Enjoyed my stay here for a first visit to Taiwan. Hotel staff was friendly (and spoke english) when checking in early and leaving bags at the hotel. Felt very welcome as I was greeting coming and going by the front desk staff. Rooms were very comfortable, bathroom was great. A plus! Bathrooms were fully enclosed, as I know bathrooms in Asia have glass walls/sheer doors. Great water pressure, toilet bidet always kept the seat warm, plenty of counter space to place toiletries. Only complaint with shower was that a shelf was needed to place your own items (soap/razors etc. ) King size bed was super comfortable to help get over the jet lag. Hotel was very quiet during the night as well. Breakfast was decent and had a good variety of items, no repeats aside from basic staples. Three 7-11 before you even reach the train station for late night bites or forgotten toiletries. Great location for a little less hectic location (ximen), but with plenty of places to walk to or eat at nearby. Made a great choice picking the forward hotel!

We had 3 people stay in the room, it was enough space for us with 3 carryons and 3 backpacks. If you have bigger luggage it might be a little tight. They provide bottles of water, instant coffee with an electric kettle. The shower water had awesome pressure and hot water right away. It is right next to a MRT, 3 mins walk and a 7-11, super convenient. They also have breakfast every day from 7 to 10, my mom loved the congee for breakfast.

Very nice hotel experience! The breakfast is unbelievably good. Different things on different days. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were quiet. The receptionists were very pleasant and friendly. Location is right next to a metro station. Two 7-Elevens and several restaurants/bakeries nearby. There are also massage chairs! The gym has a treadmill machine and a few set of dumbbells.
