Nice location and rooms are very clean.

The suites are awesome with a spectacular view — highly recommended. Fisherman's Wharf and the Breakwater Lighthouse within walking distance. A really great location and look forward to our next visit, hopefully post Covid-19.

My waitress Natalia was the most amazing person I ever met she was very professional and a smile that can brighten up the world. Your ship should be happy that you have her.

It's been our very favorite place to visit and to continually return to. We enjoy the sightseeing, whetted her on foot, car, bye, boat or horse drawn carriage. A beautiful city and friendly people. Go see for yourself. The management and facility is helpful and we can count on the cleanliness.

Spacious, quality and comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, right next to fisherman's wharf and a quick walk to downtown. You can also taxi (~$8-10) or water taxi.

We are long time Worldmark owners. We stayed here for 8 nights and had a great time. Super views of the harbour, and convenient to everything. Easy walking, or cheap taxis. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

This hotel is elegant and nice. Its within walking distance to the ferry terminals. Close enough to town to walk, but far enough away to have some distance from the chaos. Guest services are helpful and friendly. All units overlook the water. Beautiful city.

We had to stay in 2 different rooms. The first one was right beside the pool which was very noisy. The second room was much better. Any problems we had they were very quick to rectify. I only wish they had air conditioning in the rooms. It was very hot. Overall I found the customer service was very good.

The WorldMark Victoria is located right on the water and offers great views of the passing marine traffic. The pools and hot tub offer sunset views one Fisherman's Warf, which is right next door. There is on site parking and a gym. Downtown Victoria is a short walk away. The water taxis also stop next door to the WorldMark if you'd rather travel by water. The rooms are clean, spacious (I stayed in a three bedroom unit), and have many the dishes and utensils. My unit also had a washer and dryer.

One of the best WorldMark resorts we've been to. Yes, the ninth floor unit with the private jacuzzi on our balcony was awesome. Views of James Bay and Victoria were spectacular. Weather during our stay was also perfect, mid-June. We took the Best of Victoria tour (about 8 hours including lunch) with pickup from The Empressa and was further impressed. The locals are friendly and anxious to interact with tourists. Try the poutine at The Pink Bicycle for traditional Canadian cuisine. We love WorldMark by Wyndham and we love Victoria… thank you!

Fabulous location, kind check in staff, has the stocked kitchen like most WorldMark's. Updated inside — most rooms have a nice view & all are very close to the boardwalk & water. ❤️ Surrounded by harbor, cute shops & boats!

Beautiful facility in a convenient location! The price per night has escalated for members 'bonus booking' from $60/night in 2015 to $140! I was not prepared for that increase.

I stayed as a guest and it was great. The waterfront view was breathtaking and the staff was so helpful.

Second time staying here, and both times I had excellent customer service. Any question I had was answered immediately and kindly — right from check-in I felt warmly welcomed. Also, the unit I stayed in had a BBQ and a hot tub, making the stay much more enjoyable during the time spent at the hotel. Finally, the location is perfect, being just a short walk from downtown yet still in a quaint area. Highly recommended!

This timeshare is located on the harbor, at the West end of the harbour pathway, just a short walk to the Clipper dock. The staff is friendly and helpful, just like one would expect of MBE. Our room was spacious and clean. The non-stick pan really was "non stick", too. Best of all, no sales presentation pitch!

Nice rooms with extremely small balcony. Great views. Not far from most attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. No air conditioning or ceiling fans in bedrooms. Nice pool area. We will be back.

Beautiful rooms and views. Downtown is about a 15 minute walk by the water. And about a 5 minute drive from the ferry. If you stay here I recommend going to a restaurant called Nourish for breakfast or for a drink later in the evening. Food and drinks are delicious!

We stayed here for 3 nights and had one of the best wheelchair accessible rooms ever in our experience of staying in all kinds of hotels over the years. I am a full-time wheelchair user and the shower was well appointed with controls that were independently accessed. The kitchen had lower counters and the cupboards above the counters were also lowered for easier access. Disabled parking was available and ample. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We absolutely love this place. It's a short walk from the ferry to Port Angeles and convenient to all be best of the beautiful city of Victoria.

Beautiful scenery. Lots of places to visit. Poor Customer Service. On check out day … the receptionist kept calling our room almost every hr. To tell us to be out by noon unbelievable.

Recently went to World Mark Victoria over spring break and we had an excellent time. The staff were friendly from the time we checked in to the time we left and were always willing to help. This is a very kid friendly building with an excellent pool and hot tub. Its a short walk to downtown or an even shorter harbor taxie. It is right next to fisherman's wharf where they have plenty of different kinds of food selections and even whale watching tours. I am already planning my next trip next year.

The location and room were great. We had a little mix up at checkin but it got sorted out. Wifi is not free.

We loved it, this location has very central access to all the attractions within walking distance, an excellent Italian restaurant across the street, pretty outstanding! The staff was the best I have ever seen at any WorldMark location.

Very comfortable! I loved our private hot tub. The staff was very friendly; they even gave us some wedding blend tea after finding out we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The only slight complaint is the high number of chairs on the balcony. It was completely covered in chairs, which made it hard to move around.

This venue is a time-share, but also like a hotel, in that untill you check in, you do not know what condo you will be in, just what will be in it. The layout of the accommodation was excellent, and the facilities were exactly as described in the detailed Airbnb listing. Beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen very well equipped. Views of the Inner Harbour area were great, and there are two outdoor pools, a hot tub and a gym.

