Good hotel but breakfast only until 10am has no tourist spirit, even more so if the hotel is combined with a casino. Most customers go to bed late.

Excellent service and clean room Food in the restaurant is tasty and fresh.

Excellent hotel, from the moment you arrive to the exit a 7. The food was very good and the food was very good. Even when we drank, we were presented with a 2x1. The perfect mojitos and the piña colada to die for. The rooms are cozy. Amazing breakfast, very varied, we will definitely be back!

It's a city inside, you have everything what you need, just there's no pharmacy or beauty products.

Very good hotel, comfortable and excellent service. To improve return with a la carte menu in restaurant "El Olivillo" with international cuisine, not everyone likes fish and shellfish for that detail I do not give the 5 *. So everything is the best hotel in Osorno.

Acceptable close to the city center different prices and variety of pieces either for one person oh more. If you go in family you will have limited the entertainment for all but you can do one other sporadic activity. For friends you can visit their gallery with Options pub and Restobar. It has two restaurants and a disco apart from the casino.

Very good place and complete services. They could improve by extending the hours of use of the pool and the gym. They only allow use until 14:00HS and older than 14 years.

Very well. I have already been on several occasions, and always with a cordial attention, good food and bar, and the perfect rooms.

Good Hotel. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast was pretty full. Covered parking. (It's hard to find the entrance). Within the complex annex to the hotel there is a kind of well-armed gourmet shopping centre, there is an Irish bar, two restaurants and a spectacular beverage trade from all over the world. With regard to the restaurants, I chose Del Piero, good rest but "very expensive".

Excellent place Bueba attention prices a POCL elevated but it is worth canceling there is no nads better than the comfort and tranquility.

The hotel is nice and comfortable but has no pool and gym. They give access to one that is in the complex but it is not the same. No minors can enter the pool. They sell it with both services and it's a lie.

Superb hotel with large and comfortable rooms, big modern bathrooms, a casino and two restaurants. Breakfast is excellent, varied and fresh. Parking can get crowded at night with the casino. River view is adorable.

Although it is a 5 star hotel, has no pool itself, has an agreement with the gym that is next to enter the third floor of the hotel, the pool is not good has a depth of 80 cm is not clean very ugly, then the hotel this cute has to drink something and are like private cabins has Wi-Fi also has 4 PCs with internet breakfast is very good.

Tiene a wonderful pool, the reception is bright, the Wi-Fi signal is very good, has a casino and Tien computers to be used by anyone staying at this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and comfortable. Sunday was a messy breakfast. They would have to spend more often the vacuum cleaner in the rooms.

Very good attention of the employees, excellent predisposition, we spent cold in the lobby where the restaurant and the bar, the water from the shower went warm and was full winter, the heating of the bathroom was not the same of the room and as the water did not come out hot Pasamo s cold when showering.

Comfortable rooms and nice amenities for the right price, The "casino del sol" is located aside the hotel, their restaurant "el olivillo" worth a mention and brings a beautiful overview of "rahue" river banks, probably the best in Osorno, recommended.
