Have personally stayed at The Inn on College over 10 times! Always find the rooms comfortable and the staff friendly. Always clean and neat! Excellent location, close to city and other amenities!

Oh golly, what a horrible experience. Public restrooms and rooms barely big enough to fit the bed. I thought I was staying in a hotel and ended up in someone's homemade hostel. Just terrible.

I wasn't a guest at the Inn, but I absolutely would if I wasn't from here. Everything is clean, new and modern, the rates are excellent and room sizes range depending on your needs. The manager was very friendly and the location is a happy medium between being close to downtown and to the east side.

Im just giving this review for people so they know what to expect but regardless it was a nice stay. From the outside you wouldn't think the inside is nice for a place such as this. Very clean rooms although small but you still get a TV and table. Washrooms were very clean for being shared. One thing I hated was you can hear other people snore and watch TV or talk in there rooms. And floors are super creaky I felt bad everytime I would move around at night because they made so much noise you feel like your walking everyone up. You get free breakfast which was like a muffin (different muffin every day) also had a choice between toast and bagel and you get a different juice box and a fruit. If you are comming from somewhere else the water they say is filtered is a jug without a filter in it I checked my self lol but I'm sure saskatoon water cant be that bad. You cant control room temperture from what I could tell and if you open the window be prepared to hear mainstreet traffic. I did like that they had a spot you can sit out and enjoy the sun or night. The only other thing that's different is they dont have early check in but at least they let you in the lounge area of you have a late check out.

Great place! Awesome price, for 60 bucks I was able to stay the night and they honestly had all the amneties that a regular Hotel does. And it was really close to the University Hospital in Saskatoon like literally across the street which was great as that was where I was going. The service here was really nice and all the employees were great conversationalists and were honestly just really kind people. Also, you could tell that they took really great Care of the place, It honeatly look like it was new or recently renovated. I would definitely go here again if I was staying in Saskatoon since it's also near the river and the downtown is at a 5 to 10 minute walking distance.

The rooms were very clean, very close to the university and the hospital. Service overall was good, but unfortunately there was one repairman who yelled at us out of the blue for leaving our luggage "all over the place". They seem to be a stickler for cleanliness.

The place is lovely and cozy. It really feels like a home and the people that work there are attentive and nice. Overall is a very good place to stay while you look for a complete residence if you are in the University of Saskatchewan. It is super close to U of S as well as the business center of Saskatoon. I would say that you can walk for the most part of the town from this hotel. The only thing I was a little disappointed was the breakfast. I was hoping for something a little more consistent but if you are a student it is perfect you U. The Inn on Collage is a place I would totally recommend to anyone looking for a little home while visiting the town.

This place is the worst among all the hotels I stayed in my entire life. That was horrible experience. I had to walk like im staying at my grandmas house. Common washroom was another problem. I had to wait like 1 hour to get into the washroom. They lady working on the front was so rude. Wasn't like answer any questions. They guy came in middle of the night and wake me up for the money as I came in after 10. They close at 10 and that not my problem why they needed to wake me up in the middle of the night. Very bad service. Bad customer service. Room was perfect and clean. Not recommended at all.

Great place to stay in Saskatoon! Location is perfect — right across from the university and a short walk across the bridge to downtown. Nice view of the river from the kitchen!

Hospitable, the staff are kind and you feel like home. They also offer Wi-Fi, heating, water and electricity, common kitchen, common bathrooms basically they merge the benefit of hotels hospitality and motels prices.

This is a beautiful place to stay with a very friendly staff. What a lovely local business in a great location! I highly recommend this place. My husband and I really enjoyed our experience!

This place had a lot of bag reviews on some sites and I want to say I had a very enjoyable stay here. Let me start by saying this place isn't for everyone — it is an INN. It seems many reviewers confuse hotels and inns. First we created by a very nice young woman named Catherine. Our room was very nice, simple and clean. Everything at The Inn is eco-friendly. We thought that was a nice bonuse. It was very quiet, which was nice after 10 hrs of driving. The shared bathroom was very elegant, and well stocked. We had a light breakfast that was included in our stay with great coffee and company. There is a small kitchen, you know, like in an Inn. The reason I gave in 3 and not 4 stars is because quiet hours meant no TV. We were traveling across Canada and got into Saskatoon, checked in, went for supper, came back to The Inn about 9:30 pm and didn't get to see the weather report for the next day's drive. We ended up hitting bad weather and lost a day of travel on a tightly planned tripped.

This place amazed me with how bad it was. All my girlfriend and I could smell when we walked in the building was urine. They advertise it as having private bathrooms but they are anything but that. They are basically communal bathrooms that are down the hallway from your room! they have shared soap and shampoo that isn't even locked up, and the yellow towels they offered us came out of an unlocked utility closet. the room was maybe 3 square feet larger than the bed! they will not do refunds or cancellations (probably cause they know how bad their rooms are) and this ends up being the worst hotel I have ever seen, it should seriously be advertised as a hostel cause it is that bad, we spent the extra 20 dollars and went to the Refresh inn and it was like paradise compared to the Inn on college.

Had a great stay! We found it very clean and comfortable. The owners said it was recently renovated and it shows. Everything looks brand new. We appreciated the short walk across the bridge downtown and were happy to leave our car parked at the inn and not worry about finding parking downtown. Will definitely be back next time!

$91 US/night and no private bathrooms in the bedrooms! Avoid this place!

Rooms very small, no air conditioning, no private bathroom, very very sparse breakfast.

Very clean, and cozy. Communal bathroom to a 15 room Inn. Two kitchens, with access to fridge and appliances.

The place is clean and quiet. Breakfast is included and the rates are reasonable as well.

Decided to revise my review. Not my choice for business stays, booking agent went for close and cheap again. If your looking for a cozy B&B it fits the bill. Even as a B&B issues I have. Don't walk me to a room and call it a suite when the room its barely bigger them the bed. Pretentious and laughable. Full size bath products that have been used by previous guest, a sign telling you to remove your shoes inside and only eat in dining room. 1 towel, washcloth and hand towel. I wouldn't do this to a guest in my home let alone to someone that's a paying guest. Hot and humid and no AC. Only relief was to open a window that faced a busy noisy intersection. Can hear every person coming or going. Even taking a sleeping pill I don't expect to get much rest.

I found this was a great place to stay. Amazing beds, quiet atmosphere and great staff.

A very clean & comfortable hotel that has just reopened after being totally renovated. Everything is brand new and super clean. The owners go out of their way to make you feel at home.
