Hostels in Los LagosHostel

Casa Azul Hostel completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home — warm, helpful, and full of great local tips.

Although it is a hostel with more private rooms than dorms, it is a great place to stay for backpackers!
The house is centrally located, but in a quiet place.

Pleasant atmosphere all very clean and cozy attention a 10

Quiet, comfortable, clean and tidy place. With excellent location and access. With friendly host and with good disposition. It has parking and tidy and clean room and bathrooms.

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean, private bathrooms. Breakfast was served on time and staff very friendly.

Amazing stay!
Wow, people always talk about the hospitality in South America, and this place does not disappoint. Don Jose, and his staff, are attentive, warm and extremely kind.

I booked a double room with a private bathroom for two nights at Casa Hostal Innata Patagonia in mid March 2026.
My room was cozy, clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Innata and would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy bnb vibe in Punta Arenas. Location is amazing everything is in walkable distance.

Favourite campsite of the w trek. Feels very backpacker, everyone is so friendly and it has a good vibe. The food here was great and Vertice’s pack up lunches were great.

Stayed here while completing the Patagonia W trail. Thought this hostel type hotel was better than average. Definitely very clean.

Great place to stay at Peurto Montt. It is located up on the steep hill from the town centre but definitely walking distance.

It was a nice stay, Juan (the host) is an amazing and kind person, highly recommended!

Stayed for 2 nights over New Years — Juan was such a friendly and gracious host!

5 stars cause:
-The staff was super friendly and attentive.
-Beds are super comfortable (the mattress is not too soft or too hard, just perfect).

Hamilton's Place is really a nice place to be. Beautiful house with a cosy living/breakfast room, a beautiful garden and small but nice and clean rooms with great view to Osorno or to Cabulco.

This Is a great place with good vibes. Andrés Is great, think the other fellow was Rodríguez, but we only dealt with Andrés. Had a private room upstairs.

Lovely place, no complaints. Very accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, good hot showers. And a nice pool table filled with plants with plenty of natural light.

I had a very pleasant stay for one night. David, the owner, is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms and amenities are old and a bit worn down but very clean and everything worked fine.

An amazing hostel. The atmosphere here is great with everyone always keen for some socialising. The owners and son make you feel so welcome with a really laid back approach!

Nicest hostel I stayed in all of the carretera austral. Beds/rooms were big and cozy. The bathrooms were really clean. The cooking supplies were in great shape. Plenty of spots to hangout as well.

Perfect resting place abd jumping off point for River adventures. Good spot to meet people of all ages. Spotless/clean. Extremely nice hosts. We stayed in one of the rooms with a private bath.

Family atmosphere, tranquility, rooms with space.

We had a fantastic 3 nights in Hostal Reymar. Marco and the team are so friendly and incredibly accommodating (even put breakfast on 30 mins early the day we had to be up and out to catch a bus).

I stayed at this place during my Patagonia trip with base location as Puerto Natales.

I highly recommend staying here! It is in a very convenient location, close to many stores and restaurants and the room was very comfortable. Above all, the staff were incredible.

I stayed in this hostal twice, before and after the W trek. The owners were so kind, accommodating me when I came in late from the bus!

We absolutely loved our stay here, and here’s why!
From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a warm smile from Elkin, who is incredibly attentive and welcoming.

The staff here are knowledgeable kind and all around great people I could not recommend this place and vibe enough.

Really lovely hostel, and Patricio was super helpful with planning trips into Torres Del Paine. The hostel is super homely and we met some lovely people there.

Such a cool hostel! Great chilled atmosphere, perfect place to chill before/after heading to Torres Del Paine. Staff are super friendly and helpful, you can rent trekking gear cheaply too.
