This comment is only regarding the owner Horacio Bovolo, who has nothing to do with the wonderful people who work at Casa Kalfu for this Mr Bovolo. He's an arrogant and unpleasant person. I had an outstanding reservation and had paid for my entire stay, which due to the pandemic, I had to cancel it on several occasions. I spoke to this person to make the reservation, not being clear about my stay due to the quarantines in Puerto Montt, he bothered and told me what I copy textual: "Dear Charles:
The rate allowed a single date change due to the Covid situation. Obviously if we are not quarantined this will be your final date. I'm in a lot of demand for the whole month of December. I can't be constantly changing dates because it hurts my offer and my business. "

Making me feel like I was hurting his "business" and forcing me to keep a date, despite the pandemic. As he had already paid the value of the stay, and surely he had already used the money, it was no longer in his interest to have a person to increase his budget at his hotel. I responded by saying that he could not treat his clients in such a derogatory way, then he canceled my reservation and said he would refund me the money, which took 1 week to do so. When I asked why it took me so long on the phone, he cut me off. He is a person with little empathy, because the pandemic has affected us all and not just him.

I was in the twin room and has everything I needed comfortable beds, I never felt cold I did not need to use the heating to dry some clothes. The bathroom has what it takes, including towels.
