My experience there was very enjoyable. My room was clean and well done. It was just the front desk that was kind of cold, but other than that, it was great! (sorry for my mistakes, english is not my first language)

Disgusting. Ive stayed at nicer motel 6's. Despite there being parking in the rear, it was not offered to us (I dont know what the other reviews were talking about). Smelled terrible and reeked of smoke. No elevator or amenities (not even a hair dryer). The sheets weren't cleaned. There were hairs and makeup stains on the pillowcases. This place should be torn down and be made new (with better management). Check out the sweet blood stain we found! Hooray hepatitis!

Booked a last minute room for a very good price. The man at the desk was quite pleasant and helpful. They had our room ready an hour early and it was in great condition. Parking was available out back for a reasonable fee. A small complimentary breakfast of cereal, toast, and coffee was made available from 7am-10am. Nestled in a nice part of town, it was close to many good places for food and drink. Will definitely stay again next visit.

Just don't do it. Spend the extra $40/night and get a decent night's rest. Didn't have an awesome experience and I wouldn't go back.

My experience coming from the U. S I'd never met such a genuinely good person in the hotel manager. He helped us with parking, where to go, and told us his life story. It was a great hotel with a great guy helping run it. I'm a hundred percent going back to this hotel if I go back to Montreal.

Never go there. Entire establishment reeked of marijuana and cigaret.

The location is great, less than a block from Mt. Royale and entertainment districts. However the hotel and rooms were very run down (online photos were misleading), that said they were clean. Management will not give refunds, they are not flexible at all. If cost and location are your priority, this the place. If you want a nice hotel with all amenities, go elsewhere. We paid $600/3 nights during the Grand Prix weekend.

I would avoid this hotel at all costs, for they will do their best to scam you. I was charged a full 3 nights when I was forced to cancel my booking. When I complained, I was told I could recoup the losses by rebooking at a later time. When I was ready to rebook, they rudely refused to accept the payment that had already been made and effectively swindled me out of $200.

Good location. Bus stops right next to it, park, restaurants. The inside needs a lot of work and if you get a room in basement well that just sucks. Your sheets will not be changed during whole stay. I only gave it two stars because of the location. Continental breakfast is very continental.

Scam. Total scam. They advertise something and charge different to their customer. When the customer ask about the different pricing they show their fine print when the customer have no choice. Customer service is soooo bad. Rude. Over priced.

I am far from picky or judgemental however, I DO NOT recommend this hotel. The pictures online do it too much justice; the inside is brutal, the outside is worse. The staff, especially the manager, are unprofessional, rude and unaccommodating. Don't let their economical prices fool you, it's not worth the stay.

The hotel manager were not honest and lacked integrity. When I booked online in their site, the rate for 2 adults occupants and 3 adult occupants varied by 10$. I booked for 3 adult occupants. We were finally charged $15 extra per day for one extra person. They didn't reply back to my query the reason for a different rate for 2 occupant versus 3 occupant charge on their booking site. Please read ALL their rules carefully before booking this hotel. Also, the room was so noisy and we couldn't sleep.

For a budget hotel, (and for $55/night with a queen sized bed) my partner and I had a very nice stay. The hotel room was big (surprisingly) living room seating, a nice washroom and a TV. The only thing was that it was in a basement with not so much natural lighting but what I liked about the lighting that it did have was that we had a choice between fluorescent and incandescent. So we had a choice between sterile and romantic moods! I highly recommended it for practical and comfortable accommodation — and for people who aren't intending on staying for long periods of the day in the hotel.
