Great location just off circle drive easy access to most of the city.

When they went up to their floor stepping out of the elevator the terrible smell of old carpets throat starts to tickle, the rooms also have a terrible smell and are very dusty and dirty. My daughter is allergic to dust she felt sick after a couple of hours, gave her medicine and early in the morning we just ran out of the hotel! No more foot here!

All around great experiences. Stayed with them multiple times over the last few weeks for work. Staff has always been wonderful to deal with, rooms are always clean, tidy and inviting. Overall have no complaints. I am visiting again right now and as always I feel right at home. I have already suggested this hotel to out of province coworkers when they are visiting. Overall experience is top notch.

This hotel is fabulous! Clean, spacious, beautiful rooms that are big and comfortable. It is pet friendly and we felt very welcome bringing our 2 cats with us. The kitchenette is well stocked with plates, glasses, pans, fridge, microwave, cooktop and dishwasher. The staff are efficient and courteous. We would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely love the town Place suites by Marriott. The staff is so friendly and helpful and willing to assist at any time. There is a lovely sitting area with lots of couches and an amazing all-inclusive breakfast. A wonderful workout gym and a great swimming pool. In the summertime they have a barbeque outside with lots of sitting area that you can make dinner.

Favourite hotel I've ever stayed in on a business trip. Clean, very well priced, huge shower with good temperature control and pressure, and the breakfast is decent. Also, the staff are consistently friendly. The rooms are a little small, but the space is smartly and efficiently used so they don't feel small. I didn't use the kitchen, but I wish I had it during some of my longer stays where you get sick of eating out every night. Finally, I couldn't hear my neighbours which I appreciate after a long day. Didn't get to try the pool.

I enjoyed our stay here, it was modern, new and clean. Close to lots of food choices, grocery, fast and pub. I was a little surprised how far from the airport 15 to 20 minutes is in Saskatoon but the traffic is light and there are a couple routes to choose. In Atlanta it took 15 minutes for the shuttle to take you from one end of the airport to the other. So I was fine with the distance, I was happy with my choice and enjoyed the breakfast selections. The beds were great with lots of pillows, the shower was very good, the kitchen was good but no oven. Glad this came recommended from Marlin travel.

Great hotel, great location (near good restaurants, coffee shops, grocery, drug, and liquor store. Very clean and good sized rooms with full kitchette. The continental breakfast was pretty decent too — good eggs and sausages. The only thing that held this hotel back from a 5 star was the lack of hot tub and waterslide.

You can tell the staff is proud to work here. Super friendly and professional. Beautiful hotel. If I’m ever in Saskatoon again I won’t even look anywhere else. Hands down the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at.

Clean, modern rooms. Great staff. The breakfast was amazing. And they are pet friendly! We will definitely book here on our next trip to Saskatoon.

Nice rooms in an area of town surrounded by a variety of shopping choices. Accessible just off circle drive. Rooms and amenities were well kept and pleasant to use.

This property was beautiful. The rooms were super nice and everything was modern and clean. Our bed was really comfortable and the shower was really nice too. There was a shopping area adjacent to the hotel with a lot of food options.

Very accommodating, the front desk had everything we needed. The breakfast was actually good which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious for 3 people and very spacious. Pool was nice but a hot tub would've been cool.

Wonderful, wonderful place. So clean, so new and the suites are so big, spacious, modern n clean. The staff are so nice n helpful. At breakfast u get really cracked eggs n home baked muffins by this young B. C Student. Wow she really enjoys her work. Makes real fresh eggs in the morning. I have recommended fresh eggs every morning to management. The front desk person the Punjabi young man with turban made us feel so welcome with his generosity as we walked in @ midnight. He was so kind n friendly, gave us his warm welcome. We will for sure come back to TownPlace suites. It's was our first time in Saskatoon. Thanks to all the staff :-)

A place for families. The suite was amazing, a mini kitchen to help feed the kids at all hours of the day and night, the pool was okay, shopping near by and great staff. The continental breakfast was convenient and the ability to borrow games from the front desk made our cold winter weekend very enjoyable.

It was a good experience overall. The location of the hotel was great. The customer service was prompt and good. Will go there again for sure.

Great location. Suite was nice. Got all the amenities for cooking. Huge bathroom. Workers are very friendly. Only negative is that door would not close tight. Always have to pull it into place.

