Very quiet like everyone knew what time bedtime was lol. Shower stalls have convenient dispensers for shampoo and body wash.

Great hotel to stay at! Convenient location.

This place sucks, there was parties every night the 4 nights we were there and they ding you for everything. The bathroom door couldn’t be shut or you’d be locked in. I do not recommend this place at all.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
WASTE OF $700+ for our stay!
My key wouldn’t work, I was locked out for an hour because they wouldn’t give my key back to me! All my Christmas bags were in the hallway! They treated us with NO RESPECT at all! Treated us like we were thieves! When we mentioned to them that we WILL NOT stay here ever again the receptionist barked back and said for us to stay elsewhere next time!

Got charged $150 for smoking in the room. We had 2 children in the room with us and we would NEVER do that. Must have been the hooker down the hallway screaming around. Do NOT go here, I will be telling everyone of our horrible experience. I had to cover my daughter's ears as we walked to our room. We paid for breakfast to be included but still had to pay for the over priced and greasy food. Also the hot tub was broken and you could only swim for half hour at a time. Noise all night long, and you can hear the people on the floor above you walking around. When confronted with the smoking issue they threatened to call the cops to remove us.

The experience my wife had here was absolutely unacceptable. Never have we been so rudely dealt with in all our years with hotels. The maid accused my wife of causing damage to the wall behind the door. First off your door stops need to be there in proper placement to avoid damage to that wall. Second never have we ever caused damage in a hotel or anywhere for that fact that we have stayed. Third really suspicious how before my wife can check out the maid has to check the room first and she goes right for it and finds this damage immediately… Fourth the front desk gets caught lying. When my wife asks to speak to a manager she is told its his day off hes not in… then the story changes to he got laid off. So now there is nobody here in charge who she can deal with to resolve the problem and acquisitions. Fifth she is given the number to the general manager who is suppose to be in charge but not on till 4pm and wouldnt answer his phone. So now this hotel is operating and there is nobody in charge except for the people who are looking like crooks. My wife stayed there for over an hour and had to make a louder fuss to get her money finally reimbursed. I will never stay at this hotel again their customer service was horrible and they should disgusted with themselves.

Terrible experience. Rude general manager. Nice staff and housekeeping was amazing. Regret spending 800 $ for 5 days. Manager says that my Japanese owner doesn't care about guest experience. Worst people in Canada.

Very friendly people, breakfast was delicious and the room was clean. What more can you possibly ask for?

Got there Friday night to find out they rented out my room to someone else. Then they rented me a down graded room from what I had reserved originally. Didn't even get a very discounted price on my room. The kicker to was we got there with our two kids and after being told we couldn't have the room we reserved the guy at check in wasn't very accommodating to us at first trying to make us take a room that was a down grade from what we reserved at a full price.

The place is super clean. Roomy. Everything you need! It's just a place to stay with no regrets! You pay for breakfast but free coffee by the front desk.

Stayed for a Sunday night $95 special and I feel that should be about the regular price. The hotel was OK but nothing exceptional. Kids loved the pool and waterside but both could use a cleaning. Our room was clean but the toilet didn't flush properly and the conditioner in the shower was empty.

Keep in mind that I am comparing this hotel to others in its same class. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff is very nice. I ended up with a king suite due to limited availability. The room is very large, but almost too large. It feels almost of a waste of space, knowing that I could get a smaller but equivalently nice room for a fraction of the cost. The jacosi in the living room is odd, and feels like a space filler. It also appears as if three different people designed the place. The bathroom is very modern and sleek, yet the wall art and furniture in the living room is dated. The floor transitions from being wood veneer when you walk in, to striped carpet in the living areas, to modern tile in the washroom. Overall, although this place is nice, I would chose a Courtyard over this place 9/10 times simply because it is more practical, consistent, and closer to the airport.

