Outstanding everything!

This place is absolutely stunning! Amazingly beautiful, independent, modern and fully equipped.

We stayed here our first and last night in Puerto Natales. Perfect hotel right in the middle of town. We loved our pretty room and the welcome bottle of wine.

Wonderful location with really thoughtful decor. The establishment clearly goes the extra mile to make it very comfortable yet high end.

This hotel is a true gem. It is located at panoramic location, where you get a beautiful view of the city and the ocean.

Our family stayed 2 nights at Appelgren House, and overall it was a very pleasant and memorable experience.

This is a family owned place and it shows! Rafa and Angel were so attentive to every need and the staff overall were wonderful. The view from my room was fabulous.

On New Year's Eve, we ran out of options for a dinner place. A guy at the counter allowed us to enter the restaurant even though the kitchen was about to close in 10 minutes.

Great location, 5-10 min from the centre by foot, rooms clean and renovated in a beautiful old building. Walls thin as paper, but we weren’t bothered by the other guests.

This place is fantastic. The location is perfect — close to waterfront, shops, parks, and the bus station. Room was spotless. Staff were VERY friendly and helpful. Nice little breakfast with coffee.

Casa Kalfu makes a virtue of rusticity. Located nearly a mile east of Puerto Varas’s downtown, just a block from Lake Llanquihue, its design theme is bare wood.
