Helpful staff. Consuela is awesome! Rooms are clean and new. Hotel is well locate for touring around the city. Breakfast is abundant and delicious with plenty of protein, fruits, and pastries/bread. Juices, coffee, and hot tea are also included. Highly recommended.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am horrified to learn that five dolphins are being held captive in a small pool at the HYATT Hotel Ziva in Mexico and are being commercially exploited for shows and swimming programs. The dolphins barely have any space for swimming and diving. The pools for the hotel guests are in fact larger than the pool where the dolphins are locked up. The dolphins are constantly exposed to excessive noise. I herewith inform you that I strongly condemn this and, for animal welfare reasons, join a worldwide boycott call of all HYATT hotels as long as there are dolphins locked up in this hotel! As you may know, the city of Mexico City banned swimming and shows with dolphins in captivity as of last year. A few weeks ago, the city council even decided that during the next few months, all dolphins shall be removed from the city as these animals can not be kept in captivity in a species appropriate manner. Please contact your headquarters and ask them to build a sanctuary in Mexico and work towards the closure of this dolphinarium at the HYATT Hotel Ziva! Simply sending these dolphins to another dolphinarium is unacceptable to me and would further damage the reputation of your business. Yours sincerely

Don't be fooled by the Hyatt name, it's a standard 3-star hotel and they only get the name. Carpets stained with glued gum, put rolls of toilet paper that are started, no shower cap or any amenities, towels and a very poor bar. The breakfast is acceptable even though an espresso has to be paid separately. I wouldn't come back, I wouldn't recommend.

Good Place to spend a weekend. Excellent attention. It Has a heated swimming pool.

Nice size Rooms. The Restaurant is 24 hours. The food is not so good. Don't ask for Pisco sour. But their staff is very friendly.

Good location good value for money.

It Has an amazing view of the Andes Mountain Range, it is a multi-storey building. You Can't get inside the parking lot, that's not good for the transfer of the suitcases. The breakfast was good but there were too many people and we had to wait. Nice and clean Rooms.

The Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Normal breakfast. The strangest thing is that the front desk is on the top floor.

The hotel is beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. Service is perfect. People working there are very kind and helpful. The food at the restaurant is great and at a very good price. I certainly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Santiago!

Our stay was very enjoyable and the treatment of the employees for us was excellent as we went with our pet poodle Felipe. If we were to go back, we would return to the same hotel. It was the first time we were going to Chile, and we didn't know what the deal would be or the hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt place. Great free breakfast everyday. Food available 24/7 was a nice amenity. Great location near Parque Arauco mall and bicentennial park Av. De Cordova has very nice shopping. Vitacura is a very upscale neighborhood. Most of all, the staff was wonderful. Consuela and Constanza and the rest of the staff were amazing and made our visit much better. Apologies. The pictures attached to my review are the restaurant next door and I can't seem to remove them.

Very nice lication in one of the best areas of Santiago. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel has a beautiful terrace on the 13th floor, with a view towards the Andes mountains. There is also a small swimming pool at the same floor, but is indoors. If you travel with kids this is perfect to keep them busy. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast from 8 to 10. They have a large selection of cereals, eggs, pastries, ham and cheese. They also have a nice business center with both Windows and Mac computers.

Lousy attention… Of the parking lot we went up the elevator and out to the street, no one helps or informs where to get to the hotel… once in reception the manager who in this case was the same bar he sees us and still doing their things, by which we understood was not the reception, because I think the minimum is to greet and see that we need to… to wait about 10 minutes and not have anyone at the reception asked who is the order and was the… then the rooms are spacious but the showers are uncomfortable, there are no robes, slippers, glass of water in the bathroom, only a shampoo and we are people… it is far too basic for the prize and very bad attention, there is in reality no attention… I don't recommend it…

Very nice people. An excellent breakfast. We had an amazing view of the Andes. Their in-house restaurant was surprisingly good and well priced although service wasn't great.

Good place to stay. How and quiet. It is a pet friendly hotel worth highlighting. In other words, dogs are received. In Santiago it is very difficult to find a hotel so well located and with these characteristics. Worth highlighting is the breakfast included in the rate and all rooms have sofa bed if necessary q the pet sleeps in a bed or husband. Good place anyway. Parque ARAUCO Shopping Park is only 10 walking distance away.

Could improve the check in experience… the location is very good, the friendliness of the attendant to receive the guest is excellent, unfortunately they did not notice that it is on site and there are elevators out of service.

The hotel is great. Comfortable rooms lovely view and great location. It's let down by poor staff. Front desk has to take care of guests the bar and restaurant in the evening… so be prepared for a wait.

The Hotel is in a privileged location, it is a Hotel not only aimed at business people, its characteristics point to all kinds of customers (great for avant-garde young people). Highly recommended from your rates to the availability of staff…!

It is comfortable, nice rooms and has a heated indoor pool indoor.

It was a fantastic experience for both myself and my family, we are cared for, cared for, pampered. The hotel impresses with its modernity although do not feel cold. We appreciate the security in its different accesses and control. Also very important to the sound-proofing was always a silent room. The room and the view of the mountain beauty. Room very clean and tidy. You can see the mineral water and complimentary coffee was also a possibility of having a miniheladera free to place our things. The state of the curtains and sliding doors with silent soft and delicious. All staff very attentive to our needs, very sensitive but professional and efficient. We stayed with children and we even put a crib all enjoy the gym and the swimming pool which also has a view of the grandiose,
Respect to the food selection in the breakfast was always varied we stayed 7 days and we all liked the fresh fruit juices, scrambled eggs with sausage or bacon good. We ask for room service and looked after us very well. Included with the room you have parking — 4 in another sector of the complex, but with an elevator directly at the entrance of the hotel. The area Vitacura is very safe and allows you to walk to get to Parque Arauco. Hope to return to stay and repeat the experience.

Absolutely recommended. It is a Hotel of very good quality, atmosphere, attention and location. The rooms and facilities in general are first. Good area. A few blocks from the Shopping mall Parque Arauco. Would return without hesitation. If I had to find something to improve, it would be the delay in the care of his restaurant. Account with pool is internal, a little girl. In summary, excellent hotel.

Perfect if you are going only to stay, the prices within the hotel to eat and drink, are high, but the maintenance, and the details are cute. Ask for the "things" that are given for free, coifs, combs, and other things.

I am staying in this hotel now and not leave yet. Yesterday night I got a turistik tour from hotel reception. They confirmed me about tour at 21:00 and said that "you must be ready on lobby for leaving at 8:00 o'clock tomorrow morning. They said that tour bus get you front of hotel at 8:45, so you need be ready on lobby at 8:15. They got price of tour from my credit card. I woke up early, I bought my voucher of tour at 7:45 and attended until from 7:45 at lobby. Waited… waited… in spite of ask about tour a lot of times, reception and front office clerks said "yes, tour bus on road and coming soon". At 8:45 reception employees said that "tour bus came, you can get off for tour". I get off lobby and saw that a taxi front of hotel wait for me. Clerk of hotel said to me this taxi bring to you for tour. I did't understand why need get on taxi, because tour bus would bring me front of hotel… I imagined that my be traffic problem and get on taxi. Taxi take away a touristic stop and said to me "you can get off and wait here for tour bus and u must give me 5000 peso for transfer. L want to pay by dolar because I haven't any pezo. He Said something me by spanish and bring back me hotel. Due to reception, all my day lost. So, I want to warn that about this hotel. My experience and comment about this hotel was not good. Finally I don't offer this hotel.
