Absolutely amazing customer service from Tina, great room, super quiet building with hardly any noise from the outside noticed, comfortable bed & bedding, great amenities and value for the price. EXTREMELY HAPPY, will be returning in the future.

I have got a chance to stay here couple of nights along with my family. We feel the property is like our home. We are enjoying our time here with full satisfaction.

Great value for the money, friendly staff, and incredibly close to the RUH.

Enjoyed my stay, but felt that the window in my room could have used an extra panel or blackout panels to allow for a darker room for sleeping.

It was a great small but comfortable place to stay while needing to be close to the RUH.

I stayed 11 nights in this place. It is very clean and quiet. Also, the staff are very nice, polite and helpful. The kitchen is particularly amazing place to have a free breakfast or prepare your own meals. It has a great location as it is only a few minutes walking to the university, Royal hospital and downtown. Keep it up!

Hands down my best hotel experience! Refresh was a home away from home for us while our baby was in NICU. The large kitchen area was open 24hrs a day and stocked with all the amenities you needed to make your own meals. It saved us from having to eat out at every meal. They also had a store with select items to purchase meals or snacks which we thought was fantastic! The continental breakfast was over the top! They offered more options than we normally have at home! It was great as then you could switch it up if you were there for an extended period like we were. They also had washing machines and dryers available and bounce/laundry pods available which was another bonus for us. The location being only a few minutes walk to the University Hospital doors was huge for us. It wasn’t easy to balance parking (its free at Refresh), a toddler and a baby in NICU but being able to walk over at any point in the day that worked for us was a huge help! The staff here were more than helpful and actually cared about the people staying there. They always checked in to see how our baby was doing and if we needed anything extra they were sure to help out in anyway they could. I would highly recommend Refresh Inn and Suites for anyone needing to be close to the hospital or having to stay an extended period in Saskatoon!

What a gem. My husband was transferred here from Regina for medical reasons. The nurses at the hospital suggested this hotel for me as it is right across the street. I ended up having to stay for 11 nights but felt so comfortable walking back and forth from the hospital. Everything at my fingertips. As we are seniors we are on a tight budget, this was a great find as not only was the price right, but the extras such as the free breakfast and coffee and tea were perfect for me. Thanks Sam and staff for making my stay in Saskatoon as comfortable as possible considering the circumstances.

We stayed here when our son was just moving to Canada for the University of Saskatchewan. Very clean and quiet and right across from the University. The hotel is very convenient and comfortable. Free breakfast, free parking and a beautiful gourmet kitchen we used to cook my son some homemade meals to store in his new apartment. Great staff. My son will be here for 4 years so we will be using this hotel every time we come to visit him.

I love staying here. The rooms are very clean. The kitchen dining room area is what makes this place feel homey. Coffee and tea are always available. Newspaper, TV, computer, dominos. Great free breakfast included.

Had a bad experience with one other lodge and so we decided to check out the Refresh Inn. My husband were happier with the hospitality the Refresh Inn did for us… If we ever need to go back to Saskatoon that is the place we will be going to be… 500 stars for them… Thanks REFRESH INN.

My son had appointments for tests at the University hospital in Saskatoon and we needed to be at the hospital by 7:30 am. I searched online for hotels close to the hospital and Refresh Inn & Suites came up! I booked in advance online. I can't say enough good things about Refresh Inn and Suites! We stayed in a room with 2 twin beds… Just what we needed! Very clean rooms, the whole hotel, including the commons room was tidy and clean. Upon arrival you are assigned a parking spot in the back which has plug ins if needed. Breakfast is included … A self serve set up with everything we needed… And coffee & tea available all day. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and hospitable. The location couldn't have been more perfect. A close crosswalk across the road with access to the university. With the construction of the children's hospital going on, parking at the hospital is quite difficult so was very convenient to be close enough to walk from the hotel and not need to worry about finding parking or paying for parking at the hospital. Another plus was Netflix in every room … And a small fridge! Highly recommended!