We stayed for one night. The room was nice and modern, clean and well kept. Breakfast was included in our stay. They give you a voucher, just make sure you pay attention to the number on the voucher. There was 3 of us but the voucher was for 2, even though the booking said 3 and they are strict at the restaurant in that regard. I had to go to the front desk to get another voucher. The pool was good and had a water slide. The water slide goes right into the pool but luckily the pool is only 4ft deep so the younger ones can use the slide to if they don't mind the speed of the slide. The hot tub was just the right temperature such that you can sit it it without getting to hot and needing to cool down periodically. The only strange thing we found with the pool was swimming lessons were happening in it from about 6pm to around 8:30. About every 30 minutes a new set of kids would come in and and the others leave as the teachers remain. I point this out because if the pool had a lot of guests then things would get crowded quickly. We were luck though, it was mainly us and a couple others plus the classes at the time so more than enough space for us all. The hotel has a lot of food options within walking distance, several fast foods (including McDonald's), a couple coffee shops (including time) and a few restaurants/pubs plus some shopping/stores.

I highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful rooms, decent rates. Pool, hot tub, and fitness center are all wonderful. Staff are friendly, bar and restaurant onsite, and it's located right beside number of restaurants and a shopping centre. Nothing bad to say at all.

We take our children here for swimming lessons. The staff os very helpful and friendly. The pool area has a hot tub, and a pool with a slide. The pool is always kept and a nice warm temperature. It is not a sports pool. The facility is always clean and tidy.

Only stayed 1 night, but staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was amazing. All modern, very clean. Loved it. My work booked this for me as it is not my usual hotel, buy I will definitely be checking it out again.

We attend swim lessons at the Four Points by Sheraton and the facilities are fantastic. The pool is saltwater which is so much better than others with all the chlorine. The staff are wonderful and welcoming. My only suggestion would be to have at least another table and chairs in the pool area. We find when multiple families are in the pool area at once, there is no place for some to sit and watch their child. Otherwise I love having our lessons here!

Very clean! Quick and easy check in. Big comfy beds with lots of pillows! Lol Bathrooms are gorgeous! The breakfast was a great add on and one less thing to worry about the next morning!

A great place to stay! The showers are fantastic! I travel with a service dog and everyone was very accomidating and friendly! The pool and water slide were also fun. Would stay there again!

We stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Saskatoon. It was very enjoyable. The service was excellent and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Children running up and down the halls, opening and closing doors and the screams and laughter from the pool was very clear on my floor. Rooms are clean and comfy and I like the surrounding amenities. This was not a quiet relaxing stay though. These walls are much too thin and echo every sound.

Wonderful weekend. This hotel provided all our needs for a wonderful holiday. Nice clean rooms beds and pillows were just right. Room was a little hot for sleeping. Restaurant provided good meals and good service at affordable prices. Staff was very friendly and professional. We will definitely go back. Pool and hot tub were clean and warm.

Rooms were very modern, location was very close to many amenities such as restaurants, stores and banks. All in all a good hotel. No continental breakfast though.

Staff are friendly, and rooms are clean. For not being a very old hotel there does seem to be a lot of signs of wear and some disrepair. The price is good, staff friendly, and rooms are clean.

The good. Hotel is quite nice. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Very convenient location. The bad. Restaurant was horrible. The worst. We were awoken at 3:30am by another guest banging loudly on our door and being belligerent. And then she was banging on a different door in the hall about an hour later. Hard to fault the hotel too much for other people’s behaviour, but still hard to give a good review when our stay was so horrible.

The hotel is great. They do however advertise that breakfast is included. When you check in they will tell that they know that you booked for a family of five, but they will only give you breakfast for two. On the morning they force you to eat a specific breakfast either eggs a day back on or eggs and ham.

I feel very comfortable to stay in this hotel whenever I am in saskatoon. All staff members are friendly and helpful. Although the hotel location is bit far away from downtown everything else is fine including choice of different restaurants nearby.

Rooms are clean and serviceable. Decent food choices nearby. Location is relatively quiet, close to a major road, but far from most points of interest.

The rooms were great. Clean, fancy and just nice in general. They all the accommodates you needed. Was quiet and got a great night of sleep.

This hotel is in a good location for shopping and visiting other party of Saskatoon. It is clean and well maintained. The only downside is the view from the window on both sides is essentially parking lot and stores.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel and left an iPad and jewelry in the room safe. Upon realizing it after we arrived home, we called the hotel and went back there a few days later to retrieve all the items intact. Managers at this hotel truly seem to care about guests’ satisfaction. We greatly appreciate the staff’s honesty and genuine kindness.

Excellent hotel! Room was great! Beds are super comfortable. Having a restaurant in the hotel works really well especially the morning. The hotel is within walking distance of all kinds of shopping.

