There was cold water in the shower and the room that was 601 was smelling like food. For that reason I wouldn't recommend it. I appreciate you can be contacted to compensate for the bad time spent since one pays a service to work as the hotel offers it and if the hotel does not comply with what is offered the right thing for the guest is to compensate.

El hotel tiene una muy buen ubicación en vitacura, a 15 minutos en auto del centro de Santiago (casa de la moneda). Tiene a 3 cuadras 2 restaurantes y un pub. Además esta a menos de 500 de la Estácio. De subte que conecta con el centro y con las Condes Refaccionado. Habitaciones amplías y sumamente equipadas. Temperatura de la habitación regulable. No tiene casino. Un desayuno bien variado y abundante. Servicios de transporte.

Relaxing Corner in the center of Vitacura. Boutique Hotel. We attended the delightful bar restaurant in a beautiful but secluded garden with a small pool. All very intimate and delightful. Great food. The highlight is the possibility to enjoy the swimming pool, deckchair, bar and restaurant at the same time. To Try again!

Great hotel, right in the heart of town. Only downsides are shower, the water pressure isn't that great, and the lack of elevator. Besides that, definitely recommend it!

Nice rooms, very nice crew and excellent location for anyone who is eager to flee the more crowded part of Vitacura. Though you might want to catch a cab in order to go the the next Metro or points-of-interest area there is really no need to worry — prices are cheap due to the short distances and the nights are more calm. The backyard offers a small pool and much space to chill and calm down after work. The restaurant is nothing too fancy but has some nice and solid things to offer — no Chilean but mainly European cuisine.
