Great old building. Desperately needs renovating which it is getting. Do feel they are charging a bit too much for pre renovation conditions. Staff were friendly and the afternoon tea was great. Until renos are finished, for the same price I would stay somewhere else.
Beautiful and historical hotel. Very professional and nice staff. It’s going through a (well needed) renovation now, which will add a lot of value. Enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend to others.

This was, without question, the worst hotel stay I've ever had in my entire 20+ years on the road.
They should tell you, when you book, that this property does not offer air conditioning as an amenity. So if you enjoy sleeping in 80-degree hotel rooms, you may enjoy this property. I did not.
The outlets nearest the bed didn't work, four of the five windows in the room either wouldn't open, or wouldn't *stay* open, the toilet hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, the pleather was peeling off the desk chair, and every piece of ancillary furniture was stained.
The poor girl at the front desk couldn't have been more apologetic, and did everything she could to see what she could do to make my stay better, but since she can't install air conditioning and my company was paying for the stay, there wasn't much within her control.
I will absolutely never stay here ever again, and I encourage anyone reading this to stay at literally any other hotel in Saskatoon.
This hotel is an embarrassment to the city, and to the brand.
Oh, and also, for the opportunity to enjoy all this, it cost over $400 FOR ONE NIGHT.
