Really wonderful hotel — great beds, cute and spacious rooms (we paid for mountain view), black out. Great dinner options à la carte.

This is an outstanding hotel in a spectacular location. The staff are amazingly attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. We did both full day and half day excursions.

Returning to Uman Lodge Patagonia for the second time felt less like a trip and more like a reunion. The people are the soul of this place.

Wonderful place — nice infrastructure, and outstanding location. But more professional service, specially dealing with the spa, could greatly improve the overall experience.

I was part of a tour group and most of the members including me agreed that its the best room in our tour, and complained why couldn't we stay longer.

What an outstanding experience. The hotel itself is first rate and the food was excellent.

Hotel AWA in Puerto Varas is an amazing property overlooking Lake Llanquihue and the stunning Osorno Volcano.

Incongruous and slightly intimidating from the front this hides a contemporary and comfortable hotel with lots of glass windows. Great beachside bar and comfy seating.

We are 5 star property traveler so we'll review relative to the property's rating. It's 3 1/2 — 4 star.

I just enjoyed the most delicious lunch with my best friend who I haven’t seen in years. Fantastic view, beautiful restaurant, delicious food and excellent service. What more can a girl ask for?

Nela was so welcoming, and the breakfasts lived up to their reputation!

The best hotel in the area, no doubt. The host is amazing, the breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had, the rooms are excellent, and I don’t have a single bad thing to say about the place.

My teenage daughter and I stayed for 2 nights. Ruth is the best, so friendly, helpful, and fluent in many languages. BÖREK the restaurant is excellent.

Lovely cabin with Sauna and hot tub. Out of town and quiet. Mountain View. Enjoyed! Here is a view out the window.

Our stay was simply excellent. The facilities are very well maintained and designed so that you can truly relax after intense days of traveling and trekking.

Tierra Patagonia is breathtaking.

We are a late 20-s couple from North America that spent our honeymoon in Patagonia (both Argentina and Chile).

This is a great and very laid back retreat. So much atmosphere and lush green surroundings. The rooms are large bungalow type buildings, which are wheelchair friendly. Large shower and bathroom.

Incredibly authentic and accommodative, family operated, almost Relais & Chateau level! Double down pillows and duvet.

We had a fabulous four-day stay at Hotel Frutillar. We had the warmest of welcomes from every staff member, and were taken care of beautifully.

Rodrigo and all other check in staff were very kind. They helped us find good vegetarian restaurants, supermarkets, and breakfast early for us when needed which was very kind.

Our group had two nice evenings here. Beautiful building, with a lot of nice wood work. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable, room spotless with a nice shower. We walked to our restaurant.

Great hotel, best we've stayed in so far, fantastic view from picture windows of the Orsano volcano across the lake, great shower and fab room…

You just experience Barocca Lodge to see how special this place is. It will transform you to pure relaxation and comfort.

The cosiest holiday accomodation we’ve stayed in — you can’t just create this atmosphere, it’s obviously built up over many years and it tells. Blown away how great it’s been the past 4 days!

Beautiful glamping experience with amazing views, yoga and all meals included. I stayed 1 night after multiple hiking days. The service is great.

We stayed at Hotel Bellavista for two nights in the large family room (2-storey). The hotel was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very good service and breakfast. The the facility is starting to age, but still in good repair, and a nice large lobby. I did not use the spa, but looked at it, and wish I had.

Stayed here February 21, 2025 for a one night stay. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations and staff.

Beautiful property with great staff, Wi-Fi and breakfast. Far away from anything interesting so don’t stay here without a car.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were so lovely and helpful, they took us to a local ‘beach’ as we didn’t have our own car and it was a beautiful hot day.

Peuma Lodge is a wonderful oasis in a spectacular scenery. The rooms are large, the beds warm and comfortable and the staff is fantastic.

Great stay, nice location 25 min walk from the main town along the lake so it's nice and peaceful.
Good breakfast, good price for the rooms.

Pablo is a fine asset to this basic accommodation.

Great location, beautiful modern clean rooms, large selection of breakfast foods, boxed lunch was helpful to take on the hike and dinner was delicious.

Las Torres is a magnificent property in a magnificent place. I gave the rooms 4 stars because they are not hugely luxurious but still extremely comfortable.

The most German thing about Dein Haus is the name. The rest is very Chilean, both in a good and a less good way.
The view from our decent but somewhat bare room down to the lake is excellent.

It was a perfect stay. The hotel is not in the crowded center of the city but in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. There is a mini market about 40 meters, very convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at the La Colmena with Victoria. Our room was excellent and the pre dinner drinks in the nature area behind the Lodge were also excellent.

This is a very special and truly ecological lodge in the forest by Ensenada. Victoria, the owner, has built this lodge with a lot of attention to detail and creativity.
