3 of the 4 waters in mini fridge were already opened. One was even half full when I got in! Toilet was backed up as well! Awful experience and will not stay again.

I have stayed at the Novotel every time I visit Santiago. The hotel is in a nice place called Vitacura, the streets are safe and I haven't felt any sort of danger. The hotel is also located to many stores and restaurants that you can visit and don't have to be stuck in the hotel. The hotel it self is nice but it is starting to show its age. When you check in you should ask for a room with a shower in the bathroom. Sometimes you get a weird half tub half shower deal that it is not great. The bed is comfortable and the room is nice. They provide a kettle, mini fridge, and safe to but your things. Oddly they don't have an iron or ironing board so you must ask for one at the front desk. All the rooms have air conditioning but make sure you test it right after you check in. Sometimes they are not functioning properly. The restaurant itself is OK. The morning breakfast is nice with a lot different items to choose from.

It is an excellent place, to rest, good food and has very good location 30 minutes from the airport, close to restaurants and Parque Arauco. Cheerful people.

Pesimo… offer swimming pool and it turns out that esya in maintenance. When trying to cancel reservation I am denied, having Q Contactarne. Von Booking to cancel.

Very nice hotel, modern and elegant, moderately priced. It's in a residential neighborhood. We found a few nice places to eat. There are two large supermarkets nearby. The room was small but adequate. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a good experience.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing, they are very friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay nice. I was only there for the night, but I would definitely go back! This is a great place to stay if your Spanish isn't very good.

Just an average tired hotel in need of much love and improved Wi-Fi. Parking is crazy down steep drive down. 2* for very poor breakfast, by 930 am it was emply and not replenished.

Not a bad hotel, the staff on reception speak excellent English and the service is faultless. The location is great with 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk and bus stops nearby. Unfortunately and not the hotels fault, we often smelt cigarettes in our room and on our floor, we were woken up at 1am one morning by cigarette smoke coming into our room via the A/C. The rooms are dated and the bathroom not in great condition. The shower was very small with plenty of mould in the silicone and not pleasant to use. Would probably try a different hotel in the city next time.

The access to the terrace is limited. The bathroom is splited, 1 to shower other to WC. Taxi is offered in the hotel but difficult to take and book. Staff attention is good, bed, breakfast, internet, neighborhood, good, wines and facilities is also very good.

Room was modern and clean, as you'd expect from novotel. Toilet was blocked twice during our 3 days stay. Staff was quick to fix it but its annoying nonetheless.

Guests only can access the terrace and enjoy the city view if they are hosted on the 8th floor, difficult access for the rest of customers. The Bathroom is splitted, it's strange. Good employee attention.

This hotel has great rooms with a good view, the staff is good and is fun to talk with. A lot of services are offered here like pool, gym, roomservice and many more.

Located in a rather bourgeois area of Santiago and frequented by a few tourists (French, North American, South American) as well as by businessmen and other professionals, this hotel is a very suitable stopover:
-The rooms are spacious, quiet and in very good condition. Only my bathroom seemed a bit cramped and lacking in storage… but it has a shower in addition to the bathtub.
— served in the form of a buffet (hot, cold, salty, sweet, fresh fruit cut), the breakfast is sufficiently varied and qualitative. The room dedicated to meals is pleasant, and is extended to a pleasant covered terrace overlooking a quiet street.
-The staff is efficient and helpful.
Note Web access via Wi-Fi (free) moderately fast. Test carried out from my room with an IPhone 6 today: approx. 300 kb/s in reception and issuance, latency: approx. 50 ms.
Price of My Nights (February 2017) for a single room = approx. €100 with breakfast. The reservation had been made in France via a travel agency. Locally, the price is approx. 10-15% lower.

This is my second time staying with Novotel and it has been a great experience. The hotel location is great, safe and with many places to eat in the area. The hotel itself is very clean. The lobby and restaurant area is very well kept and they offer good food. One thing I really like is the elevator, they are fast and modern. Also, their keys are wireless so no need to slide them into anything. They have a gym, pool, and exercise room on the — 1 floor. They also offer shuttle services. They breakfast offered in the morning is very good. Lots of options. The room themselves are good, modern and spacious. They have a mini bar, safe box, hot water kettle, flat screen TV with wireless display option, free Wi-Fi. The bed for me was very comfortable and the AC works VERY well. Their windows open so you can let in fresh air. My only gripe would be bathroom/toilet situation. They are separated for some reason and very small. Not sure why they don't put them together. Also, they don't offer soap to wash your hands, there is only hand sanitize which it not meant to "clean" your hands so I had to use the shampoo to use as soap. So far this is great place to say. Nice location, nice price, nice amenities and great service from the staff.

Even that is is nearby of Amerigo Vespuci road is still a Hotel sourounde by excellent Restaurants and locations.

Annoying having to adapt to the schedules of services, example: swimming pool, would be nice to not have to worry and to take advantage of the swimming pool in the evening, after a day of walking much. It seems a little expensive considering the limitations in the services. Good breakfast, modern and well equipped rooms.

The place where this the toilet should have a hotel's hands.
