I booked through bookings. Com. Shocked to find out that it didn’t actually bill via the site. You have to go through this elaborate check in process and pay separately. You have to use the Line app which I have never heard of. It’s like trying to solve an escape room. Lucky I had a friend who speaks mandarin to help me. The instructions don’t match the door vault and there is nothing to tell you it’s actually a door vault and to open it to get your key card — I thought it was the door lock and nothing happened when I put the code it. There is nobody on site and not even a sign to show you are at an actual hotel. Room smelled funny. Small and quiet. I would not stay here again or wish this check in on anybody especially late at night after a long flight. There was a Japanese couple struggling to check in. I felt so bad for them.
I stayed overnight and I was satisfied. You can go outside to buy foods and eat and go back anytime as long as within your period of stay. Line app is a must because they will communicate the IN AND OUT process through line app.

There's no service at all. It was the worst self check in ever. Overly complicated. I had to log in on their web site, which was only in mandarin. I had to text with someone to send proof that I had put the money in the payment box. I dont recommend if you check in late at night because you might not get in and check in is a pain. They could easily make the payment through booking. Com and simply send the code for the room via text…
Also, they only chean the room and change the towels every 4 days.
