For me the pool not hot enough ♨ otherwise the windows do not open otherwise very good quiet service as a hotel and employers very friendly thank you I will come back soon.

Two nights at the Imperial of Boucherville. No water pressure in the shower. No change after notifying the receptionist. Avoid if you have respiratory problems such as asthma. Friendly staff; comfortable mattress.

Very good service, very courteous and accommodating employees. Comfortable, in short a very pleasant stay! To advise!

I celebrated my wedding at the imperia and everything was perfect. The food was delicious and what about the team👌 I had the pleasure of teaming up with whom I planned this wedding, they take care of everything and it feels like a huge confidence! I highly recommend this place to celebrate an event.

We reserved through booking. Com and were quoted 333$ for 2 nights. A Friday and a Saturday, to attend my husband's brother's wedding. My brother in law told us to call instead and get a better rate with the wedding group name. We tried, were quoted higher, we kept our booking. Com reservation. When we checked out, we were charged 353$. When my husband asked why, they said because Saturday is more expensive. We showed them our booking. Com email, pricing, etc, we were told well it's not our fault they quoted your the wrong price there's nothing we can do. TERRIBLE customer service right there. It's not our fault either nor should we have to accept it either since we reserved and agreed to the quoted price. The hotel should take that up with booking. Com. But of course, we're the ones out. We also had a bad door handle. It wouldn't unlock right. You had to push down, pull forward, then push inwards to unlock. The guy had to come up and show us (after we waited half an hr in the lobby because he kept checking people in and taking phone calls). No one else's door was like that. And we knew others that were there that weekend. We also asked for an extra pillow. We were told sorry check the drawer in your room for one. We did, no pillow there. My husband went back down and was told sorry no pillows. :/ We would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. It was clean, will give it that. But otherwise? Nope. Not professional at all.

I was in a single room as a French guy I don't appreciate the fact that I got a closed windows, I can't open it but I think it's normal here in Canada. I like the breakfast, the rooms are clean, and mostly, the people working there are super nice. I recommend it. I stay there for business.

The hotel is nicely accessible from highway 640 in terrebonne, room was modern and clean The blackout shades were to short so daylight was coming through at 6 am, not the time I wanted to get up, The decor is cold and minimalist. Do not pay 10.00$ to have breakfast there Any local place is better even McD My2cents.

I had called to get a group price for my wedding guests months in adavance, a few of my guests told me they weren't able to get a room or were offered crazy prices. When I checked, I was informed that there were no rooms left for the dates I needed for my guests because larger groups had already reserved. The person in charge of groups never informed me that I should tell my guests to look/book else where. Good thing I have guests who don't rsv at the last minute because we would have been screwed. I do not recommend for groups.

We had a conference here today, nice conference room and great service. The food at the restaurant was really good.

Rooms are very small and noisy. Pool area is not so clean. Sheets are not too confortable. But the restaurant (brunch and lunch) is delicious.

The best shopping center possible. Everything is inside, inside parking also from the free Simons. I advise everyone.

For business class it's very good, but for a couple night it's not the right hotel.

I attended a social event it was a Christmas party from work and it was a really nice Posh place with lots of accommodation beautiful rooms and the setting was elegant.

Room service is sub par. You don't get much for the money ie no refrigerator no microwave the pool is small but they do have a sauna and a gym. But the hotel got the job done for its price. Restaurants are walking distance.

The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious but could have more options.

We arrived late and tired. The staff spoke English, were very accommodating and the room was fresh and very clean. Being 2 min off hwy 640 was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel. Good value for the price.

Stayed only one night. The location is good and the employees are very polite, but for 189$ for 1 night we expected more… there was not even fridge in the room. At$ 125, it would be reasonable. The worst for me was the dinner at the restaurant of the hotel. A hamburger from pork and bacon… cold and without bacon served with shoestring French fries too cooked… and my wife had a tartare visibly thawed, thanks to the capers for giving a taste.

I met some business associates here for a meeting in the restaurant. We only had drinks and the service was great.

We held a memorial at the restaurant of the hotel is the martini grill. Above all, we must emphasize the professionalism and kindness of the team of the restaurant as well as the events officer. Food, drinks, hospitality, everything was perfect! Thank you we have created an environment at the height of our expectations!

Cleanliness neglected, it is all about. When it is visible, one can only imagine what is not. I have three children and my floor is best maintained on a daily basis that this hotel room.

Room very well. Service restaurant and bar terrace with music d ambiance top. The spa is rather the arrival of water from the swimming pool in an area of a square with opening. The sauna was off. Noise room cleanliness.

Hotel is terrible! Reserved for St-Eustache but they registered it at Terrebonne. They charge you extra for EVERYTHING! No mini fridge, TV subsized for 2016, no tissu paper, water not filtered and taste like total CRAP, blinds where half hanging, decoration motel level. Very disappointed. EDIT : Internet complet crap can't even stream. DO NOT COME HERE! EDIT II : Clocked was set at a complete different time! EDIT III : TV wasn't set for best view pleasure.

Nice room, very friendly staff who speak English well. Did not use the pool or fitness room so cannot speak to that. Great lunch at the Martini Grill (on site).

Wow quelle experience! Super clean, chambres modernes et rennovées. Le resto en bas est succulent! Essayez le poulet farci de fromage Oka et canneberges!
