This place is a dive. It is a residential apartment someone has partially converted into a hotel with a seedy feel. There is never anyone at the front desk, what serves as the office is an apartment up some stairs and down the hall. When checking in the manager got a call from a tenant upset that something was still not fixed and he just hung up on her. Room was large as had a kitchen but furniture was old and falling apart. I would never stay here again.

Very well. We had an apartment with kitchen included at a very good price. The bus to take us to the airport was not available at the time we needed it. They only serve in English and customer service leaves to be desired.

Nice place, reasonably priced, seems well kept and clean. Accommodations were minimal and no staff in sight were the cons I had. Accommodations as in there weren't enough towels for everyone and the pillows and mattresses were pretty poor quality. Otherwise you do get a lot of bang for your buck, full kitchen and spacious.

It's clean & the food is Ben correct, good value for money.

Very poor costumer service. Stayed less than 5 hours — was charged twice. Arrived at night — no receptionist, no answered phone. Was staining at the lobby half an hour. Towel all in the long black hairs. The floor makes the big noise so you can listen in somebody is walking around. Everything old and dirty. Bad experience!

First of all the stupid electronic keys never work had mine reprogrammed 4 times in 2 days. The staff at front desk act like you are bothering them if you have a problem. Almost called the police on Friday night after calling front desk 4 times for the idiots over us having a party until 3 am. They have nearly no utensils plates or cooking items in appts or what is there needs to be washed or put in garbage because of Scratches and rust. The ceiling was leaking all of Friday because of water leaks in appt above witch front desk said oh it should slow down soon … in other words unless you have no other place to go you can rent her but even a crackhead rent by the hour motel would be better the this place.

The bed was kind of comfy… pity I was watching my back all night. 1 coffee cup to share between 4 people so when in Rome, do what’s the Roman’s do and drink your coffee from a bowl! I woke up this morning happy though… happy I’m still alive. Woohoo.

Obsolete. Dirty. Unsanitary limit. Noisy with planes passing overhead.
Not to go.

The shuttle service they offer to and from the airport is really great. They got us even at 2am, and it's really close to the airport if you have a long layover. The hotel rooms are not great but it is a bed and a shower. The people working there were nice and helpful so it's an ok place for a night.

Affordable hotel near the airport, has everything you will need, but maybe you will need a bring your own soap. Staff is nice. However the water has an Earthy taste to it like it's been run through soil, and that's after running the taps for 5 minutes.

Probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. — Spiders, Bugs, Spider webs and a ridiculous amount of stains on the couch and the floor. — Unknown substances/stains on headboard, bed and floor. — The room that was given to us looked like it was put together with free furniture from the junk yard. — Furniture, Closet, and Kitchen Cabinets are falling apart. — Black mold can be seen in the tub. (A mold odor can be smelt once you enter the washroom) — Staff is unaccommodating and extremely inconsiderate. — Room is not noise proof at all. You could hear absolutely everything in the hall way.

Apartment ordered, only fault is in the morning they feel very much the planes of the airport.

For the modest price, rather large apartment and sum all well maintained!

I could not get a service in French, it is unacceptable in Quebec.

What a horror! Positive good shuttle service. Negative the person did not speak and did not understand the French I am in Quebec! Nothing to do with the pictures on the site. Brown carpet, hair (black long) stick on clean towels and curtain holes etc for me no class. It does not vault $105 we did not sleep the night a woman was screaming and screaming incessantly full world world chat loudly in the hallway… I do not recommend this hotel. To flee!

This is a small apartment building. In fact there is a lot of space compared to a simple motel. The facilities were correct (small kitchen, living room with 2 sofa and flat screen). Overall the building is rather dilapidated but the apartments (in any case the one we had) are correct. Note that for the shuttle you have to call and someone moves in about 15min. The staff met was very courteous. I think I might come back to sleep here time the rate is low.

This place is a dump! We checked in very late at night, so no choice but to stay for the first night, but checked out the next day and was told we had to pay for the second night. They had also pre-charged my credit card for all four nights and also for 2 pet charges for pets we didn't end up bringing! They said they would refund the two other nights but never did, now have to dispute with the credit card company. The furniture looks like it came second hand from the salvation army, place is basically a very old apartment building that has had absolutely NO renovations, just a cote of paint, it is dirty, smelled as soon as we opened the door, had to open all the windows, kettle was filthy and disgusting, not even proper fitted sheets on the beds, flat sheets with knots tied in the corners! You definitely want to pass on this one! Terrible.

It was a pleasant stay. Very informal, and an excellent price for the amenities provided.

Booked through a travel website and received a filty room in this apartment complex. Received room 310. The walls were missing paint, the smell was terrible, the face cloths were cut up pieces of a larger towel, there was mold in the shower, horrible stains in the carpet and sheets, the hard floors were sticky, the counter tops had holes. We were unable to bring our possessions in for fear of bed bugs. Absolutely disgusting place! When we mentioned we were dissatisfied we were told that was because we booked the last room and then offered that if we call ahead in the future they would give us a better room — no compensation of any sort. We would never step foot into that place again.

These apartments do not at all reflect photos that can be seen on the site. Indeed, we expect to have elevators and air conditioning in the rooms, but none of this. In addition, the appliances are really obsolete and maintenance-free. In the bathroom, just a trickle of water for hand washing and showering… Wow! At the entrance, building, one would think it was the announcement of halloween. Because there are a lot of spiders weaving. And, they are very plump and visible. No, I would not recommend these apartments…

Most disastrous hotel I have ever seen. Dirty appliances, no water pressure, not enough dishes, bad room service. We had spiders everywhere. Had to carry luggages to 3rd floor myself. Please pay a couple more dollars to have a real hotel. These are just very old apartments made into hotel rooms.

Hey guys, add on few bucks more to get a decent hotel. This is not hotel, it just not managed apartment. Remember, if you pay FEW bucks more, you can stay a decent hotel in Montreal. Don't be messed up your feeling in Montreal.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. The room stinks and if they give you a room upstairs, good luck carrying your luggage there. Poor customer service. Only one soap available which is 3 in 1 by that I mean it's a shampoo, conditioner and body wash! When you sleep on the bed it feels like there are bugs crawling on your skin. The a/c is so old it makes so much noise I had to shut it. Had to check out to a different hotel after 4hr only. It's better to pay more and be in a decent place rather than this stinky place.
