Perhaps the best all inclusive experience I’ve ever had in my life, and a bucket list trip not to be missed.

We had a wonderful stay here. We were a party of 9 here for five days and four nights. The staff here is wonderful.

We had a great stay of 5 nights here. It is a beautiful property. The staff are very friendly. We really appreciate Baagiaa and Scarlett.

I absolutely loved this place. Such a quaint and beautifully done up place.
Our room was all in shades of cream and had a chandelier as well.
It's very much in the center of Puerto Natales.

Really wonderful hotel — great beds, cute and spacious rooms (we paid for mountain view), black out. Great dinner options à la carte.

This is an outstanding hotel in a spectacular location. The staff are amazingly attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. We did both full day and half day excursions.

Hotel AWA in Puerto Varas is an amazing property overlooking Lake Llanquihue and the stunning Osorno Volcano.

Incongruous and slightly intimidating from the front this hides a contemporary and comfortable hotel with lots of glass windows. Great beachside bar and comfy seating.

Tierra Patagonia is breathtaking.

We are a late 20-s couple from North America that spent our honeymoon in Patagonia (both Argentina and Chile).

I was part of a tour group and most of the members including me agreed that its the best room in our tour, and complained why couldn't we stay longer.

What an outstanding experience. The hotel itself is first rate and the food was excellent.

We are 5 star property traveler so we'll review relative to the property's rating. It's 3 1/2 — 4 star.

I just enjoyed the most delicious lunch with my best friend who I haven’t seen in years. Fantastic view, beautiful restaurant, delicious food and excellent service. What more can a girl ask for?

Exceptionally good 5 star hotel right on the river with big rooms and a superb breakfast and great dining options. Also loved the large nicely lit and decorated foyer.

We thought the location was closer to the highway, but found out it was closer to the center of the city.

Stayed here for 4 nights on our trip to torres del paine.

We stayed at Morrena Lodge for 5 nights, so we got a good sense of the place and service.

We arrived back after the W trek with nowhere to stay.
Casa Lucy was the perfect place to return from the trek to. The bed is soo cosy & room super clean!
Breakfast this morning was fab!

We’ve stayed in 4 hotels in Patagonia and Casa Lucy had the most comfortable bed. Lucy is a truly wonderful host and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a nice stay.

Wonderful hospitality and very peaceful ambiance. Clean rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was very nutritious. Would stay again.

This hotel is a true gem in Punta Arenas! The hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable, and everyone who worked there was so kind and welcoming.

We only stayed here for one night so this review is a little incomplete. I will say it was a very comfortable stay. We had a great dinner in the hotel and breakfast was more than adequate.

A wonderful location on Lago Llanquihue. With views, subject to weather obviously, I mountains at a distance and more closer volcanoes. Our room was excellent — all facilities covered. Spacious.

5 stars cause:
-The staff was super friendly and attentive.
-Beds are super comfortable (the mattress is not too soft or too hard, just perfect).

Hamilton's Place is really a nice place to be. Beautiful house with a cosy living/breakfast room, a beautiful garden and small but nice and clean rooms with great view to Osorno or to Cabulco.

A beautiful, very cozy cabin on the lake with stunning views of Osorno Volcano. Modern design, fully equipped kitchen, and a private beach. Perfect location between Puerto Varas and Ensenada.

Wonderful location if you have a car as located outside Puerto Varas on the road to Osorno Volcano and Petrohue Falls. Fabulous loft cabin with your own private woodfired hot tub.

We were only here for 1 night, but loved our brief stay. The hosts were probably the kindest and friendliest of our whole trip, and their home was super charming and welcoming. 100% recommend!

Nice little hostal close to the bus station (10 minutes walking). The rooms are nice and the hosts make sure you are comfortable.

Excellent traditional restaurant! Authentic, light and delicious food. Affordable prices and great service. Highly recommended❤️

We loved this place. Very very very clean. Perfect location, but most important is the owner and his family that take care of us. Most pleasant you can ask for.

We stayed here before and after doing the W trek. The staff were very nice. Very pleasant hotel but the best bit were the beds which were AMAZING, with good quality duvet and pillows.

Perfect location in the center of Puerto Natales and a couple of minutes walk from the plaza or the shore. Parking right in the front.

Lovely cabin with Sauna and hot tub. Out of town and quiet. Mountain View. Enjoyed! Here is a view out the window.

Our stay was simply excellent. The facilities are very well maintained and designed so that you can truly relax after intense days of traveling and trekking.

Hotel room with good condition and great front desk service. They helped us to pack the breakfast to go, since we have an early tour at 6am.

This place is great. Right in the center of town but quiet and a good value. No elevator so will have to carry luggage, though they will help you if requested. Also will store luggage while trekking.

Overall a fine experience!.
Don’t go for the 1 person room if you want to sleep before 22:00. The staff can be very loud in the evening in the hallway and kitchen next to it.

We had a 4 person room which was spacious. We only needed this before flying back to Santiago. You will need a car if you are staying here as it's not near town.

The location was close to the center of town. Lots of restaurants and shopping around. Could walk to the pier to catch my trip to Magdalena Island.

We stayed for two nights while in Punta Arenas for the penguin tour.
We had two rooms. One with two twins and one with a large double.

We had a fabulous four-day stay at Hotel Frutillar. We had the warmest of welcomes from every staff member, and were taken care of beautifully.

It was great!
Very good beds and quality linnen, excelent shower, cute decor!
The restaurant was great, everything was delicious!

Cerro Castillo is a small town with nothing to do or see, but it’s a short drive to Torres del Paine and lodging is a lot more affordable here.

We can highly recommend staying at this wonderful family owned lodge near to the national park Torres Del Paine.
