Nela was so welcoming, and the breakfasts lived up to their reputation!

My sister and I stopped for one night at this hotel while touring La Carretera Austral.

We only stayed here for one night so this review is a little incomplete. I will say it was a very comfortable stay. We had a great dinner in the hotel and breakfast was more than adequate.

A wonderful location on Lago Llanquihue. With views, subject to weather obviously, I mountains at a distance and more closer volcanoes. Our room was excellent — all facilities covered. Spacious.

5 stars cause:
-The staff was super friendly and attentive.
-Beds are super comfortable (the mattress is not too soft or too hard, just perfect).

Hamilton's Place is really a nice place to be. Beautiful house with a cosy living/breakfast room, a beautiful garden and small but nice and clean rooms with great view to Osorno or to Cabulco.

A beautiful, very cozy cabin on the lake with stunning views of Osorno Volcano. Modern design, fully equipped kitchen, and a private beach. Perfect location between Puerto Varas and Ensenada.

Wonderful location if you have a car as located outside Puerto Varas on the road to Osorno Volcano and Petrohue Falls. Fabulous loft cabin with your own private woodfired hot tub.

Very kind staff who were very helpful and patient. Rooms were nice and clean. Would stay again.

It was a good hotel. A. C and TV and English t. V. Channels. Really clean and nice staff. Freshly made eggs for you in the morning and a good cake selection for those with a sweet tooth at breakfast.

Excellent service, the apartments are complete and very well equipped, the experience with a log fireplace was very good, it would have been excellent.

We were only here for 1 night, but loved our brief stay. The hosts were probably the kindest and friendliest of our whole trip, and their home was super charming and welcoming. 100% recommend!

Nice little hostal close to the bus station (10 minutes walking). The rooms are nice and the hosts make sure you are comfortable.

This lodge is a little off the beaten track but well worth braving gravel roads to get here. Once you arrive, enjoy this slice of Chilean Patagonia!

The best hotel in the area, no doubt. The host is amazing, the breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had, the rooms are excellent, and I don’t have a single bad thing to say about the place.

My teenage daughter and I stayed for 2 nights. Ruth is the best, so friendly, helpful, and fluent in many languages. BÖREK the restaurant is excellent.

It is a very clean, quiet, small and nice hotel near the city Center.

We arrived back after the W trek with nowhere to stay.
Casa Lucy was the perfect place to return from the trek to. The bed is soo cosy & room super clean!
Breakfast this morning was fab!

We’ve stayed in 4 hotels in Patagonia and Casa Lucy had the most comfortable bed. Lucy is a truly wonderful host and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a nice stay.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. Easy walk to everything. Easy street parking for our car. Large room.
Not soundproof. People walking around upstairs until after midnight night kept me awake.

Large room, flexible and accommodating staff.
You hear a lot of noise from other guests walking around and on the stairs.

Lovely cabin with Sauna and hot tub. Out of town and quiet. Mountain View. Enjoyed! Here is a view out the window.

Our stay was simply excellent. The facilities are very well maintained and designed so that you can truly relax after intense days of traveling and trekking.

The check in was chaotic, the staff felt unorganised and it was a strange experience.

Modern hotel with a cool, industrial vibe in the decor. The rooms are quite compact but had enough space for two large rucksacks and hand luggage.

Overall a fine experience!.
Don’t go for the 1 person room if you want to sleep before 22:00. The staff can be very loud in the evening in the hallway and kitchen next to it.

We had a 4 person room which was spacious. We only needed this before flying back to Santiago. You will need a car if you are staying here as it's not near town.

Great location with a partial view to the sea on one side and very central to easily see all the attractions. Very fancy inside. The staff were nice and useful.

It's a nicely designed and modern hotel in a good spot to explore the town. It is however rather impersonal.

Like all other reviewers mentioned before, this is a wonderful small hotel. But our room is spacious, clean, warm with a comfortable bed.

We had a wonderful stay at Innata and would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy bnb vibe in Punta Arenas. Location is amazing everything is in walkable distance.

Enjoyed our stay, the rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast left in the fridge is very adequate along with plenty of coffee and biscuits. Reception are friendly and helpful.

The location was close to the center of town. Lots of restaurants and shopping around. Could walk to the pier to catch my trip to Magdalena Island.

This is one of the nicest, most pleasant places we’ve stayed. The room had a great panoramic window with snippets vie we of the Straight.

Very comfortable little hotel half a mile from downtown. Attractive and spotless. Friendly, English speaking staff. Great value.

This hostel is in a very accessible location in Punta Arenas and it is also quiet enough for a good sleep. However, what truly makes this place great is the wonderful owners.

The cabaña we stayed in appeared to be brand new — it's beautifully built and thoughtfully-designed, with a large, shared deck area.

This place is wonderful, warm and charming! The cabaña is very beautiful, very clean, brand new, and with a great localisation! It's well equipped, the bed is very confortable, the A/C is a big plus.

Very recommended accomodation with delicious breakfast incl eggs, bread, fruit, cereals etc :)

Simply incredible hospitality, quality of rooms, food, and the best coffee south of the North Pole.

I just loved it. The staff very nice, the property is like from fairytale. Very clean, makes you feel amazing! Do not get me wrong, this is not a 4 or 5 * hotel. It is I believe family runned B&B.

The hotel is in an excellent location. In the centre of town with many restaurants nearby. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, happy to provide early breakfast for early day trips.
