We stayed in the private rooms with private baths of this lovely hostel. What an amazing place to stay in Puerta Natales, with beautifully decorated rooms, luxury showers, and a lovely gathering room and patio on the roof. As a family of 7 it’s difficult not only to get accommodations but to please everyone. Even our friend who accompanied us to Patagonia, and who always stays at 5 star hotels, was delighted with this lovely hostel and our very welcoming “hosts”. We felt as if we were visiting family rather than staying at a hotel. The place was immaculate. The breakfast delicious, healthy, and filling. The staff beyond welcoming! From the moment we called Carlos and Alvero from the US we received great service! I can’t say enough good things about this lovely place.

Excellent place of passage to Torres del Paine National Park, the comfortable and good service, make a very quiet stay, its rooms I loved, has everything you need to rest and relax.

Excellent care and provision of the guys, the fourth floor I charm, the rooms are very large and shower is great, I thought that the photos need more reality, because they are short, to show what a comfortable and cute place.

Excellent hostel Sehuen. The room was wonderful. Very comfortable bed. The spotless bathroom and its restorative and relaxing Scottish shower after an intense day in Torres del Paine. What I want to highlight is the attendance of Alvaro (Colombian) because there were two, very friendly and Carlos also. I highly recommend it. The best!

I loved this second time much more the hostel. Now it looks like a 5 star hotel! Not only for the facilities that are super well located, but for the human quality with which they serve you and they reserve other services like tours and restaurants. The staff of the hostel is excellent, they catered incredibly, the rooms are spacious and heated, plus it has a very comfortable terrace. The breakfast is to the liking of the guest and is available from 6 to 10 am. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent experience at Hostal Sheuen. Amazing rooms and service. The staff always willing to answer questions, helped us a lot to organize 3 wonderful tours to the Torres del Paine, Perito Moreno (Patagonia Argentina) and the Penguin King Park in Tierra del Fuego. Very rich and healthy breakfast and very good laundry service too. Recommended 100%

I have the best memories of Sheuen hostel. We stayed 10 days, very nice rooms, comfortable and with a very modern equipment. The service of washing, breakfast and general attention of first quality. They helped us a lot in arranging our tours, which were amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Carlos was always happy to answer all our questions. All of that added to the magic and charm of Puerto Natales. Recommended 100%

Next to my family we were staying 10 days in the hostel and the experience was excellent. It really looks like a hotel. Beautiful rooms. In short service, all staff are always available and willing to help. Very friendly and close, Carlos a 7. Very nice breakfast The hostel has an amazing view from the top floor terrace. I stayed here twice coming in and out of Torres Del Plaine and had a great stay at Hostal Sheuen. First of all, who knew there was a 7 head massaging shower in this place, it's awesome. Coming off trail after several days backpacking this was an amazing perk. The hosts were very friendly and super helpful, they even held on to some of my extra stuff till I came back so I didn't have to carry it on the trail. I also enjoyed the upper level they have in this space, it's a little lounge thing that overlooks part of the city but you can catch a glimpse of the mountains from the distance.

Great place with outstanding facility. The 3 bed suite is great and very comfortable. You will especially enjoy the heating system during the cold season and the great bathroom with an outstanding shower with real water pressure … :-). Very cosy and great place to relax after a long tour in the national park. Also close to all down town restaurants and all other places of the village.
