We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in April and absolutely loved our experience. After booking, the hotel sent us a helpful message with details about check-in and check-out times, as well as information about luggage storage, the business center, and the mini gym.
We arrived right at check-in time, and the process was quick and smooth. The hotel has both an elevator and stairs, which is convenient. Our room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower and toilet were separate, which we appreciated. The room also included useful amenities like a safe, hair dryer, bottled water, coffee and tea, and complimentary snacks and drinks that were replenished daily. Towels were also changed every day, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay.
We stayed in a room without a window, which felt a bit cramped—especially if you have large luggage, as there isn’t much space to leave it open. However, everything else made up for it. The reception staff were very polite and attentive—they would stand and greet us every time we entered. A luggage scale is also available to borrow, which was a nice bonus.
Breakfast was okay and served from 7:00 to 9:00. We usually kept it simple with boiled eggs and sausage for protein.
One small issue—we noticed an unused condom left in the drawer that housekeeping seemed to have missed. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but worth mentioning for attention to detail.
Very old hotel yet my Sg travel agent told me is 4 stars according to taiwan rating? We paid for 3 persons yet tea cups and wash room brush cup only 2 and when asked gave us a paper cup. First night we gave in. The last day as I return to the same hotel I decided I need to fight for fairness and justice and at least we got it fixed. Although seldom 3 in a room and they really assisted and the room itself is generally clean and breakfast is fine too. Hope they can do better.

This hotel is in Zhongshan and on a pretty quiet block but close to the shopping area if you walk a bit further. We only stayed one night and glad it was only a short stay. The rooms are old, musty and very small that I could barely move around. There is free breakfast and laundry machines are available but there's only one dryer and one washer. Service was friendly and helpful. If you don't care about rooms being old and musty then it's not too bad since it's close to a bunch of places.
