On January 09, 2020, I was assaulted by armed robbery inside this vitacura management hotel. Five hooded, armed guys came in, stole my car and all my belongings. To this day the hotel has not responded with anything, nor the clothes that were stolen from me, left me with nothing. They have no security in their hotel, do not stay in it, it is a danger!

I've attended courses and talks. Good rooms, adequate and comfortable. Friendly and friendly staff. Good willingness to deliver information. Nice décor. Clean and proper bathrooms. Public transport nearby.

Great place, prices surprising regarding the location. I recommend it anyway for business meetings. Friends on a nice terrace and friendly attention.

Very good place. The general conditions of the hotel are excellent, as is the view; Spacious rooms, with a single detail, have no videt. The staff is very friendly and predisposed to help, especially Miss Gabriela. The breakfast is good American type, it just doesn't vary in the day to day. It has free parking, which in Chile is quite difficult. It is located in a nice area, with several restaurants nearby (not economic). The prices inside the hotel are quite normal for what this kind of place is. Surely when we return we will choose again.

Very good hotel, clean large rooms. Very complete breakfast. Ample parking and easy. The only downside is that the air conditioning in my room to noise nuisance.

I stayed in this Hotel for a total of 10 days during a business trip. The breakfast was boring and got old very fast, by the 4th day I stopped eating there all together. It seems they do not have a kitchen, so their food is very limited. Now, the real issue I had with this hotel. I had asked for Late Checkout the day before, as my plane left Chile at 6:00pm and the checkout is at 12:00pm. I had been granted Checkout at 2:00pm. At about 11:00pm, I had someone knock on my door, apparently I had to leave, since my room was already "sold" to another costumer. When I went to complain in the lobby, they told me there was nothing they could do and I could just wait in the lobby if I wanted, even tho I was granted the late checkout the day prior. This usually wouldn't be an issue, but I would assume they could show some kind of respect if I had stayed in their hotel for 10 days. Now, since I couldn't carry my bags around town while I waited for my departure time, I left my bags at the front and went out for a walk. When I came back to leave and got my bags back, my carry on suitcase had the handle broken by the hotel staff. I tried argue with the manager, but he said they are not liable for the bags. Sadly I did not have time to argue as my taxi was waiting. Great location, as there are many good restaurant around the area and it's very safe, sadly the food and the last day killed it for me.

The hotel is clean, conveniently located in a safe nice area of the city, with access to public transportation and lots of amenities. People are nice and provide a good service. My complaint was the poor Wi-Fi service. Rather than that, I would recommend Hotel Director.

Good location and good room size.

Overall nice rooms and location. While technically bilingual some of the staff were difficult to understand in english.
