🤢 we had a reservation via hotels. Com… mention on the confirmation of impossibility of cancellation given the package. We arrive on site to be told that our reservation has been canceled without explanation. Yet we had our confirmation No other room available. Impossible to talk to the manager who was not on site and did not want to talk on the phone. Totally inexperienced girl at the reception. All this during the Quebec City Summer Festival. N, offered nothing, real.

I had a great experience! The room I had has clearly been recently renovated. Very nice, quiet, and clean. Front desk staff has been very helpful! I left for the day with some coins on counter and they were not taken or moved.
Perfect location.

What a regret! My father-in-law, a respectable 69-year-old man spent a stay at the motel to receive health care in Quebec City. On a rainy evening, he went outside to get some fresh air and forgot his key in the room. He went to warn the person in charge. Obviously, the man in charge was intoxicated (probably drunk) and was unable to help him. After AN HOUR, he finally arrived with a key. When he realized who had the wrong key, he started yelling at my father-in-law because he was angry about the mistake and insulted him. The next day I called to understand what had happened, and the man insulted me saying that I have no reason to be concerned! I just can't believe the service offer.

First I was greeted by 2 young children under the age of 12. When I received the key to my room I went to inspect it before returning as I usually do. To my surprise I found in large numbers unwanted boyfriends (bed bug) as well as their feces on the 2 mattresses in the room. I filmed the situation and went to get a refund at the same time. I don't advise anyone this place.

Friendly man on reception. Easy to book a room. Breakfast not included, extra $2 for breakfast which includes coffee, peanut butter bread and cereal. But hotel is on a good location lots of restaurants nearby. Clean rooms. Less outlets for your devices though.

The indoor pool was clean but smelled very strong chlorine. The room was ok and clean. Comfortable bed but nothing more. All in all, a good choice for one night. We paid $120 tx for a room with 2 double beds for 2 adults and one child.

Reservation for Aug 04/2018 stay confirmed by Expedia in Mar 2018. Arrived in Motel at 6:38 pm and waited about 10 minutes as the reception was busy with 3 phones. First in the line, but the reception skipped me and the second, and started to check in the third. The third person actually just walked in. Made a complaint. The reception then started to check my reservation. In one second, he said the reservation was not valid and he (not Expedia) had cancelled the reservation. The cancellation was emailed 6:28 pm, 10 minutes before arrival. Cancelled without any warning. And no vacancy for me. Cancelled reservation for higher price? Fortunately it was the last night of vacation. Continued driving 800km to Toronto after 700 km drive from Saint John to Quebec. Rained heavily in Quebec. Arrived in Toronto 6 am the second day. Waiting for the Expedia's explanation. Will update after. The motel deserves zero star. Had to rank 1 star which is the minimum. Updated on Aug 21: Requested an answer from Expedia twice and no reply. Will file a complaint to Travel Industry Council of Ontario. Expedia is one of its members.

Not impressed with front desk staff. Not very welcoming. Felt like customer service was really lacking. Booked a double room for 3 people. Ended up with one room with one double bed. Reception staff said we had to wait until his boss got back. We waited for 3 hours and finally when his boss wasn't showing up we got tired of waiting and asked him to switch us rooms to 2 double beds he finally called someone and told him that that was what he was going to do. As far as cleanliness it was ok. Had no towels at the pool. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This is a hospitalitity business and requires friendly and helpful staff. We were made to feel like it was our fault for the hotel staff's mistake.

A HORROR! To avoid!
Nothing is like in the description and the managers are dishonest. They charged us a socket that had overheated, but didn't listen when we told them that their 3-branch socket was plugged into a 2 branches. Don't hesitate to contact me I'll tell you about it. But don't ever stop there. Unsanitary and dangerous!

It was fine. Indoor pool didn't open until 2pm and then it was freezing. But they were accommodating and let us check in at 11 instead of 3, which was nice.

Ac not working properly and no Wi-Fi password was given in room. Difficult to communicate with staff. Location was nice.

Worst place to stay in all the hotels I've stayed in across the country. So far the problems have been related to checking in, having coffee in the morning, a lack of safety concern for guests, police gaining access to the hotel through our room at midnight, theft in one of the areas, broken glass in a fire escape and children acting as representatives of the so-called hotel because the owner doesn't want to deal with clients and advertising that it's open 24 hours yet locks the main door to the building as well as refusing to allow us to use the washer and dryer to do laundry. Even though we put a chain on the door, the staff still came into our room. Stay away from this place. After he has your funds the level of service is reduced to nothing. The owner had no skills in dealing with tourists. He does not respect people.