We were visiting my brother at his room. It is a beautiful hotel. Very nicely decorated. The suite had a kitchen with dishes and dishwasher and full fridge. My sister in law said the breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel.

Very nice spot. New, clean and friendly. Rooms are well laid out and there are some great additional amenities like onsite laundry and special appliances you can borrow for your room. Located in an area with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and a drug store that are all walking distance. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

I was, again, very impressed with the cleanliness of room and hotel property and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Excellent breakfast. Location? You're just off Circle Dr at the Preston Ave exit (south). Right beside a great mall — restaurants, Sobey's, Shoppers. Tim Horton's just south.

Decent place, but I hated the room layout. Having the TV mounted to the wall directly beside the bed made no sense. I'm also a person that needs a pitch black room and this wasn't the case here. A lot of light comes in through the door as in enough that I could easily walk around the room with all the lights off and see where I was going.

Had a two night stay. Great front desk staff. Housekeeping staff was so so. Good breakfast options. Salt water pool was nice, but the employee cleaning the area kept using a loud floor cleaner while we were there. Parking is outside, but ample. Great location in Stonebridge, close to shopping and restaurants.

Nice newer hotel. Friendly staff, breakfast was fine even had it open early for workers. I have no problem staying here again but the problem is the so called Convention and Tourism tax they surprise you with at check out. Call it what you want marketing tax, tourism tax, destination tax. Some hotels participate in a tourism or marketing program with the city and some hotels charge this fee back to its guests and some don't. I was told by the manager after check out that its a legal requirement by the government that guest pay and she would not remove it from my bill. In all fact it is not a legal requirement to charge guests more than it is to charge them for TV or parking or breakfast. The hotel chooses which services it charges for. The Manager laid out the benefits I would receive from the Tourism plan and none were applicable to me. If I showed up at the hotel without a vehicle and they charged me for parking I would be upset. The same if I did not eat breakfast and they charged me for it. And I obviously don't have any use for the Tourism gimmicks they offer, so why would I want to pay a voluntary fee for something I'm not using? It is the hotels prerogative to charge it, but they should be open and honest about it and state at the front desk and at booking, so that the guest can decide whether or not to stay and pay the hotels advertising fees for them or go to a hotel that puts more value in its customers.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are nice. Great restaurants close by. I definitely will be staying here again.

New nice hotel. Spices to marinate your own meat to barbecue outside. Hot breakfast same few items every day. Good exercise equipment. No hot tub, only a small swimming pool.

Full hot breakfast. Full size fridge. Very accommodating & friendly staff. Generally loved the layout and atmosphere of this hotel and will be going back. Walking distance to coffee shops, Sobeys, The Canadian Brewhouse and more.

Had a very nice stay. The building was very new and had lots of fancy features I wasnt used to. Loved it!

Very friendly staff. Very clean as the cleaning guy was constantly cleaning the floors and windows. Large rooms with fridge, freezer, stove top, and microwave. Conveniently located near restaurants and pubs. Free continential breakfast for guests. Pool and exercise room at the hotel. No hut tub or sauna though. Very nice new hotel. I will stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, staff are great, friendly, helpful. Wish I could have stayed longer. Many amenities, not enough time to enjoy them. Next time I will plan for a longer stay, it's in the midst of everything you could need.

Location is great close to stores and a couple good bars. Rooms are very nice bed is heaven kitchen is great.

Rooms are very well appointed, new, and clean. In a convenient location around plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The staff are amazing and so friendly. Love that the facility is pet friendly but you could never tell because they clean so thoroughly. If they'd added additional sound proofing during construction it would be perfect.

Our room is amazing. It has a fridge, stove top, microwave and dishwasher. There's complimentary breakfast. Salt water pool was great! Staff is excellent. Very clean.

Beautiful brand-new Hotel. For the reason I was here it was an excellent location. Close to work restaurants and grocery stores. The rooms have really nice blackout shades, comfortable beds, very modern clean decor and just about everything that you need for an extended stay away from home. The breakfast buffet was okay, just not as good as the one provided by the hotel chain I normally stay in. The rooms are very quiet, showers have great water pressure and the water stays warm for your whole shower. Paul Mitchell products in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!
