A nice place with wonderful views and very warm atmosphere, strictly recommended.
An excellent lodge that appears more or less out of nowhere after several hours of driving through nothingness (coming from the Chilean side). Great views across The Valley, spacious rooms and all other amenities that you would expect of a hotel with this price tag. What I would like to point out especially is the restaurant which delivers incredible value for money. All dishes were excellent and we were a bit sad that we only had one dinner occasion while staying there.

This was our last stop on a 2 week trip through northern Patagonia and it was the most relaxing and beautiful of our stays. The views from the rooms and public places were spectacular. The location is perfect for white water rafting in the morning and relaxing in the afternoon. We had some interruption to electricity, water, and Wi-Fi while we were there but nothing too inconvenient and a fine trade-off for the benefits of being in such a beautiful remote location. The bathroom floors looked like they may be heated but we couldn't figure out how to turn them on if they were. I liked the heated towel warmer and large, fluffy towels. I especially loved taking advantage of the steam room. Most places only have saunas and I actually prefer a steam room so was overjoyed when I saw they had a steam room that was pleasantly hot and steamy! I also enjoyed using both the indoor and outdoor heated pools. My stomach was upset when I arrived and the staff was very considerate in getting me bitters with Sprite (at my request) and some of their recommended hot tea each day and night. There were optional places to take walks or hikes but we were hiked out by the time we got there and just enjoyed the hotel pool, steam room, and lounge when we weren't white water rafting.