Stay away
1. Pool had so many bugs and spiders, locked door, couldn't use it.
2. A used condom in my phone book.
3. Shower head broken, the whole washrooms gets soaked when showering.
4. Broken bottle outside my door, my son cut is foot ask the owner what he was going to do about it, he handed me a broom.
5. No clean towels, no glass
6. Had cops going thru my room because he wouldn't unlock the front door… This was at 1:30 am.
7. He does not speak English or French…
8. He has 2 underage kids working the front and the motels.
9. Television set from 1990, no cable
10. No box spring for beds… mattress on plywood.
11. Had a big argument with me because I wanted toilet paper.
12. Those two kids (child slavery) following me around…
13. Put a do not disturb sign on door, they came in and made beds and moved my things around…
14… He kicked me and my kids out because I wouldn't let him intemedate me…
15. Wouldn't give my clothes back from laundromat located in Hotel.
16. Cops came to remove us, and advise us to be careful, he's known to go in the rooms and break stuff and charges you for it!

Les chambre étais tous ce qu'il y as de plus basic mais pour le prix c'est correct le necessaire s'y trouve. Immence coup de coeup pour la picine intérieur chauffé tous les mur entierment en bois ce qui a pour effet que lendroit devien un sauna egalement! Simplement a sauter a l'eau pour se rafraichir et pour une impression de sauna vraiment plus chaude simplement a aller dans les petite cabine individuel. Adoré!

Two days ago we were there and it was not our disappointment. A pool step it was closed, 2 the TV that dates from the 90s… 3 the shower leaking everywhere, 4 the room where the air conditioner broke, the refrigerator that did not work well, found long black hair ds the sheets, we had reported not disturbing and they entered anyway. Lunch with rock-hard bread… very dissatisfied.

Zero stars If I could put it on Negatiff I would! Worst motel Ever I wish him bankruptcy CEST a thief the boss he never gives up the depot again! Don't get yourself into this! Do not take rooms LABAs they are filthy and full of rats read attenttivements the reviews before you find yourself in this unfortunate motel! The owner Proffite you and abuses your money for rooms that are not worth the price! Even Sil could accomodate me for free JY would never go back.

It's not a great cold pool in the room. Got hurt.

Good last minute motel for depanner. Not the big luxury. I could open my door that leads out with the key to enter out only by the inside of the motel… Televisor OK but receiver far detre HD image full of pixels. Several renovations to perform.

I would never even give a single quarter star to this catastrophic motel! Beware you it is a scammer who works with two cofractured policeman who intervenes to give him reason to scam customers! I didn't want to take the room as soon as I walked in and I saw a mouse running under the bed and I smelled that stink! I gave him the keys quickly of the first 5minutes of my inspection dla room, I felt the blankets of the bed and JME am directed to the reception and the Chinese did not even want to reimburse me my $60 or my deposit of $50, the police Mount force to him Give 20, 00 for lighting the lights of the room and for moving a corner of the bed cover in the space of 10minutes. This motel is empty then it's not for nothing.

Acceptable. Quebec is expensive and I got caught in the summer festival. For the price it's not bad. Indoor heated pool well. Justito Breakfast.

This motel was cute, small and perfect if you're looking for a police to lay your head. And the prices are great! I mean the only downside is the distance to the city but if you're willing to suck it up and pay for parking in the city, you'll have no problem.

Do not stay here. Ever. We were awakened at 12:30 am by a stranger entering our room. The manager said "oh yeah, that was me, sorry, I thought I had to check something. He didn't call, didn't knock just tried to come in quietly by the outside door. Luckily we woke up and nothing was taken. I repeat, do not stay here.

There are many firsts in life. For me this is my first review, my first terrible motel, and first bed bug experience. Management is atrocious. Owner is clueless as to how the hotel system works. Nobody knows what they're doing there. The list goes on and on, but the one thing that got me was the bedbugs. I woke up feeling a tickling sensation and opened my eyes to find 5 bedbugs crawling around the bed. I was beyond shocked that I grabbed my stuff and bolted out the room before sunrise. I have pictures to validate my claim. Please do yourselves a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I'm sure you can find better places to stay at.

Everything was ok. We did not try the pool though. Breakfast was very good for that price. Still we would not recommend this motel if you're looking for a nice place to stay. For our family it was fine but next time we will look for another place.

Worst experience ever had while visiting one of the best cities in the country. Truly disappointing staffing with disgusting attitude service. Offered a high speed Wi-Fi but never got a chance to experience such a thing because this god damn Wi-Fi never ever connects. Next major thing is the room, in which many stuffs were bedraggled and it stinks. I'm not at all recommending this to anyone.

We stayed for one night at the hotel. There was plenty of parking. The room was in decent shape but could be improved. Each unit seemed to have AC units. The cold breakfast had many options but was not included.

Actually the hotel is pretty average, the bathroom is very very limited not to advise people of fort gabarie more the owner chinese don't understand often when people speak in French otherwise it would have been cheaper than in Quebec city.

Very bad experience! The beds are extremely hard. The breakfast was terrible for the additional 1.99. And was not even worth that. For example, the fruit was expired, no coffee cream is given… Pool was dirty. I don't expect a lot for $70, however I like a clean place. I don't care if it's not updated. But clean is a must.

Good service, great employees and clean rooms.

Therapeutic bath old but powerful suite vintage very nice me and my darling always come here when you're a Quebec.

Good service, enjoyable life. The only thing is that the lifeguard fu rude with us, he made us pass the desire to swim.
