Great location, beautiful modern clean rooms, large selection of breakfast foods, boxed lunch was helpful to take on the hike and dinner was delicious.

Las Torres is a magnificent property in a magnificent place. I gave the rooms 4 stars because they are not hugely luxurious but still extremely comfortable.

Fantastic service and very comfortable rooms. We had an excellent stay and the hostess was so welcoming and helpful.

We spent a lovely three days at Angelica’s House.

We had a wonderful stay at the La Colmena with Victoria. Our room was excellent and the pre dinner drinks in the nature area behind the Lodge were also excellent.

This is a very special and truly ecological lodge in the forest by Ensenada. Victoria, the owner, has built this lodge with a lot of attention to detail and creativity.

The hotel service was excellent. Ivana and Paula at the front desk were outstanding. However, the dinner service at the restaurant was terrible. We stayed five nights.

A great place. But please do your research. You need a car or use taxis or walk to town. Restaurant and bar closed on a Sunday.

Excellent quaint hostel of approx 8 rooms. Great location close to the bus station and very comfortable.

Stayed in their cabana outside of town last minute with a group of four. Super quick communication and a gorgeous, new space.

Spacious room with a grand view (5 floor or higher). A bit musty smell but the sheets are clean and good shower. The breakfast room on the top is amazing.

Excellent place to be, good food and view of the bay of Puerto Montt. I suggest that you choose the rooms with a view of the bay and city.

We stayed for a few days and loved it. The personal was also amazing and helpful. I would totally go back, and it was a place that it included breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Domos! The room and kitchen were very clean and updated, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel in the center of Puerto Varas. If your can, ask for the room with lake view. 100% worth it. I stayed 4 days and each time I looked out if the window I was amazed.

This is a five star guesthouse and a hotel. I pulled there at 10pm after I finished a long bike ride around the lake. The owners welcomed me like a family and the place felt like home.

Great place to stay! Everything is very clean and beautifully decorated. We stayed in the room called Osorno, which has a great view of the volcano. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little hostel with a very welcoming host. There are two camping spots in the back, which I personally loved. Since it’s the owner’s home, everything is really clean.

The location is decently close to the center and the ferry terminals, but is in a somewhat rundown neighborhood, and the roads are steep. The hostess speaks excellent English!

Definitely worth a visit. A very elegant wooden building with views of the lake and horses grazing on the field. One of the few places out of the big cities where you can find proper coffee.

Wonderful camping along the beach with incredible views of the Andes …. Management very kind to cyclists allowing us to stay even though hotel was having a wedding fully booked event.

Very nice hostel just outside the city but close to the fish market. Mercedes our host really made us feel like home, the place was cosy and very clean!

This place has history and friendliness that was very appreciated traveling from the US to Chile for the first time. Three blocks from the downtown beach area and restaurants all around.

Very good location, with incredible views, at night you can see the stars! Quiet, perfect for relaxing, there is a native forest next door, a viewpoint, horses, sheep, many birds.

My husband & I decided to take a last minute trip from Bariloche to Puerta Varas. This hotel was perfect for our stay for a few days. The front desk even let us borrow a power adapter the whole time.

Some of the negative online reviews of this hotel caused me to hesitate to make a reservation, however I did so and I found the negatives are exaggerated.

We had a very pleasant stay. The restaurant cuisine was delicious, including the New Year's Eve dinner! The breakfast had also a nice variety of choices.
