The hotel is located near downtown, but the area feels and looks kinda sketchy and unsafe. The hotel looks and feels old even though they said that it was just renovated (I think they only renovated the front desk and the elevator but not the rooms and hallway), even the washroom does not look great. If you have a choice, I would try other hotels before checking in this hotel.

Comfortable beds. Very accommodating for two big dogs. Large parking area to easily park trailer we are hauling. Very busy hotel.

Rooms are well cleaned, bed is comfortable. Frondesk staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, but it is a questionable area of town (overheard complaints of car break ins) which likely leads to drawing a lot of sports teams staying there… it was loud and rambunctious, so good for sports teams I guess but the noise coupled with the lack of breakfast prevents a rave review.

Worst experience ever this weekend! Our room was just disgusting. The pillow had a nasty stain on it of you know "what"

Stayed here once before in 2016. Gave it three stars then. While the staff are courteous, restaurant and pub good, the room we were in… No. Room was one of the most dirty I've ever stayed in for any motel or hotel. Dust and grime most everywhere. Cigarette smoke odor in the room is VERY pervasive. Very displeased. Will not return. Further, the parking lot was poorly maintained. Not well shoveled (if at all) as there was quite a bit of ice two days after a heavey snowfall. I watched a number of guests struggle with this!

Rooms at the Ramada had a nice view and were very clean. Staff was also very friendly. The Ramada has a great deal for Rush Tickets and a ride to the Rush games. I highly recommend this deal to anyone. We got a ride to and from the Rush game for $5.00, which is a great deal. Overall I am impressed with my stay at the Ramada. I also enjoyed the free parking as well. Thank you!

Amazing staff. Rooms are a bit dated but the service from the staff is first rate.

Love their Sunday brunch. Great food good price. Never a long wait.

Nice place, very clean, staff is very helpful and friendly. My first 4 door cards didn't work on my room door on the 6th floor which was a little annoying. Other than, I'd stay here again.

Stayed here for a week. Showed up stepped around a couple passed out natives in the lobby, checked in, went to my room and it felt like a sauna, and there was some blood splattered on the wall. Looked around a bit more and found boogers also smeared on a wall. Noticed by Thursday the blood was gone. But the Boogers are still there. At least the beds seemed clean, but that just might be thanks to the big brown blankets they use on top. Door handles between rooms are also sticky and look disgusting. Little towel used for the floor when you shower was also stained yellow. Beer fridge froze a couple things but that's better then being warm I guess. At least it was kinda cheap. Went outside and had some drunk native girl yelling "Denis" at me. Lots going on at this place. Pretty dirty.

Not happy, with all the places priced the same this hotel over priced. The only people who had customer service was the lounge. Asked for glass glasses twice never came, ask more info on lodges, golf place etc. Little info to offer, let alone front staff had no idea when each place closed. Outdated rooms, who has $10 single serving coffee pots even worse they replace the pot with one that did not fit in machine so no coffee pot in this room. No shampoo or condition only one bar of soap for whole room and let not get started on blankets and last time they looked like they been washed or updated. How is this still consider a Ramada, my usual 4 star Ramada is 1.5 in sasktoon. : (Kill the name ramada here you making it a bad rep.

The rooms were nice and modern. Ours was a sauna when we walked in as the heater was cranked. The downside was the pool area. The hot tub was lukewarm (cooler than a bath) and the jets hardly pushed. The pool was chilly and in the morning there was ice on the floor. It is very handy having the restaurant, bar, and golfing on location although we did not take advantage of these.

All the workers were very nice and respectful. Food is ok. Cleanly.

Very clean setting, executive rooms held a smaller company group really comfortably, staff was exceptional.

Is very good hotel and I like it alot Good people good food. You will like it also.

Had a horrible experience. On first arrival had a razor fall out of the ice machine. Understanding not the hotels fault but no apology. Restaurant/bar took over an hour for food as we had to listen to the cook say inappropriate things to the new bartender (she was super nice) and also was charged twice from my room, still have not received my damage deposit back which I am still dealing with that. The key barely worked, there was hair in my bed and I could just go on. So turned off!

We had a large business event at the Ramada and it was worry free. Everything was handled by the staff in a professional, helpful and courteous manner. I am glad I picked the Ramada for this event and will be back for future events that I plan. Way to go Ramada Team!

My one night stay at the Ramada was my first time staying with this hotel chain, and I was quite excited as i've heard the Ramada is fairly nice. Upon arrival the lobby looked very nice, however after driving for 8 hours I carried my heavy bags into the lobby only to be told I had to return to my car to put a parking pass in my window instead of taking my plate, make and model like every other hotel. Once FINALLY checked in with their $125 damage deposit, I went up to my room three times because my room key wouldn't let me in. For a 125 dollar damage deposit I was not impressed with the quality of my room. First of all, the room looked dingy. Then there was hair IN my bedsheets. As if they had been slept in previously then not changed. As well as black mildew between the shower tiles. As I was traveling across Canada, with a very strict budget. I expected to get my damage deposit back upon checkout. (like every other hotel i've previously stayed in. ) only to be told it would take 3-5 business days to receive my money back. This hotel is not worth the 125 damage deposit. Or waiting 3-5 days for it to return to your card. Also I HAVE YET to see the return of my damage deposit, although I caused no damage in my room, I am still waiting for it to be returned.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the service was awful. We waited 20 minutes to check despite the fact that there were only two guests ahead of us. When we finally got to the desk the clerk didn't apologize for the wait. She asked for the reservation name and then said "I'm going to pretend I'm looking that up while I'm actually doing something else".

