Superb room, fresh juice every morning, very nice staff. They even agreed to prepare the room in our absence for the big request! We wanted to do that intimately and it was just perfect 😀

Highly recommended. Very beautiful and clean rooms. With almost all the necessities. Many free services. (coffee, tea, green tea, juices etc) easy to access. Loved to be here again.

High quality and decent rates. Near 40 ouest after it diverges from 440. Close to Montmorency Falls And downtown Quebec. St Anne de Beaupre is easily accessed from here and only about 20 km away (about 16 miles). Definitely stay here if you're on a budget. St Hubert, McDonald's, and many other eateries nearby. Couche Tard petrol station is across the street at a light, and Dollarama and othe stores are nearby. Would go here again.

I stayed for one night only for a business trip. It was clean, quiet and had everything needed for a good night sleep. I recommend.

I was going to give this hotel 4 stars but changed my mind to 3. Overall, he hotel was clean, and that weighs heavy in my rating, however, we did have one dirty sheet that they replaced immediately. And they only gave us one pillow each which is unheard of in my book. We asked for one more and had to sign it out — LoL. We didn't like the murphy bed situation and in fact both girls hit there legs on the bed and got bruises. The outside could use a face lift. But at the end of the day, it was convenient to the city. It had some food options close by. This is a moderate priced stay with a moderate priced feel. If I had not experienced a few tings I would rate higher.

At 2 Stars the hotel is severely underrated. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished with modern furniture. Rooms also feature a microwave and a refrigerator. There is ample free parking. As a guest you get free Coffee, Fruit Juice and Wifi. McDonald's and Tim Horton's make it easy to grab a quick bite. The views are quiet good too.

Neighbor of the condo to my little sister. Sale of perfumes and Tupperware at the hotel on Ste-Anne Boulevard. They didn't have the 2 kinds of fragrances I needed. Watch out for perfume prices with Jean Coutu pharmacies. I paid 35. $0 for the perfume Céline Dion and I saw him at the pharmacy at 17. $99.

Good price, location a bit outside of the city but otherwise a great stay.

Nice room and quiet atmosphere in unfortunately, mini fridge with a compressor bruillant in my room and not in the other several restaurant in the area.

The room was spotless clean, the staff courteous, well located with plenty of restaurant around. They give 20% discount for lunch at the Restaurant Normandin. I would have liked more pillow, there were only 3 on the king bed. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Very clean and tidy has quite a few places nearby to eat a bit away from the center, but for the fare is very well at the front desk they sell metro tickets and bus back and forth for a dollar taking into account that a simple trip costs 3.25

Alexandre is Vrtm charming and very nice. The rooms are Vrtm clean and awesome.

If you are English or not from Quebec don't go here. We were treated like peasants in an expensive hotel which we could afford… They said they would charge us $50 for touching or removing the art work in our room, and would not accept us for a reservation in their restaurant… When we got to the room 30min later, the room was devoid of all artwork with no explanation from bellboy. Also room supplies water glasses for wine and had no iron or mini bar… A real disappointment for a pricey hotel. We had a small room in a hotel the night before in Quebec with a lower price and they had it all… Sorry never go back here again.

Excellent cleanliness, staff, rooms and services. Free tea and coffee along the day, but I found it weird that you have to get the teabag from the receptionist!

Great hotel, you might be suspicious about it from the outside, but once you get in you will see the true potential in the building. He staff are happy and freindly from the beginning of your stay to the end. The service is great and you also get a discount on restaurant in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for people that are on a budget but don't want to stay in a bad place. The location is pleasing with Tim Hortons and McDonaldw across the street and a gas station just beside.

Overall, good experience, convenient location, spacious rooms and courteous staff. This hotel is located very conveniently near good food options at walking distance, safe quiet area and right next to highway with 5 minute drive to old Quebec City. Room was spacious and clean, with great air conditioning and circulation.

N Hotel is near falls and as 5 minute than downtown. It's superb.
