Impeccable room. Lunch a little expensive. Included with the room but few choices without extras. A few mistakes from the waitress at lunch. The view from the lookout is magnificent.

The sauna was extremely dirty and stinky, so I had to clean it before going in. Also, the staff attempted to charge my card with someone else's spending in the restaurant (CAD 120).

I stayed here 27 years ago. Aperture in a way. A wonderful place at the time. Food and sleep. I went back at the end of July and what was not my surprise to see the presence of the same carpets now worn and frayed, leather couches patched with tape erased, the same green paint on the second floor where once there was a bar now obsolete, from the worn and dirty front door. So much so that we didn't take any chances for dinner considering that the traditional lunch was not very good, the cook does not know how to cook bacon. $26.00!. A tennis hotel occupied by a so-called stargazing site. On the other hand, the room, the same décor as 27 years ago, was clean and quiet. Lucky our goal was to go for a walk to the regional park if not much to do around the corner as the place under construction. Disappointed, yes. The staff are outstanding. The hostel lacks love.

The outside part is under construction so the Observatory is closed but the view is beautiful.

Dinner on May 22nd, 2018 with a 6 "BMT at $3.99 is $4.60 with taxes as a Tuesday special. I was served by Abigael. I love that name. I was enchanted once again as an unconditional disciple of the subway. I have two pictures to offer you the receipt of the cash and one of the restaurant seen from the outside.

Really disappointed, beginner massage, soup with plastic pieces then no excuse on the part of the chef, no bag in the ice seal, breakfast lack of croissant at lunch I have not been warned, they changed to laminated see if I would not see it and with a s Ervice slow at lunch and the Wi-Fi is intermittent. I want to make it clear that Gilles ' service at supper is excellent and enjoyable.

This place is really unique the staff is welcoming the food is delicious this year I wish you to discover its places good stays.

Great location and friendly staff. Good food and a small swimming pool. Winter attractions about 20 min drive away. Hotel needs a face lift.

The walls are cardboard, you could hear the people in the next room. The two rooms opposite, two Chinese families spent their time chatting in the passage; I learned that they were the owners of the hostel! We booked two nights, on the 24th and 25th of December and as an evening menu, exactly the same dishes, I confess that it was disappointing. Last year I stayed at the Godefroy Inn in Becancour, it was perfect at all levels.

The service is courteous and smiling. The place is beautiful but it is a bit old. Good restaurant and it's really clean. Good reception room with good food.

Beautiful place where it is possible to pick up the daily. Staff of the establishment extremely attentive to your needs, one of the best hotel services I have received, as much at the reception as at the service at the restaurant tables. Very quiet and clean indoor and outdoor environment. Nice view. The play area on the first floor, the pool and the sauna were very popular. The restaurant is interesting and offers a lot of dishes made from regional products, point that we enjoyed very much.
On the other hand, the establishment seems to be stuck in the years 90, especially with regard to the décor, both in the common areas and in the rooms. An aesthetic update would be a huge plus for the establishment.

Hostel located on the top of the mountain cut in Saint-Jean-de-matha, catering really very regional and tasty, price of very reasonable rooms, personal welcoming and smiling! The Abbey Val Notre-Dame is 1 km in the hollow of the mountain, visit to the shop of the abbey, regional products, chocolates, etc.

The rooms are large and well appointed. The restaurant has plenty to offer and is quite good. The facilities overall appear worn and needing repairs in various areas. The pool and adjacent rooms are not kept clean. The garden and hotel entry areas seemed unkempt and ignored.

Here for a company retreat. Great food, rooms and staff. Would come again.

Great location, wonderful place and the staff is really nice and accommodating! We've stayed there before and we're booked for another trip in July.

Amazing experience! The rooms are clean and cozy, The view is breathtaking, The gardens and hiking trails are lovely. The food is wonderful. I have been numerous times since 2006, we honeymooned here in 2007. We will likely be back in 2017.

Beautiful place! Our room was gorgeous and so big, we loved it! The food is great and all the employees are very sweet. We will definitely come back for another weekend!

We've been going for about 8 years and keep going back for its family friendly atmosphere and ski classes for kids. Find cross country and skate skiing trails. Well maintained. Good variety but know that the longer trails are intermediate level since a lot of uphill towards the end and big downhill at the beginning. If you are a beginner, stick to the shorter trails. We also enjoy the monk's store with their local products. There seems to be a micro climate there. No snow in town? Rest assured there will be some at Montagne Coupée. Too cold to ski? Never there since most trails are in the woods. There are no reasons not to go! ;-)

The best experience! No hostel comes close to the Inn of the mountain cut.

We organized a reception in Ballroom at the Inn of the mountain cut and the service received has not really joined the expectations we had in relation to the rather high asking price for rental of the complete hostel. The administrative service has been of poor quality throughout the Organization, surprises at the level of the invoice have been multiple and this, until the day of the event, and we had to be extremely creative to counter all the mistakes made by the administration of the hostel (ex. : bad bottles of wine on the invoice number) absence of audio-visual equipment asked, poor skills of Directors for customers, etc. ). I would not recommend this hostel to anyone for the Organization of an event of a hundred people. The Inn seems unprepared to organize this kind of event. The food was good, but no more ("pasta with vegetables" contain barely two cherry tomatoes and a centimeter of asparagus). Servers were friendly and the rooms were clean.

For Christmas we received a gift card for a visit to the cut mountain lodge. We had planned go in Nov 2013 but unfortunately we had not noticed that she was no longer valid after NOV 1, 2013! We contacted the mountain cut to try to get an extension of the promotion or conversion to any other type of promotion that would allow us to go and stay there with a certain discount. We have proposed several compromises to at least recover the equivalent of

We have also proposed to give us a 2nd night free in less busy period, but unfortunately it was a rejection of any form of discount or compensation.
We come so concluded that the cut mountain lodge stupidly prefer keep the profits from the sale of this card rather than focus on the possible acquisition of a new customer satisfied. We are very disappointed with the lack of understanding and vision of the direction of the cut mountain.
