I feel like I lucked out booking this place from 5000 km away. It's close to the subway, has a bar underneath it, and a 24 hr store nearby.

Beautiful renovated place in the heart of mile-end. Would definitely recommend!

Such a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of the nature! You can go kayaking, swimming, and hiking in the national park nearby. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming!

This place is just right location, close to public transport, walking distance to Guy Concordia Metro and lot more places. Self check-in and check-out, which was smooth.

Not sure why this got low reviews but I visited Montreal for the first time from Toronto for Christmas and I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews but let me tell you this Hotel was very neat,

We loved the overall size of the lofts, very high ceilings, lots of fun light, lots of light. Bathroom was nice, beds were comfortable. Kitchen was lacking some essential cooking items.

Absolutely loved my stay at Parc Avenue Lofts! The place was super clean, spacious, and had such a cool, modern vibe.

Rooms are clean, staff is wonderful. Just don't understand why there are always cop cars driving in and harassing people who are just trying to relax and rest. Once or twice a day is ok, I guess,.

Our three nights stay here was a wonderful stay. This is a "gite", a form of accomodation better known in France (see wikipedia).

The hotel is in desperate need of an update. The room was clean and had hot showers and cool air con. The staff were all very helpful. They lent us a kettle to make tea.

I felt in love with that place. During the summer you can wake up looking at the raisin sun at your windows. Very nice place with a wonderfully view from the living room.

We stayed here for two nights and loved our view. One night we headed down to a private beach area and enjoyed looking for beach glass. There was no one else in sight.

Perfect for a 1 night stop to sleep.
Room was clean. Lots of towels available. Complimentary water bottles. Pets friendly.

Positive: Location. Negative: There is a note in the bathrooms, that the water is drawn from a well and that source is full of sulphur (rotten eggs).

Well maintained property, service was good. Has a clogged bathtub, once reported the issue was addressed and resolved in no time.

Location and price — its a good choice. Hotel has charm and the front desk staff were very nice. Especially. Hien. She is very patient, kind and explains things very clearly.

My daughter and I spent the weekend here and had a great trip.

Was much better than I expected after reading some of the reviews on here. Room and bathroom was quite clean. Beds were comfortable with new looking linens. Was very quiet overnight. Very good value.
