Great hotel for families. We (family of 5) stayed here and the hotel was very accommodating. The hotel provided "kids eat free" coupons for the restaurant, and happily rolled a cot up to the room at no charge. There is underground parking. Best of all, there is a great fitness center and a pool with waterside and hot tub to tie the kids out or relax the muscles of tired parents.

Overall, a fine experience. Was there for a conference. The conference facilities were great. Food was above average (I've eaten at a lot of hotel restaurants). Room was small but comfortable. Service was friendly across the board. Didn't use any other facilities.

I really like staying at this hotel. I'm attending a conference here and the rooms are always really nice and the food is also really good. Their desserts are some of the best I've ever had at a conference. The rooms are a decent size for being downtown and you can end up with her really nice view of the bridges and river.

Attended an event here and we got stuck in the parking garage for nearly an hour when we tried to leave! Maintenance couldn’t figure out how to open it, so we called the front desk. The guy had zero customer service skills and just kept telling us to wait longer. And apparently there was no night manager we could speak with. After about 45 minutes and multiple calls, we finally got fed up and went inside, where the guy was equally unhelpful. He just kept saying, “what do you want me to do? ”, but wouldn’t actually listen to suggestions. He offered us a single cab voucher to get home, but that just means we are home without our vehicle and will have to waste time and money the next day trying to get back to the hotel to pick up our car. He didn’t seem to understand or care about this issue at all. Absolutely no problem solving skills whatsoever, and he didn’t even apologize for then inconvenience; he clearly only cared about what an inconvenience WE were to HIM. Just be warned, if you have a problem at night here, don’t except them to care or try to fix it and don’t expect to be able to even speak to a manager. On the flip side, the event staff was wonderful and the event was very nice! Excellent service and a beautiful event!

Was stuck in the garage for 45 minutes with three other people where only one of us could legally drive, late at night. When I spoke with someone at the front desk they kept repeating "what do you want me to do? " When all we wanted to do was sleep. We asked to see the manager and then was told there was no one there. The person at the front desk had no problem solving skills and wanted to throw a single taxi voucher at us. When we asked him, what were we supposed to do with a single voucher, how would we get back, he stared at us blankly. Also when we added that the voucher wouldn't work as we had a very busy day the next day he rolled his eyes. If you stay here and you have a problem be warned that there are no night managers and your problem will probably not get solved. Their catered events though are fantastic and the catering staff is wonderful and helpful, this contrast in customer support came as a giant surprise. I understand it wasn't the front desk guy's fault, but he was no help, not friendly, and didn't care about the situation; just wanted us gone.

Awesome room with an amazing city view. Pool was great and the staff was super helpful. Loved the whole stay.

Went for brunch. Ended earlier then expected (12pm) waffles were amazing, lots of variety eggs Benedict were old when we got there maybe they were better earlier. Roast beef was the only undesirable food.

Nice, quiet space, low light atmosphere. Some view from the Easternmost seating. Good range from Casual to upscale. Good service, good food, responsive staff. Good gluten free options. "Our kitchen is your kitchen" attitude makes it easy for everyone to get something they like. Parking is not great.

The room was clean. We stayed on the fourth floor with easy pool access. Pool, water slide, and hot tub were excellent. The bar had great food and the service was awesome. Check out and check in were very efficient.

The hotel is beautiful. And the restaurant impeccable. Everything we tried was delicious. Cleanliness and excellent service. Thanks to the cleaning lady, Belal, very kind. Totally recommended. Oh! The pool is fantastic!

At Radisson for a wedding. Very nice surroundings and modern furnishings, beautiful location and view. Underground parking really appreciated, especially in the heart of downtown and less than a block from the river. Food was delicious at the wedding and reception; only downside is that the coffee served at the event wasn't very good, pleasant serving staff. Staff were helpful and friendly. Got to tour the Riverbend Room, very nice and clean. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing rooms with great customer service. The beds were extremely comfortable and the wet bar was an awesome feature in the room… Amazing value for the price.

This is a very good service hotel. The pool is a lot of fun and the room of our evening was big and cozy. The location is a lot of convenience. For me is a place 5/5. Very chic, very beautiful and very brilliant.

A good experience from check in to check out. Staff were friendly and informative, and the room was nice and cozy. Underground parking (although it had a 15 dollar charge) was exceptional for december in Saskatoon, some of the other hotels downtown have some real lackluster parking (looking at you Sheraton). The room view was awesome we had a corner room with a view of both sides of the river. A very enjoyable stay!

Visited the DaVinci room for a social event. It was catered by the Radissons own food service and the food was great. Place was clean with good lighting and sound for the following entertainment. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel is worn down and shabby. Bed and linens are very nice. Bathroom nice. Gym was disgusting even though 2 staff came in and wiped windows.

This hotel has a nice, clean facility, great pool and slide area, friendly staff, beautiful river-side location and good food. I love this hotel.

