This place is unforgettable. The beauty surrounding the cabins with no noise except the waters of the river flowing by and the occasional birds greeting you in the morning…is truly idyllic.

Outstanding space! The house is right on the river with beautiful views. The space is clean, organized, and spacious. Perfect for our trip of two couples.

Family of four (52, 51, 18, 16) stayed December 20-24 2025. We had a private room with six bunk beds (five twins and one queen) and private bathroom with shower.
The location is perfect.

The hostel was super cute! It is a little out of town, but the location is super nice and most rooms have a great view of the mountains.

Had a wonderful stay here when passing through Coyhaique. Gaby went out of her way to make sure I was welcome and prepared for the rest of my time in aysen.

Visited looking for a book to read in English. The manager was very kind and helpful, allowing me to choose and take a book from their shelves, even as a non guest. A warm and friendly space.

This is a family owned place and it shows! Rafa and Angel were so attentive to every need and the staff overall were wonderful. The view from my room was fabulous.

Great family-run property. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The owners graciously helped me when my electric razor battery died.

The hotel is very neat, however, there are a couple of details I didn’t like. When you check-in they make you pay your bill in advance, something I found very rude.

The ladies running ghe place are absolutely the main reason we loved our stay here.

Our family stayed 2 nights at Appelgren House, and overall it was a very pleasant and memorable experience.

The attention to detail and the coziness is sefond to none. I do live in hotels due to my work and I have never felt more at home than with them.

Rodrigo and all other check in staff were very kind. They helped us find good vegetarian restaurants, supermarkets, and breakfast early for us when needed which was very kind.

We really enjoyed our stay here — the hotel is tucked into a quiet residential area, which gives it a very quaint and peaceful feel.

The brothers were extremely helpful when I decided to change my itenary a bit.

Basic cabins, clean, hot shower, basic kitchen, nice compound with views over the Magelan Straight.
Good value for money.

The host was incredibly nice! The rooms are nice and decent with good price. However a bit far from central areas but it was ok.

Nelson is a very nice person. My flight arrived at 11:30pm. He still picked me up at the airport and took me to the bus station the next day.

We arrived late with out motorcycles and they took us in, walking distance from stores and restaurants, friendly staff highly recommended!

The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the host is also lovely and willing to help with any questions. Personally, highly recommend staying here for a rest.

Our group had two nice evenings here. Beautiful building, with a lot of nice wood work. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable, room spotless with a nice shower. We walked to our restaurant.

Beautiful, clean, large cabaña with a great view of Osorno. Maria is a great host who takes great care of her place and made us feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again.

We spent three nights in this beautiful house with comfortable and cozy rooms. The view from the common room to the fjord and the Yates volcano was amazing.