Kent is the best! He helped our party of people out so much. It was a fantastic event!

Very nice rooms. Breakfast at this hotel was exceptional. Have you ever had crispy pancakes — so good! Exceptional service from Shand, our waitress.

Excellent room service, the staff was very cooperative. Breakfast was delicious. Comfortable beds. Had difficulty with the AC and TV but recieved new rooms without any hassle. The hot tub wasn't on though, but that's a very minor issue.

Great hotel. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. We. Had a meeting room that was very comfortable. One of the better Ramadas I have stayed in.

We have stayed at the Ramada in Saskatoon a few times and we find the staff very friendly and accommodating in anything we have needed. We are also very happy that they are a dog friendly hotel and that their are places behind the hotel to run with your dogs. The rooms are very clean, and the hospitality room we used was very nice. The pool area is large and the pool and hot tub are very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and the service was wonderful. Over all we will come to this hotel again because it meets all our needs.

Location is a little sketchy but nice and close to downtown. Security was prompt and good.

Just went to the bar. Super friendly bartender. Would go again.

Steak night was poorly planned, subpar food and only well done steak available by the time we made it to the buffet. The good people saved the experience.

The hotel lacked wired internet but the Wi-Fi never missed a beat. Best wireless internet I have seen yet. The decor in the room was dated but the TV was new. The hotel restaurant does the job if you don't want to leave the hotel but it's nothing to write home about. Except for the Wi-Fi, it was average at best.

For the price, the rooms were kind of small, no free breakfast, broken chair in room. All the little things added up, wasn't the best bang for your buck.

Rooms are reasonably priced, as well as clean and aesthetically pleasing. The restaurant menu isn't elaborate, but dishes are well prepared in reasonable time. The location is perfect, for my purposes, since I'm in town for classes hosted at the hotel. Personally, I would like there to be more available smoking rooms.

The common areas looked nice, especially if you didn't look to hard at it. Almost like putting lipstick on a pig because the room was old and dingy feeling and the tiny sub-par bathroom looked like it belonged in a seniors house. The tile is terrible and the wallpaper was just as bad. Yellow stains throughout the bathroom ceiling. The room was not quiet at all as we could hear every bit of activity in the hallway in great detail. The floor hallway also smelled like smoke which is odd because it is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The pool is shallow and outdated and the plastic pool liner is in a state of great disrepair. Also the hot tub was broken. Can't forget about the seedy people hanging around outside smoking cigarettes and dope. $180 a night for all this and no complimentary breakfast?

It has no gym, it was booked through my work so I got what they picked. It was a great location for walking though, so I got over the gym pretty quick. I lost my flashdrive (aka my entire life) over the weekend and called the hotel. Although it wasn't found (could be anywhere) they were more than helpful in searching high and low to try to find it. I even recieved a call back to my cell phone from house keeping explaining how they tore the room apart again to look. It was a welcomed change to be treated so well and have a hotel care enough to take time to search. The lounge is very nice, and the ladies working the weekend I stayed there made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The Heart Smart breakfast at the restaurant was very good — simple and light. I wanted to take the stairs for more excercise but they had an "emergency exit only' sign on the door. It looks like it was recently renovated with neat little sitting areas around the hotel. Would stay again.

Common areas were updated and nice but the room was disappointing in comparison. Bathroom was old and cramped. Wouldn't recommend it if you're here on business, but if you're in the area to party, you'll fit right in.

Smokers congregating at the lobby doors, all day and night. There is a bar downstairs and one across the street. Parking lot is always full. Pool is gross. People partying in the halls.

The service was really slow. I didn't really like it.

I am writing this review at 3:03AM as I cannot sleep due to the vast amount of activity at this location. I have been kept awake since about 12:20AM due to the "activities" here. I have just completed a second check of my vehicle which had the alarm set off. Appears to be still secure. Security was in the hotel lobby, nothing they can do to ensure vehicle security. Perhaps they could make their presence known outside, where the "action" is. Large amount of noise in the hotel, people coming out of the elevator, the ones making the noise, as I was talking to security. Again, there was nothing that could be done as they were guests? Lots of noise outside the hotel which was keeping me awake, along with the activities inside. Bar located in hotel. Police paddy wagon was located onsite when I went to check vehicle again after vehicle alarm was set off for the second time. Appeared to be "interacting " with the locals. This area of Saskatoon appears to be one of the seedier areas of the city, no wonder the rates here are lower than surrounding properties. Take this with a grain of salt. Asked for a room with one queen bed when I made the reservation, was told that that is what would be available. Ended up in a room with 2 queens instead, got here too late, I was told by the front desk when I asked. Room service brought food but no utensils? At the prices charged they are certainly making money on this aspect of the business. 3:20 AM. Time to shower and go.

I do know that the room we had was renovated. Looked ok. Upon looking around the room I found what looked like a old dried out piece of food on window seal. The bathroom toilet was really grossly dirty. . Maids obviously do not know how to cleanse entire toilet. They need better trained people.