I wasn't to happy with the front desk attitude when I brought up an issue that happened with me. They shifted the blame on another department without taking responsibility for the inconvenience. Usually they are good. I am not sure what went wrong. Anyway it was a bad experience. Let's see next week looking forward for a better experience.

The aromas restaurant is so good! Pizza and a beer, price half every Monday/Wednesday.

The room was very clean and prepared. I was immediately greeted by one of the cleaning ladies when I reached my floor, and the women at the reception were very helpful. When I came back to my room after spending a day at a conference, I found that an extra small towel was placed under a bag of my toiletries, and that the items I did have out — deodorant, hair wax, comb, and toothpaste — were arranged nicely with my bag. The room looked just as I'd left it, but that much more clean and organized. The bathroom looks modern, the bed and pillows are very comfy, and the room itself was fairly big. Plus you could see the river from the room, which was great. I would definitely stay here again!

The room is nice. I'm top floor with a river view. To bad it's 2am and I'm listening to 2 full blow conversations on either room beside me. Walls are paper thin here. Pretty disappointed that I won't be getting a good night's rest Edit: I just went to the front desk, requested another room. I was given a new room. Then told "this hotel is not for you. Thin walls in every room" I've never been so Insulted in a place that's sole purpose is customer service. Oh ya, when I went to grab my id, he pulled it away from me. This isn't kindergarten 'keep away' Terrible I don't recommend and I'll never come here again.

Nice clean hotel. Had room service for breakfast, food was warm and just as we had ordered. Pool was well kept. Great stay!

Pool sucks and is gross looks very old and dated, water slide is alright. Food is good and decently priced. Rooms are nice and awesome view depending where you are located.

Downtown and close walking distance to everything. Close to lots of restaurants, shopping and park. Nice, comfortable rooms. Also has a nice waterslide and hot tub. I always choose this hotel when I stay in Saskatoon.

We were merely there to investigate options for our wedding. Dawn was helpful, informative, and friendly. From the looks of it, their wedding packages are phenomenal as well! Edit: Dawn and Patty have been fantastic to work with and incredibly friendly. My fiancee and I are thoroughly pleased with their service and have booked our wedding here!

The hotel is in a good location near the river as well as several bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly. The rooms and hallway could use a bit of updating and are also on the small side. The corner rooms are an odd shape too so the furniture doesn't quite fit them. It makes getting around the room a little cumbersome. The side rooms are better. Pool area was fun and has a large waterslide but the only way to get down to the pool is a slow elevator which gets wet and grimy fairly quick… could definitely use some stairs. The hotel bar has good food and friendly staff.

Won't go back! We booked a room for the weekend Garth brooks was in town, they told us our room was never booked when we got there after a 5 hour drive. We then had to call around to find a room at the last minute and received laughter from most other hotels because as it was so eloquently stated many times, "don't you realize that Garth brooks is in town tonight? " We found a room after an hour of looking to then be told that our room WAS actually booked but it was booked under an absolutely different name that didn't even sound remotely close to mine. We had to cancel the other hotel to stay at the raddison (friends were staying there too). Then we get to our room and there's no microwave or fridge, we were told that we had to specifically ask for one (really raddison? For the prices you charge every room can't have a microwave and a fridge? ) Then our bill came and it was almost 50% more then they told us it would be when we checked in (no room service ordered or anything). Bad attittude from the staff (fee low when we first arrived said to me well it's not our fault that you don't have a room here! Ummm yeah it is! We booked it there three weeks ago! ) Felt like it was a constant money grab and they seemed very shady!

Nice hotel with rooms overlooking the river. Room was spacious and clean, with a large and comfortable king size bed. Despite being next to the ice machine, the only noise was other guests talking loudly in the hall through the usual less than sound-sealed door. Room service was prompt and tasty, with decent portion size. Price was typical for hotel fare. Parking was an additional $15 per night, but underground and out of the elements. Hotel was central in town, closely located to movie theatres, bars and restaurants, $20 cab ride to Sasktel Centre.

Great location! The view from your room is awesome. The higher up you get the nicer it is. Kevin Hart stayed there. Great atmosphere. Staff are well trained and are there for you're every need.

There was 8 of us (2 adults & 6 children) we booked 2 rooms for one night online for a reasonable price but once there the price changed as they added a $100.00 deposit to each room which we would get back on checkout. Once there we were informed that underground parking is available for $25.00 if it's not full which I said I would pay for if available. My issue was there is nearly not enough room between the vehicles once parked to open your door and get our without hitting the vehicle beside you if the parkade is filled up and if you get to the end of one of the levels there is not enough room to turn around so you have to reverse the whole way till you can turn around. They also should have mirrors in the corners of the parkade to see oncoming vehicles in areas as they are blindspots and can't see anything till you turn the corner and realize another vehicle is right there. The rooms were very cold when we entered and we had to turn the heat way up to warm them up. There is no fridge or microwave in the rooms if needed they will bring you a microwave but you need to put down a deposit. Breakfast was not included with our room so we could either go to the restaurant or they leave you a card on your bed to "order" breakfast which to me was too expensive so went elsewhere with all the children. We found the Internet was very slow and laggy not sure if it was because the hotel was completely booked for all the functions going on or if it was the norm?