The four points Sheraton is surprisingly good for a budget hotel. It seems recently renovated and amenities were sufficient. Free parking was helpful as well. Room was clean and spacious.

The staff at the Four Points ensured that all our needs were met. In one case we needed a HDMI cable for our power point presentation. Although staff were not obligated to provide one, they took one off an unused PC and got us back on track. I wasn't aware of what they had to do until after the event, even then only by accident. Their 'extra mile' made us feel special. The food was awesome. We will keep going back.

We went to visit the restaurant on Easter Sunday. They let us book a reservation for 8 even though we weren't staying at the hotel. The server was really nice and provided colouring pages for our kids that were picked out by them. Mater for my son and Disney Princesses for my daughter. The food was fantastic and the whole lunch was extremely enjoyable. I would go there again and would recommend it to anyone.

Staff friendly. Room issues, cover plate on heater gone, wiring axposed. Same with power plug in on desk. Shower nice but floor improperly installed, squeaks like crazy. Need better maintenance or this nice hotel will be a second rate beater.

Well, our first impression to this hotel wasn't a good one. Front reception person when we checked in was cool, no smile, and very indifferent. We went to our room, opened it and other guests were there, with the male just getting dressed. Went back to reception and informed them that they gave two guests the same room. With a weak 'sorry' they gave us another room. When we tried using the phone, we couldn't get dial tone. Someone came and fixed it right away. Don't think that our sheets had been changed as I found crumbs in the bed.
By this time, we were too tired to get housekeeping up as we were already in our pjs and it was late.
Also, most hotels now offer a breakfast. Well, I don't think that we will stay here again as there are many other ones to choose from.

Our guests were double booked, including the groom, the would not book the amount of rooms that we asked for because they believed that many guests would not show. Long story short there was too MANY issues to name with them and we are now dealing with the Four Points head office because we are so upset. If you want to have a nice, relaxing, stay… do NOT stay here!

Hotel service, rooms and amenities are all fine, nothing exceptional but all good. If booking, book on the hotel's website for the best pricing… of course that requires prepaying the room. My only "concern" would be the blinds aren't very good and so it got bright in our room early. Regardless, I'd stay here again.

Everything about this place was great. The pool was nice (salt water rather than chlorine). The room was super modern and clean and comfortable. The staff were super helpful and friendly. No complaints whatsoever. They even held my stuff before I left the city since we left after checkout. All in all a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again.

Bed was decent. Very nice service. Ceaser salad in restaurant was very good. Provides bottle of water in room very day, nice little touch.

Arrived late at night and this was the only place that allowed a cash deposit and being paid by cash. We didn't have a credit card at the time. Beds were so comfy, room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Just a quick overnight stay but as always the staff were pleasant and the room was very clean. Lots of dining options nearby from fast food to full restaurants. Overall a great stay.

The king rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, modern style, amazing housekeeping and all staff in general, excellent resteraunt. Only downside is the price and prices of just a bottle of pop ($3.00). No continental breakfast, which is usually my favorite about hotels. What you get isn't worth what you are paying for. Based on price I will be looking at other hotels next time.

Had a really good meal with our conference. Was comfortable And clean.

They lost our reservation we made months in advance for a wedding, and by booking early we qualified for a cheaper rate. Because they screwed up they charged us full rate! After long arguments with incompetent staff I'm still waiting for a reimbursement from the manager who said she would fix it.

Bed was comfy. Place was clean. Price was high. Next time I'm bringing my tool box to fix the rattling heater/air conditioner. And attach the toilet seat firmly or install a seat belt.

Pool closed at 6 PM! The reason we booked here was for the pool and shopping. Called front desk and they didn't help at all, just said the pool should be open in an hour hopefully. They do not handle complaints well here and offer nothing for inconveniencing you.

Best hotel experience in a long time! Took a team for a ringette tournament. They extended the pool hours to accommodate our late game schedule. When a couple of girls got sick, they were quick to help. Most kind, attentive staff. We will definitely be back.

Owner installed light fixtures from China apparently the owner caught for illegally installing them. Watch for sparks and sizzles Fixtures not accepted under Canadian Electrical codes hmmm.

So happy to have this option in town. Very clean, nice people, great restaurant and a very nice pool for the kids.

Looks nice. Rooms are pricey, no included breakfast and for a new place rooms are showing some wear and tear. Central location is nice though.