Welcoming staff let us leave our luggage and even offered to text us when our room was ready; and did so. Also when we mentioned that our ice maker was slow, they sent up a baggie of ice. Very polite and willing to help.

Fantastic! Clean, lovely and the best view ever of the waterfront, boat docks. The staff all excellent and super helpful! Definitely an A+!

Our most favourite place to stay when in Victoria. The pool is great for our kid, and the location you can't beat. Easy walking access to downtown and right next to the Fisherman's Warf. The best rooms are the end units with the hot tubs on the balcony! Great views of the inner bay.

This was an excellent, central location within walking distance of downtown Victoria. The rooms were large and had a full kitchen. There was a heated outdoor pool and hot tub available. There is no service in the rooms, but a washer and dryer were provided.

Big, clean, and full of amenities. The place was had a wonderful view of the inner harbour. The concierge was knowledgeable and very friendly. The entire place was well kept and the other guests were quiet. Would definitely recommend other people and will definitely itely come back myself.

Jessica made our stay perfect. We were not the only ones — everyone who came into the lobby became her top priority! The lost star is because of the mattress I slept on. I got very little sleep and was sore through the following day.

Great place by Victoria harbour. Stayed for 2 nights and accessible to downtown by 10-15 walk. A small grocery store also nearby will help with some small grocery shopping.

Our room 1105, ground floor, was very convenient. Being somewhat fit, we had no problem walking 15 minutes to the ferry terminal. The bus from Butchart Gardens stopped, enrout to the cruiseliner terminal after the evening fireworks. Accommodations included two bed rooms, two bath and kitchen, with balcony overlooking the water. Loved the stay.

This is our second visit and hope to return again! The condos are lovely, spacious and the building is beautifully located on the waterfront, next to Fisherman's Wharf. The noise of the waterfront is part of the experience: floatplanes taking off and landing, ferry boats with their deep, melodic horns, whale-watching and pleasure boats leaving the docks and the voices of gulls and people as the pass by. Its an easy walk to downtown Victoria and so many things to do for families and a romantic place for couples.

The rooms are nice in a often WorldMark way, but it is right next to a surprisingly noisy road, there is no air conditioning, and the second bedroom doesn't have an opening window. During warm summer days noise is a problem with open windows and airflow is a serious disappointment. It has a great location right near the water.

Lovely views, nice amenities, but no air conditioning. As always, Worldmark delivers with the bedding and furniture. However, this is the first time we've visited one without air conditioning; and to make matters worse there's a gas fireplace that you can't shutoff so it gets steadily hotter throughout the night unless you leave a window open (and there's no windows in this unit, only sliding doors). But it's in an amazing location.

We have been here many times and we are always happy! Our kids love the hot tubs on the patios, watching the sea planes come and go, and riding our scooter along the water front trail! This place feels like home to us now! So nice to visit Victoria and be able to set up a home base — the Thriftys down the road is 24 hour so you always have what you need even if you arrive in town late like we did the last time we went :)

Great location, beautiful view, right above Fisherman's Wharf. Lots of good quick inexpensive restaurants at the Wharf. Swimming pool was open in April. Easy walk to town and there are water taxis available at the Wharf. Quiet facility, clean and cozy. Plenty of room for the family.

Clean modern units with full amenities that are great for an extended stay or coming with a big family or group. Our unit easily accommodated 6 and had the most comfortable beds of any place that we stayed on a week long trip. It's also conveniently located right on the harbor path and within walking distance to downtown tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and units were kept clean. Although we aren't here as timeshare owners but rather on their hotel program, I could see the benefits of belonging to their member properties.

We are right on the harbor and have a beautiful view. We are waiting for warmer weather to get to do more things in Victoria.

Worldmark By Wyndham is located within walking distance of the Black Ball and Victoria Clipper ferry terminals. Always friendly, the staff will put your bags in your room for you while you're off running errands or shopping. The rooms have just the right amount of space for socializing with a few friends. Two bedrooms and a Murphy bed make sleeping 6 people a breeze. Two full bathrooms in the unit are a plus. You'll find all of the essentials for cooking in the kitchen — there's even a dishwasher. Looking for some relaxation? Some units have a hot tub on the balcony, but for everyone else there is a pool and large jacuzzi (fits 10). There is also an exercise room on the main level. Roughly a 10-15 minute walk to the inner harbor and shopping, the Empress Hotel, and the Royal BC Museum.

Nice view outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Also the water and fireworks during new years was visible from the hotel. Only thing is that it's a little further then I expected to some restaurants we had in mind to go to. But overall it's excluded from main road not a lot of traffic in the area.

As long as you are familiar with the timeshare program, this is fantastic. Everything is suited well like a small apartment and the kitchen is well equipped and allows me to cook and eat my Indian food. The location of Victoria is great. I come here often with my family on vacation and it's only a few hours drive from home in Washington. There's not a lot to see in the city, but it is a great city.

First time to Victoria and first time to Worldmark Victoria. We have been owners for years and have to say that this location is awesome and the people make it even better. Thank you to everyone for making this trip so memorable and comfortable. From Julie giving us all the info to see a hockey game. To the young lady that came out this morning in the early morning and dark to offer us coffee at 530 AM. As well as everyone in between. I have to say that everyone made this trip fantastic Victoria is a true gem and we will be back to visit this lovely town and the fantastic Canadian's that live there!