The area is very nice with the river right here. Rooms are spacious, clean, and accommodating. The only thing I found missing that I would like would be a microwave. Our Cupe Annual convention was treated to delicious meals and plenty of care.

I recently visited the Radisson Hotel for a conference. Staff were friendly and helpful, great selection of snacks and beverages were available and the lunch buffet was excellent. The conference room and washrooms were both very clean.

Went for breakfast. Loved the lox they served. Friendly staff and welcoming environment.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area of the city. We enjoy staying here often.

Service was great at the Saskatoon location. Pool was clean and a life guard was present. Huge bonus. The rooms were not very clean toilet was dirty. Looked like someone just went and had diarrhea. Staff took care k of that. Coffee in rooms is not good at all.

When we arrived we were told that the room's we had booked were taken. We had to downgrade to rooms with a queen bed and a cot. These rooms did not even have fridges. The restaurant is OK and there are lots of restaurants nearby but the area is slightly dangerous at night.

Staff party was hosted there. Meal was fantastic.

Food/room service was good. Pretty underwhelming for the price, though. Considering the price of rooms, parking was also expensive — so just add an extra $20 bucks a night to the room fee and ask yourself if you still want to stay. I thought I'd gotten at least one step up from a basic room but we still didn't even have a mini fridge. We were riverside so the view was great. Couch in the room was comfy and clean. Pillows were nice, but the bed was too soft and gave me problems after the first night. I'd rather stay at a hotel with free breakfast for this price… it was just nothing special.

My family and I stayed here March 6-7th 2015. It was a great experience, from the super fast room service and excellent food, to the swimming pool and waterslide, and the comfy beds and beautiful views. We would stay here again and again, and definitely recommend to friends.

My boyfriend and I signed up for the Winter Getaway Package for Valentine's Day which includes 1 room with a King Size Bed, complimentary indoor parking and a $30 gift certificate to Aroma Resto Bar. We arrived at the hotel and it was quite packed, most likely due to the long weekend and when I had asked about the complimentary INDOOR parking, they said the underground was full and we could park across the street in the free parking lot which was not indoor. I had also been told that the $30 for the restaurant would just come off of the bill for the room, and needless to say when we looked at the bill the next morning, the $30 was NOT taken off our bill. I feel that the $30 discount for the restaurant was more of a hassle than it needed to be. We had also filled out the room service sign for breakfast the next morning, and we had indicated we wanted it to arrive at 9AM that next morning. The breakfast room service we had ordered never came so we checked-out and went to Cora's instead. I will say that the staff was very nice people, and we did enjoy ourselves at the restaurant, but the package we had paid for, and the services that were supposed to be offered were not satisfactory. The room we had stayed in was very cozy, but the TV was grainy with very few channels offered. I doubt we will be visiting again.

My wife and I had prebooked and pre-payed by a month for a room with two beds (queen or double). We were told at check-in that all they had was a queen and a pull out. Ever slept on a pull out? Neither did I. The reservation surprise wasn't enough, I was also stood up for a $15/night parking fee. This also had not previously been mentioned. Apparently the reservations are managed by an American call centre so our rates were charged in US dollars. We were especially annoyed by the "take it or leave it" front desk attitude. For a month's pre-booked AND prepaid they couldn't straighten out this debacle until we got there? Radisson? Never again.

Our stay here was good and enjoyable, only thing is we couldnt connect to their Wi-Fi, room service was prompt, nd courteous nd housekeeping was excellant.

Way too expensive for the service you get, Wi-Fi sucks, 15 dollars for parking, Restaurant has poor service — long line and inconsistent service. The view of river is the only thing good about this place. Would not come back as a business traveller. Way understaffed, need to train workers on hospitality, especially Aroma restaurant.

While we were drawn with a slightly oblong shaped room on this particular trip, this hotel has a nice premium atmosphere, excellent views of downtown Saskatoon, and even a HDTV. But even better, we also had a few arbitrary channels on the TV in HD (thankfully including TSN and Sportsnet), which is a nice change of pace from being stuck with those old-looking TVs from the 90's.

Meh. What can I say? Small rooms, ok Wi-Fi, decent views if you're on the right side of the building and above the 4th floor. Be prepared to pay more than you'd expect for the rooms ($257 — $325 /night). This is not a 4 star hotel in any other city in North America,. Maybe a 2.5. Saskatoon needs more competition for downtown hotels, right now it's not a visitors market and we are getting fleeced.

I am staying at this hotel for a few nights this summer. As others already mentioned the rooms are very nice with a beautiful view. However, the food is expensive and is not worth the price, plus I had some problems with the service. When I checked in and got to my room there was a tray with candies and water inside and a note addressed to a different person! Ok, they can make a mistake, not a big deal. I called the front desk to let them know about it. In 2 minutes a woman knocked at my door and came in to take away the tray with the treats. Who does that? I thought it was weird.
