outside area to allow friends to gather, and washing machines and dryers, each 100 TWD per cycle. Sure there are better equipped hotels, but at a higher price, and cheaper ones with fewer hotel amenities. This is a nice mid-point hotel. It's a 3-4 minute walk from the Nanjing-Fuxing MRT station, with plenty of places to eat or buy groceries very close.
When we go to Taipei every year, this is our hotel of choice.
